The staff at Spark1 are always very friendly, they know exactly what I like to smoke on and overall are amazing friends. Especially Maggie, Jenny and Kirsten..Love you Ladies🤘!!! I've been going to Spark for over 6yrs and have always been more than satisfied with the service!!! I mainly puff on flower and Spark1 always has a great selection of bud to choose from. I would "high"ly recommend Spark1 to all my friends and family!!

Being new in town leaves me with PLENTY of options for trying out new places to grab my green, however, I have YET to be to another dispensary since I first visited Spark1 here. Jenny is usually my budtender that helps me, and she is FANTASTIC with the knowledge and customer service. she always knows what I need to feel better and I will never go to another dispensary for products again. Spark1: 10/10

I have been going to spark1 since I moved here 3 years ago and they have been consistently one of my favorite dispensaries. I was super excited when I found out that they brought their caramels back! They are by far the best edibles I have found in town! Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I know I can always walk in and ask anyone at the counter what they recommend for the day, and I will get an answer with an explanation for why they are recommending that product. The only thing that I can say against it is their website no longer distinguishes their products by sativa/indica/hybrid category, which, for me, is very important medically. But overall, a great shop!

Spark1 has been my go-to spot for over 4 years. I missed them dearly when I lived in Helena and they shifted to whole-sale (though I understand the business move) but then had the good fortune of relocating to Missoula where they still had a retail spot.The quality is always among the highest standard in town yet the prices are very reasonable. Also, every single experience is met with a dope individual who knows their stuff and never fails to ask how my day is going (and then even respond genuinely!). Josh is the homie and helps me navigate their wide variety of strains and products based on my needs. Their bud is always excellent but I usually go for their cartridges and you won’t find a better quality at a better price anywhere in town.

I made an online order and picked it up, left and realized it wasn’t what I ordered and wasn’t a product I have ever utilized. By law, it can’t be returned and I understood that, but want sure how to proceed. Those verrry nice fellas not only got me the correct item, which I had to pay for (understandably), but gave me the knowledge I needed to utilize the product I was unfamiliar with and comped the tool I needed to do so and didn’t make me feel like a dummy for asking how to use it. I’m old school and have only enjoyed this type of product one particular way. I look at the experience as a chance to try something new and I was not disappointed.I HIGHLY recommend these guys! Awesome and courteous service and product!!

10 outta 10 would recommend! I have been a loyal medical customer through Spark1 Missoula for years now, and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad experience. The product never disappoints, no matter your preference. And the bud tenders always have the best attitudes and wonderful customer service! Always reminding me if I have enough points to get a discount off my total cost, or getting me the best deals of the day. Alex is a fantastic bud tender, very personable. Always a delight when I get to see her. Connor is quiet but he makes sure to remind you when you’re getting close to your limit and how to go about getting an extension if needed :) Always a hit ❤️

I normally have a great experience shopping here however, I was recently refused service for simply looking at their site online to see the THC content of each item (which is not listed on the product boards) I was told they are not allowed to sell to anyone looking at their phone while ordering as they assume you're buying for someone else. Yikes. Never had this happen before, I've done this at several places and this has never been an issue. The staff courteously relayed the message, I understand policies but this one is off putting and reaching to say the least.

Jenny the bud tender is amazing. She knows her information and can help medically wise.Otherwise this place sucks, I have left in tears. I do not feel welcome and worst of all I wanted to report how I felt to the manger but he ended up being the manager!I only go her for the women bud tenders and the cheap lows.Only leaving stars for Jenny specifically. I probably won’t be welcomed back after this review but that’s probably best:)

It's a pretty good place. The easy menu placements and friendly service makes a good atmosphere along with the cool displays. I usually get helped by an employee named Alex and they're absolutely awesome, very friendly and will excitedly help you with any deals or specials going on. They deserve a gold ⭐

My wife and I have been Going to spark one for years, and yesterday. 4/6/24 We were treated so rudely and so disrespectful that we will never go there again. It was completely Embarrassing and uncalled for. After he rang us up for all our stuff, he told us he wasn't going to sell to us because I was helping my wife pick the stuff out. So he just walked away and stole our exit bag we brought in. We pay for thoes. We have never been treated like that anywhere.. 😕
