Now I really enjoy this store! They have alot of options between makeup and then sog toys! The dog toys are crazy cheap but they are great well made they are not flimsy at all and cheap and alot of options it's crazy I love it! There also was a guy at the register working and he was fantastic I wish I could remember his name but he was telling me about his dog and the new toys they have were there is a second toy inside the first one! Wow all around great place!! Keep it up you guys rock!!!

Some of the kindest staff at a big store! Every time I go, people are pleasant and the store is very clean. I've heard numerous times the management giving praise and encouragement to the staff, something that we all need from time to time. Highly recommend

I love how the store always has a little bit of everything furniture cosmetics shoes clothing jewelry Etc. The prices are way less than they would be in other stores. I love this place.

I go to TJ Maxx regularly, but today(Sept. 29, 2023) I wanted to say how impressed I was with the organization of the personal care product section! It was sorted by fragrance and product and things were faced and in alignment. Whoever is responsible for this very welcome change needs a raise🤩

As someone who's worked in retail for almost 10 years I can honestly say this was the cleanest and most organized store I've ever been in. Every single aisle was immaculately organized or color coded down to the smallest item. Amazing!

This place is very good as a Target dupe. Things here are much less expensive and such good quality. Went here to get a new phone charger and ended up getting a few other items that were at great prices! I would 100% recommend this store!!

***Beware consumers*** I am very disappointed that TJ Maxx does not return merchandise that they deem is holiday related. I have shopped at this store since they first opened and I am also a TJ Maxx card holder and I was told they would not return some bows because they were Easter merchandise even though they were within the 30 day return period. This was not stated on the receipt. They said they have a sign posted on the wall that indicates this. I will no longer be supporting this store as good customer service is obviously not a priority to them.

Customer service is better than expected always friendly and helpful. The revolving inventory is both a positive and a negative but the quality of the items I've bought from here are good and the prices are a lot more reasonable than what your expect to pay any where else. It's an every weekend stop for me and my family.

If you have never been to a typical TJ Maxx, you would never know THIS IS THE BEST TJ MAXX EVER full stop. This store takes me to (one version) of my happy place when I walk in. Always stalked with tons of fun stuff to look at and reasonably priced. And I have had zero issues with staff, y’all do your thing!!

My first time there, believe it or not. I was amazed by the variety and lay-out. I had a gift card from my sister for a pair of gloves and found a lovely pair of warm, light 100 percent cashmere at a great price!

Staff needs more training on customer service and having a bubbly and upbeat attitude. It’s like walking to a morgue up at the registers. Dress code could also be addressed as it’s hard to tell who is working as some looked as though they just rolled out of bed. Good selection of stuff.

Very nice place, with a great number of pretty inexpensive things such as, clothes, cosmetics and a few electronics. Unfortunately, there is very little to be said about the Male clothing section, nothing but the essentials; dress shirts, ties, socks and sports wear. But I highly recommend them for gifting the lady in your life, as they have a nice variety..

I went for a birthday gift, tried other stores before that. The customer service I was given has been the best I've had in Montana. She was very helpful and got a gift that she suggested and the person loved it. Wish I got her name but would definitely be back.

I was treated rudely when I asked a question about the return policy on shampoo. Most places do allow it and don't mind the question. However after purchasing the shampoo I ran back to see if they had a conditioner when I caught the employee making fun of me on her headset about the question I had asked. I immediately returned the shampoo. I'm not going to buy product from someone who treats me rudely or can't wait for someone to leave before talking about them.

My daughter and I happened to stop in for 1 thing and then five outfits later, we finally left. We got some great deals on clearance dresses and summer jumpsuits. I'm talking $2 and $3 outfits. What!!?? So crazy. I'm super happy with T.J. Maxx

Awesome store! I wish I had one near where I live. They have all the things you need and the name brand items. I walked away with a sunburn relief, flip flops, speaking of which they have a huge selection of woman’s shoes. My husband wasn’t please with the men’s area. He hates to shop like most men and still wanted to see a bigger selection of men’s items. Check this place out.

T.J. Maxx is one of my top favorite stores! This Missoula branch has a very unique selection of clothes, house items and food with quality that is top-notch. You can find world brands here at bargain prices. Store is very clean and organized, and the people are very nice. Too bad store has no branch where I live right now in California.

Great place to find discounted stuff, especially high quality cookware. They usually have nice pots and pans, some priced incredibly low. Clothing is hit or miss.
