The Home Depot is always a great place to go, whether you are someone planning on apartment renovation or for more in-depth home changes. My favorite area has always been the houseplant section, where they have a large variety of succulent and leafy plants that are always well taken care of.

Never any workers to come unlock anything that they keep secure. Should probably just keep all the locked stuff in one area with a few key holders. Just a hassle to even get anything. Might be cheapest but you’re going to spend the rest of your time waiting. Good thing they kept unsecured stuff behind it that was accessible or I would’ve been there for hours.

We went in with the intention of purchasing a kitchen range and refrigerator. We waited over 30 minutes for help after speaking to one employee. We were never acknowledged or assisted. Fortunately we went to Lowes. Immediately assisted, purchased what we wanted, and got better prices. We have a new favorite store.

Got a water heater. Had to order it as it wasn't in stock. Drove an hour to pick it up. Got home and unboxed it to find dents and missing screws. Home Depot was AWESOME about taking care of me. I explained the situation and how hard it was for me to get to Missoula. They arranged for a courier to pick up the dented unit, and gave me free shipping on a new one to my home! A+ customer service. I spoke with a newer staff member named Lindsey. She and the other local people were all top notch. Had to speak to an online rep who shouldn't be answering phones. At the end of the day they went above and beyond. I'm sure they'll do this for anyone who needs it as long as you treat their staff members with respect and speak to them the same way you would want to be spoken to. Don't curse, yell, demand, or call people names. If you do these things, you deserve a terrible experience.

Absolutely horrible. 1 employee sold me an item to be picked up later. Then after the sale another employee let me know that I have to take it now. She was very spiteful. I left for 20 minutes and returned with a trailer to haul the item. Upon my arrival, I found the grumpy employee complaining to other employees and trying to get my purchased product moved so that i can't have. Spiteful drama

I am a truck driver, and this place is awesome to deliver to... I will tell you, if Dave G, John H, and Brian C are the ones to unload you, your GOLDEN! These 3 are professional, safe, and efficient with the drivers' time. Everything was done by the book and got me out of there quickly! If there is any sort of reward for these guys on the Home Depo team, these 3 deserve it. I will definitely bring another load out here and request them to unload me.

This is where you go when you need tapes, or glues or paints or other more technical things like a new breaker, or an outlet with usb ports built into it. Easy place to grab some lumber for building/remodeling projects. The customer service is average for a warehouse store. The prices are over walmart, but better than ace hardware.

This is a late review. And I wish I remembered the persons name. I came in asking about recommendations to fix my garage door because it was jammed and would not close and it was snowing back in Nov or Dec 2022. One of the managers and other worker there, so kindly offered to drive to my home (7 min away) and fix my garage door for free. I will never forget this act of kindness. This was absolutely so kind of the worker and I tell this story all the time because this would never happen. Anyway, I am so grateful to this day, for his generosity and kindness. He fixed my garage door and resolved an issue that was stressful on a snowy day.

I previously ordered a water heater online and went to pick it up. I rolled up to the loading zone and my water heater was sitting there unattended. Someone could have took it and left.Went back again today to pick up a toolbox. I checked out and asked the self checkout employee if someone could help me load the toolbox in the back of my truck. He called on the radio and I left my toolbox there and brought my truck in the loading zone next to the exit doors.I went back in to get my toolbox and asked the same self checkout employee to call for assistance which he did again, and I walked my toolbox to my truck.I waited over 15 minutes and no help arrived. I tried to load the toolbox myself but it was just too heavy and awkward so I took it back into the store for a refund.While returning the toolbox the woman asked why Im returning the item and I told her that Ive asked for help twice and unable to load the box myself. What made me upset was that she told me I could leave it there, go home to get friends to help and come back to pickup the toolbox later.I eventually got my money back and purchased the exact same toolbox at Lowes. Although $100 more expensive than the Home Depot box, at least Lowes had 2 employees load the box in my truck without even asking me.

Ya the store may be a one stop shop for almost anything except customer service friendly helpful staff or anything that resembles a helpful employee. You will however be treated to groups of 4 or 6 employees standing around chatting while customers wander around looking for guidance and help.

This Home Depot has everything. We had to buy some materials for a project at the last moment and this location had seeds and little greenhouses that were extremely needed. There are also some rare for the US fruit trees, which we also bought. We came during our vacation, but it is still a great place to visit :)

Used to go to Lowe’s since it was much less of a hassle to get husband’s military discount but recently their policy changed so we check both places. Almost 2 years ago our washer went out and we were glad to find a replacement at Home Depot at a decent price since they did honor the military discount that time. It was during the pandemic and appliance shortages everywhere. About 10 days later, we received a call from the store that the washing machine just went on sale and the already credited the difference back to the credit card that was used to purchase it! Ended up saving $200. That’s what I call service with a smile :) thank you very much!

Do your self a favor...if you are buying an appliance go somewhere else! I purchased a $1500 range and was told it would be here in 3 to 4 weeks. After 7 days online site didn't even have the order... after 2 weeks it did say I bought it, but nothing about shipping...it has now been almost 3 weeks NOTHING. I attempted to call Home Depot Kalispell numerous times on numerous days and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the CUSTOMER SERVICE phone...no message no nothing! I called the main Home Depot number and 3 times...they routed me to Rob (HD Kalispell floor manager). He said "I will call you back -never did. 5 days later, after routing through main number again...no answer at HD Kalispell, talked to Brian who said that stove is not available and the salesperson should have known that or SOMEONE should have told in the last 3 weeks. Encourage readers to shop elsewhere!

The man in the flooring department was amazing. He definitely new what he was talking about, such as square feet, square yard, and how to minimize waste. He gave us a couple very helpful demonstrations too. If you need flooring go to Home Depot there's great service and flooring starting at .53/square foot. Below is a picture of the trall we will use for the adhesive. Which we did not know we needed until this man helped us. Thank you for the help!

Very limited when it wont allow us to order seasonal item that they never have enough in stock for customers. My home depot runs out of halloween decorations as soon as they put them up. You would think they would restock or allow us to order from the website but items like that. When they are gone they are gone. So stupid. One item in particular this year they only had two of in the whole store. Cant re order and they cant even ship them from other stores that have them in stock. Nor will they restock

They DO have great deals at times. Telephoning in is easy ( if you know how to phrase your statement). The lady I spoke with, in appliances, assisted me fantastically throughout the call and again once I arrived.I don't go to Home Depot often only because the store is a bit of a drive from where I'm located.

I ordered a dryer from Home Depot, the store itself provided ok service in the store, HOWEVER the deliver people really left alot to be desired. I was told they would be there during a 4 hour window, which they arrived later then that. When they arrived they drove past our home and as I waved at them to tell them they missed us they backed up and ran over my neighbors lawn and then over my mail box. They got out of the van and when the opened the back there was tools and stuff all over the back. The one guy said they had missed the turn off from the highway and had slammed on the breaks and everything slid forward. Then they proceeded to tell me they'd been up since 4am, had made a delivery earlier in the day and when they backed up they didn't see the car behind them and hit the car, breaking a window in the car. They then came in my house and when I explained that they needed to take the old dryer out the sideways instead of the front way because it was narrower and wouldn't fit the front way, they proceeded to try to take it out the wider way and got it stuck they then forced it out and in process dented my washer. In process of installing the new dryer they brought a vent that was like 12 inches long. They were trying to install the whole vent, when I pointed out to them that the whole vent would not fit in the space and still hook the dryer up. So they HACKED off a chunk of the vent. ( see the picture) They put the dryer in and " supposedly hooked the vent to the dryer. They then wanted me to sign a doc stating that everything was in order and no damages were found, BUT there were damages, not only to my washer but scratch on the NEW dryer. They tried to make me think it was no big deal, I had to point out to them that I was NOT purchasing a DAMAGED appliance.. After they left I could feel warm air coming from the back of the dryer. I looked around the back and they hadn't even connected the vent to the dryer. ( see picture) I could have done a better job myself!! If you're planning on purchasing anything from Home Depot, I'd think twice before I had anything delivered again. Think it would be worth the effort to pick it up myself and save the money they charged for this installation and delivery. I ended up with poor installation and scratched and dented applicances.

Friendly staff, if you can find someone to help you.But the guy that was trying to help, didn't know the questions about drills.And didn't get someone that would know.He was trying really hard. He was very friendly, but kept leaving us. Then we would have to try and find him again.We did find what we wanted, then had to find him to unlock the case that it was in.Love this store and we will be back.The cashier was super friendly.
