Went in with my daughters to get a play purse last night and bossy Karen manager berated the employee in front of us by saying, “she gets frustrated when there’s more than a couple things on the counter,” but then she started insinuating we were attempting to steal by looking through the items we were purchasing multiple times- only to forget to remove the beeper tag from the items we purchased.How embarrassing for everyone involved.There are much better places to shop without feeling like a criminal- furthermore, Ross is junk with the exception of cheap toy purses and socks for children at literally the same price you can find them at other box stores. I understand that people do shoplift from stores but this behavior felt a little more motivated by something else. I also feel really bad for the employee behind the register.Avoid this place like the plague and just be kind to people without forming opinions.

Seems pretty empty in here these days. Covid I think is killing everyone's shopping experience. Pretty soon it's going to be only shopping on line. Online is ok but I like seeing stuff and getting to go home with my choice right away.

Same prices as goodwill, but everything is new! The only reason they still exist. It certainly isn't the swap meet atmosphere or barely noticable customer service skills of the constant rotation of new employees. Perhaps Ross should pay it's people a little more? 🤔 I don't know. Go for the bargains. Don't ask anyone that works there for anything. That's my advice. God bless.

I found what I was looking for, but the service was lacking. I live out of town and am accustomed to friendly service at my regular Ross. At this one, I felt like I was inconveniencing the checkout clerk. Also, while making my purchase selection, a female employee was loudly complaining about her boyfriend, airing out her personal drama. Not a professional thing to do.

Haven't been here in quite a long time, I'm not a fan of the way the store is set up. My son was looking for some nice but inexpensive shorts & did find some here. We ended up walking around, I bought brand name socks & tennis shoes for over 1/2 off the cost I had priced almost the exact items @ a store in the Mall. Thanks Ross! 😊

Yesterday (6/28/2022), I went into this store to shop and upon exiting the dressing room area, I encountered a woman in a wheelchair asking one of the employees if she would be willing to push her to the area rugs so she could continue to shop. This employee told her, “ugh, I don’t know if I can do that or not” and began to walk off. I have never seen such blatant discrimination in my life and was absolutely appalled that an employee would treat a customer that way, especially someone wheelchair bound! I proceeded to help assist her, and the poor woman was embarrassed, angry, and disappointed that another human would treat her that way. Do better. Be better.Everyone like a deal, but I can’t stand for discrimination and blatant disrespect.

This is place has changed over the last few years. It's gotten Messier, with poor selection. The prices are still right if you do find anything you like though.UPDATE: They are starting to get more inventory, but still not nearly like it used to be.

This is a fantastic clothes store to get decent brands of all sorts of pants, shirts and shoes at a much more far price than these items once were at full retail. Same great quality, just a bit dated. Probably the greatest, best priced clothes store to save a few bucks and still come away with a quality outfit, with quality brands.

Ross is a great place to find exactly what your looking for! Extremely helpful and friendly employees. They always look after their customers wants and needs. The managers go out of their way to help you if ya cant find exactly what your looking for. They have prices you cant beat anywhere else in town. today's experience wasn't good... There was a gal with blue colored hair that was very rude. Ruined the trip into the store. And I wasn't the only one who thought this... Everyone else standing in the check out line was pretty upset with this girl's attitude. I hope she's not working next time I go shopping
