I have never been treated worse. Didn’t tell me my prescription was in the incorrect name, and which made me go on a wild goose chase to get it approved by my doctor, without knowing the actual issue. Could have been avoided with more transparency. When my doctor did call, she let me know that the pharmacist on the phone was very rude to her, and she suggested I avoid speaking to them as much as possible. When I finally got my prescription, the needles didn’t even fit into the syringes given to me. Waste of money and time, and humiliating. I called to let them know about their mistake, got no apology at all, only “Okay.” Is this how you treat all of your trans patients? Unacceptable across the board.

I use Walgreens to load cash onto a reloadable debit card. I use it first certain bills every month. Little short staffed, but the manager handles it like a pro. Thanks for the speedy assistance yesterday.

Please get a second opinion on medication costs!My husband would pick up my asthma inhaler here and they used to charge $30 which was fine but recently told us for the exact same amount is now $90 copay. We called insurance and got into an argument about it all. In the end we paid the $90 with no solutions.Normally we go to another Pharmacy but for some reason they couldn't fill the inhaler properly in the past so we had to come here. When they heard our story they looked at the medication again and our insurance. It was only then we found out that the $90 is not a copay but the amount the pharmacy needs to pay. Meaning, we should have gotten the inhaler for free!

The pharmacy techs are dismissive and unprofessional. They rarely have prescriptions ready even after a notification goes out. Today I waited in line for a prescription that didn’t end up being filled and then the pharmacy tech refused to check me out for my other items (melatonin and oragel). I’d highly suggest going to Missoula Pharmacy instead where the customer service is stellar and the pharmacists are reliable.

Nathan, a department lead, is rude; intolerant of individuals with cognitive disabilities; and unaware of company policies. He began by refusing to allow a refund of products purchased at this store and the Hamilton store; within 30 days of the purchase; and we had the original receipt. Our son has severe autism and loves to purchase body soap from many different stores. We keep the receipts so we can return it. Nathan told my husband to “just don’t bring him (our disabled son) in (the store).” I will be filing a disability discrimination complaint with the corporate office. This is unacceptable and ignorant behavior.

Multiple horrible experiences with pharmacyNever place a prescription refill over the phone with staff. I've had 3 times the order was never sent in. So no prescription to pick up. How fun. I've driven to the window and she said she put the request in. Wasn't filled, because she didn't put the order in.If I didn't live close to this place I wouldn't order from this pharmacy!Also an experience with Angel, a cashier at check out. Very blatantly rude and disdainful of me for whatever reason. Was very condescending...

Usually I have great experiences but today was the exception. One of the pharmacists was curt and rude when picking up my prescription (which I pick up Evey month it's birth control). I was on the phone with a family member and she said I needed to get off the phone of I wanted my prescription.Personally I thought it was bull since I talked to another woman at the pharmacist who was very nice and helpful just a couple minutes before while I was on the phone and she didn't seem to have an issue with it.Even if she just explained it better rather than barking at me that I had to get off or else no prescription I would have been fine with that. It was the fact that she was impatient and obviously annoyed at me. I truly hope the employees read this so they can treat other customers better.

I needed a covid test for travel. The computer systems that connect the results and get them to the patient weren't working. The pharmacy team at this Walgreens is amazing! They went above and beyond to make phone calls to make sure that my information got to where it needed to go so that I could get the results emailed to me that I needed. They were so kind and helpful.

2.5 hours, we waited for a Rx.They kept telling us that they had it right in front of them and it's getting filled.Then, after 2.5 hrs, they "lost it". They "lost" the Rx? How can they lose the Rx?We did not get my husband's medication because they had to request a new Rx from the provider tomorrow.

Ordered photos online, went to pick them up and their Apple Pay was not working. My chip on my card is broken and I didn’t have cash on me, so it was my only way to pay. They said they couldn’t run my card details manually. I downloaded the app and put my card in the app so all they had to do was scan a barcode on my phone to accept the payment.They then say that because my phones screen protector was cracked they couldn’t scan the barcode. I tore off my screen protector to give them a screen to scan, and the gun still wasn’t picking up the barcode. I then reorder the photos online, showing the manager that I put my card details in online and paid for the photos online, and she watches me send this order through and then proceeds to tell me she can’t give me the photos because their website didn’t pick up the card details even though she watched me put the offer in with the card number added in.I stood in this store for over 45 minutes for 11 photos and left empty handed. I had to go home, my boyfriend went back down to pick up the photos and when he got home, they forgot 2 of my 11 photos I had ordered. So we had to go BACK DOWN a third time to get the right photos. Ridiculous waste of time. Bad customer service.

Staff is helpful and friendly. They have a great variety of products there. Usually if you can't find something elsewhere Walgreens has it. Definitely sign up for their rewards program, you get to earn points that you can use towards purchases.

I came to Walgreens today with an appointment to get a covid test because I was directly exposed to somebody who tested positive for covid. There was a mix up with the date of the appointment, which is understandable. I didn't want to hold up the line so I drove off and figured I would call and get an explanation as to why they couldn't just do it today since I was already here and waited in the line for 30 minutes. When I told the gentlemen on the phone that I don't understand why they couldn't do it today since I was already here and it's a rapid test. He answered with, "is that all you called for?" and then hung up on me. I work in the healthcare profession and have been dealing with the covid pandemic first hand for the last year. This type of rudeness, lack of empathy and down right disrespect is unacceptable. Especially from people that are also in a healthcare profession.

Do not use Walgreens for a COVID PCR test required for entry into other countries. The results took almost three days and ended up being expired by the time I received them, costing me a fortune due to delays and flight reschedules.

Today (6/18/23, I had to go to Walgreens to the FedEx counter. I needed to change the delivery date of a package that was supposed to arrive at my home while I was away. Jen, the shift manager went out of her way to help me solve my problem. Thank you Jen.

My prescription has been there since Thursday. I cant have it because their whole system crashed. It seems to be up and running now because the voice system is working, but now's it's the 4th of July and instead of helping those that have been out of medication for 3 days, they are still taking the whole day off. They don't care about their patients and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have been shopping at Brooks St. location for over a year because it's walking distance from my apartment. Have spent thousands on OTC meds, beauty and hygiene, groceries and supplies, cards and gifts. But today, when I asked at pharmacy counter for a recommendation for an OTC med to counteract edema (and associated alarmingly high blood pressure as a reaction to a new arthritis prescription), three staffers treated me like I was stupid for asking, then waved me away, telling me to go find products with caffeine in them. Didn't plan on an Easter egg hunt. So, I drove someplace else No chance of going back to that store.

Clerk “Ok, I can’t sell this to you until the pharmacist gets back from lunch which will be at 2:00 pm...It’s all ready filled, I just can’t sell it to you till he’s back.” I had dropped the script off a half an hour prior and told the other clerk what time I’d be back for pick up. Why didn’t he bother telling me then that the script wouldn’t be available? So now sitting in a car with two sick children and an infant for another 30 minutes. Never doing business with Walgreens again.

Walked in to 2 women practically blocking the front door and talking very loudly which continued to get louder and went on for another 5 min.Could be heard all over the store. From the looks of her reaction the girl checking people out ( in training)wanted to say something, but didn’t. It seemed to be frustrating her while trying to wait on people.Not the stores fault. Get a clue, nobody wants to hear your conversation.

This particular Walgreen's was very clean, and a very good selection. We went in for just a few things and ended up finding some extra stuff because they have a little of everything.They do take Google Wallet tap and pay here, but I had to enter a pin even after I tapped my phone.

Don't waste your time filling up prescriptions here. Misleading information of pricing and insurance usage. Best option use GoodRx as a resource at other great facilities in and around Missoula.Great people though ;)

Absolutely atrocious longest pharmacy lines in the state on god. Be here immediately when they open. any longer than a minute you now live here for the day
