I can’t begin to count the times this particular pharmacy has either lost or delayed filling prescriptions from our local Missoula providers. It happened again today and took them over four hours as they had again, “lost our order from the hospital.” At this point, it either incompetence or indifference as they never apologize or offer to make amends. The only thing that this store has going for it is the convenience of the drive through off Reserve. After today though we are done, there are plenty of competitors in the pharmacy space who actually commit to customers needs. The management team at this store needs overhauled.

I needed a new passport photo. Stopped in at Walgreens and was pleased to get things taken care of quickly. The guy at the passport counter was knowledgeable and patient. I was impressed. Thanx.

Worst pharmacy. Every time I pick up my prescription there is always something going on, either they messed up or have wrong info. Went to pick up my 30 day supply the lady said they only had enough for 1 bottle and to pay the $30 co pay upfront so when I pick up the remaining I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Well, came today to pick up the remaining different lady said it would be another $30. I told her that can’t be right and that I already paid up front last time. She told me the insurance takes back the claim after 7 days and then I have to re pay. Would have been nice to be told that, basically paid 30 for 1 bottle.

I have wasted my time trying to fill prescriptions at Walgreens. Their communication to customers is horrible and they can’t be relied on to complete simple tasks. No blame to the employees but to the management. I will not be returning to Walgreens and would recommend that you do the same.

The worst pharmacy ever! Prescriptions are always out of stock and they don’t know when they’ll be in, communication is terrible, techs are so rude and can’t even pronounce the drugs names right, hang up on you, lie to you, completely clueless! Stay away from this terrible pharmacy. I’m done with them!

Pharmacy is a JOKE. Had surgery on my nose, Dr called in my prescription 2 hours before we went to pick it up. My fiancé went in to get it and I waited in the car since I had gauze wrapped below my nose. Pharmacist say it will be a few minutes. 45 minutes later blood is dripping through my gauze and they still didn’t have my prescription ready so we left and my fiancé has to go back. They weren’t even busy!

I have used this pharmacy for years. Sadly today, Misty decided to treat me like I was a waste of time. This is after they lost my last prescription literally missed placed it, they had to review cameras, wasted 2 hrs of my time. I Thought “oh bad day, happens right, try again”, nope, I will get these last prescriptions filled and be filling my prescription elsewhere after this complete unprofessional disregard towards me yet again!Guess what Walgreens you are no longer convenient with the hour long wait times, and your customer service has serious lack of, nonstop confusion by your own systems, this towns full of pharmacies, dime a dozen.Let’s hope I can get away without anymore suffering. Very disappointing! I highly don’t recommend this pharmacy, especially if you’re looking for a reliable, consistent, convenient pharmacy. Goodbye Walgreens!

I was at Walgreens on North Reserve just now I went to the bathroom cuz I had to pee and then I went to go buy the fake nails that I came to get and the manager approached me and asked me to leave saying that I was using needles in their bathroom that is the most absurd thing I've ever heard and the most ridiculous reason I've ever been kicked out of somewhere I will definitely never go there again

They make you wait for over an hour to get a Covid shot when you had an appointment scheduled. They tell you they forgot about you and wouldn’t even say sorry. This is outrageous. Will never be coming back here.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the pharmacy manager Dentyn at the Reserve Walgreens. Their lack of professionalism and incompetence left a lasting negative impression. Their inability to effectively communicate and address my concerns was frustrating, and it became clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative options where competent management is valued.

The Walgreen's pharmacy is ill-organized, with no visible urgency to deliver on their customer service promise. I was very ill--coming directly from urgent care--when I arrived to pick up my medication. I stood in line for about a half hour the first time, hanging onto the shelving in the aisle for support. When I finally got to the counter, the team member said my prescription was "not quite ready" and that it would be just a few minutes. With nowhere to sit, I sat on the floor, waiting to be called. That call never came, despite two prompts on my phone indicating the prescription was ready for pick-up. Finally, I had to get back in the end of the same line and wait another 20 minutes or so. By then, I was so ill and upset that I told the team member I would never do business at this Walgreen's again. And I won't. They have lost my 20+ years of business. If you can't move people through a line at a rate faster than one every five to fifteen minutes, something is wrong. Pretty clearly a leadership issue, since the cashier thought she was doing a great job (!).

Put in a prescription three days in advance, supposed to be ready Wednesday morning. Showed up at noon, it wasn't ready, told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back two hours later, still not ready. Guy at the counter gave the typical scripted response they give to everyone. Whoever runs this pharmacy needs some serious re-training.

Who ever is working the front cashier right now Dec 7 2022 at 8:58am was EXTREMELY rude didn’t say hi bye or anything. Literally said not one world and rolled her eyes when I walked away. I even tried to have A conversation and she said absolutely nothing. Get her off you registers and put her in the back away from and customers. She will fail your store with that attitudeAlso the pharmacy is wack. It’s always a mess over there. How hard is it to fill a prescription. This is the second time in a week where I had to wait for over a hour bc they “didn’t see” multiple prescriptions I will be switching hung pharmacy’s for sure after this.

This pharmacy is THE WORST!!! If they weren't the only drive-thru option close to me I'd NEVER come here. I ALWAYS have to call to ask them to check their own system to refill my prescription yet I always still end up waiting. Just spent 1/2 hour waiting in line (after calling to be sure my prescription would be ready two days ago then again this morning) and when I got to the window it wasn't ready. Shocking. The pharmacist started two hours late apparently. They actually advised me to circle back around to get back into the line to wait again!!! I wish they'd get someone competent to manage this location. 😡😡😡

They took 20 min just for me to drop off, said prescription looked fine, 2 days later they were complaining about my doctor. They wouldn't refill my meds or give back hard copy. I am schitzoaffective and need my meds. DO NOT GO HERE. I am calling police to get back my prescription, and shouldn't have to!!

I am leaving this review to thank all the pharmacists that work here. They are always friendly and try their best to fill my prescriptions as quickly as possible while making sure to take the time to make sure they accurately fill each order. Today I had the misfortune of arriving at the same time as an incredibly rude customer that complained of it taking extremely long to get her order filled, claiming it took over 30min, it did not, I was in line behind her and I had only been waiting maybe 10min. The pharmacist handled the complaint with grace and patience. Excellent job to all the pharmacists working during these very busy holidays

Absolutely horrible service. I called 4 times and was put on hold forever. I had a curbside order which I was sitting for more than 10 mins after I spoke to someone. I spoke to pharmacy proper to my visit and they said they could bring my RX with my curbside order to my car. When I arrived the man that answered seemed clueless and said he had my curbside order at his register and he couldn’t leave asked me to come in. When choosing curbside as a order you do so for a reason. Then I spoke to a lady and said she would gather my items and bring it out to my car. Then finally someone comes out and says sorry u need to go to the pharmacy window to gather your curbside order and RX. It was a mess and clearly have no clue. On the app it states you can get your rx and curbside at the same time. It wasn’t something I made up. I even tried to call and speak to a manager, they placed me on hold and no one answered. If I wanted to sit in a pharmacy drivethru forever I suppose I could have done that on my own!

This Walgreens, I'm sorry to say, is awful. Every time I go in is a hassle of some sort. Tonight I went in to buy some personal hygiene items because it's a small store &, I figured, a quick in & out. The items were tagged on the shelf at $5.99. I scanned the items with the Walgreens app & they came up at $3.29, which is a significant difference. I figured they'd match their own app at least. They then rang up at $6.29. I told the guy the price on the shelf, which should be a for sure price fix since that's what's posted in the store, but also scanned the bar code & showed him the price in the Walgreens app. He said there was nothing he could do about any of it & asked me if I'd rather not get them since they were more than I expected. Seriously?! They rang up higher than both of their listed prices & I was basically told to get bent when I brought it up.AWFUL customer service. Not even honoring the price on the shelf. This was the last time I'll set foot in this store. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I have always put up with the pharmacy long wait lines both inside and at the drive through because I understand how demanding the pharmacy profession is. But this has hit a breaking point with the daily app failures and constant phone system issues, although these are not in the employees control it is becoming an issue to get my prescriptions in time, in addition, the stress this is putting on the pharmacist and technicians is leading poor treatment of patients and uncalled for rudeness. If the Walgreens corporation cannot figure out how to fix technical issues and remove the stress placed on the staff, they should at least adjust their slogan, to appropriately reflect their current practices, from "trusted" to "sometimes reliable🤷‍♀️"

Consistently disappointed in the service from the pharmacy. On multiple occasions we’ve received the text reminder that auto refill scripts are ready for pick up and, after stopping 4 days in a row, each day getting an excuse why the scripts still aren’t ready, I just want to scream. Also have received refills with an incorrect amount of drugs which means we have to call them so they can “watch their tapes to confirm” and then they call back to say we were right and a “sorry about that”. Thinking of switching pharmacy as it’s been this way for quite some time now. Super undependable.

I went in yesterday morning to pick up a prescription for my tooth infection. I get up to the counter and gal told me it'd be 5 minutes so I sit down. 5 minutes go by, nothing. 30 minutes go by......nothing. 45 minutes later I go up to the desk and ask a different gal what's going on with my prescription. She tells me they just got started on it. I waited for almost a hour in pain waiting while they get person after person in for their vaccine. Yes COVID is still serious but learn how to take care of everyone. I'll go across the street to Target from this point on.

Terrible pharmacy. The staff is short tempered, and annoyed to help folks. They had my rx for over 24 hours and THEY seemed angry when I went to pick it up. Had to wait an extra 30 while they bagged it up. I have to switch.

I see some mixed reviews for this Walgreens location but just want to say, I was taken care of tonight by one of the pharmacists who was amazing. Took me in promptly as a walk in for my covid booster shot. Tough for me to schedule appointments with a hectic work schedule, loved that I was able to get this done on short notice!

This has to be the most disorganized unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. No one seems to know what’s going on and I have never had a single prescription go through smoothly. They’ve misplaced prescriptions, prior authorizations, etc, even with urgent medications, and the staff shows no sympathy or apology. Do not go here if you or your family’s medical care or health is important to you.

I have been going here for many years. This Pharmacy has really went down hill fast. I have had to deal with rude Pharmacy Techs on Multiple occasions. I have had so many mistakes with my Rx's. I used to enjoy the fact i could always just pull up in the drive thru & get what I was supposed to & be on my way. Not the case anymore. It's a shame really.
