This place is insultingly expensive. I understand it's going to a good cause but I don't see how they can make much of a difference when you can't afford to buy their clothes. Any outdoor brands are marked way up and you won't find a good pair of shoes under $45. Just go to goodwill

Absolutely disgusting pricing. An organization that is supposed to help the needy and the disenfranchised is taking donations and charging sometimes hundreds of dollars for said donations. People shop at thrift stores because they need affordable clothing. This place should be ashamed.

I used to love donating to and shopping here but the prices have gotten so ridiculously high that I’ve stopped doing either. I don’t understand why they feel it’s better to overcharge for donated items rather than just price it low and turn over more. It is cheaper to shop for clothes at the Restyle consignment store across the street than it is to shop here. Hope thrift doesn’t overcharge and also does great work in the community.

Anything worth buying was basically the same price as buying at Nordstrom Rack and more expensive than buying on sites like Poshmark.

Pretty overpriced. There were items from the dollar store and Walmart brand that were 3x the original price. Used Target brand shoes for 50$. Some clothes still had a prior thrift store tag on them that showed a lower price. I don’t mind higher priced used items if they are vintage or unused, but the prices here are a scam. Unfortunately.

I feel like I was tricked into giving them my money“yes you can return things since our dressing room is closed” I took the items home to try on and nothing worked, when I went back to return the next day they said they can’t give me back my money, just give me store credit. I went back again today to see if there is anything i could buy with this gift card and this store is so overpriced I can’t believe it… I talked to an employee today saying I just want my money back and she flat out said NOPE. I feel so scammed…. I just wanted to buy a couple pairs of jeans and I need to try on before I buy. Buyer beware here…. :(

I love supporting this great organization. Items are organized and generally priced right with the occasional over-priced item, but it is forgiven due to the great work this organization does for women in our community. My only suggestion is to organize shoes by size instead of type, otherwise, these gals do a great job!

Most ridiculous prices I've ever seen at a place that takes donations. It seems like they're taking advantage of the generosity of their donors. Their prices are even higher than consignment shops. Do not recommend!

I just moved in to a new apartment and I had to buy everything! Furniture, dishes, silverware, lamps, you name it. I got it all at Secret Seconds and the service was awesome. They packed everything up and what would have cost me a fortune new I got for a fraction of the price. And its stuff I really love!

I’m not exactly sure where these 5 star railing are coming from.All of secret seconds items are over priced. Sometimes only a little less than the item brand new. Items will sit on their shelves for months before they lower prices. They take advantage of those that “need” something like shoes, rather than “want” something.Donate to goodwill or other outlets. Especially books.

I do really love this place and like what it does in the community.Some of the items are just overpriced though. It's used and it was donated, don't gouge the next guy. And honestly if they lowered prices a bit they would probably sell twice as much.But I do almost always find a treasure or 2 when I'm in there. Which is often!

Friendly and professional staff. Sometimes they get really cool stuff in. It does cost a little more because they are running a shelter for women who need help. I have been to all the thrift shops in Missoula and this is the best one.

So I went in there and they had 70% off a close other weekend I Must Have Spent 50 bucks and saved a hundred fifty bucks some pretty good clothes in there it didn't take me long to find them and I didn't stand in line very long I was actually amazed there's lots of women as a single man I was thinking I could ask one of them out to dinner but I hesitated and I never did

My wife and shop and donate at both locations in Missoula. Today, I was unable to use our discount because my wife was not with me. I understand that some may abuse this somehow. However, it seems a punitive not to allow a husband and wife to share a member ship.

A nice and varied thrift store which has a lot of interesting, well-kept, high quality clothing that you'll either find perfect to your tastes or totally boring. There are also quite a lot of assorted toys, books, furniture, and other trinkets that make this a place worthy of a quick look-through. I'll make no promises that you'll find what you're looking for but, especially from what I've seen in the womens' section, their offerings are very nice and affordable for being a thrift store. If you're into thrifting, it's worth checking out.

Nice things in here, lots of brand name shoes and clothes but at brand name prices, everything was expensive as all hell...I know it goes to a good cause but the people shopping here are shopping second hand for a deal...

Half the store is women's clothes. A third of the store is house stuff like furniture and decorations. And the men's clothing is a small selection of okay shirts and pants.My girlfriend did find a nice dress for $8 so there's that.
