The staff is so friendly! Kendra cut my kitty cat's hair and he looks so very handsome. I've had other people trim him before and always looks like they trimmed him with a spoon lol anyways, Kendra did amazing job. Here's a picture of him modeling his new do. Enjoy!

We took our 15 year old cat to Quick Paws. Kendra did an amazing job. Jack had his hair and mats shaved off and his nails clipped. He can move around so much better. Thank you Kendra and everyone at Quick Paws for taking awesome care of Jack.

I boarded my cat with quick paws and I am so happy for it. It felt good to know that he would get some one on one time. He stayed for two weeks and when I got him he looked happy and healthy. The notes I got from staff who spent time with him were heart melting. Truly grateful for this service and the staff who watched after my kitty.

Simply fantastic!Our experience with Quick Paws was amazing for our cat boy Muggsy. We recently had fallen on hard times and Quick Paws came to the rescue with caring for our pet when things were uncertain, they worked flexibly with us financially as well and cannot thank them enough for all they do.

I’m giving five stars because some doodler decided to give one star. Melody, if your mom’s doodle was shaved, it was because it was a matted mess. Meaning your mom was neglecting the dog and not brushing it properly. Dematting the dog would have been cruel and painful. The only way to deal with extreme matting is to shave it off. You are the reason why groomers are turning doodle owners away. Y’all want the teddy bear look, don’t maintain your dog, and get mad when a groomer can’t magically restore your dog’s matted to the skin coat. The well being of the dog be damned.

They always take awesome care of my kitty cat and fawn over how great he is. I'm sad to leave him to travel, but it feels good to know he's in good hands. I appreciate that they trim his nails and give him flea treatments while he's there (for an extra fee) because he doesn't like to let me do that for him.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! Took my dog here last year on his birthday and will be doing it again this year. I’m not going to lie I was very nervous leaving him for the first time at the groomers. I looked at about 7 groomers in town before I decided on this place. The poor staff were so kind to me and answered all my overbearing questions with a smile on their face. The building was nice and clean and they truly care about the animals. My handsome little boy loved it there and I can’t wait to bring him back. Thank you Quick Paws for unbelievable costumer service and your love of pets!!!!

At first this was our favorite place for our dog to go. We trust very few to care for her. She had went for a few play days.We had to leave her for a couple of days for a family gathering. In a hurry to get back to our dog we wanted to pick her up right away... We did not call ahead of time figuring she would be ready to go. We went into quick paws and the odor was overwhelming. Mind you this was on a weekend and maybe they were short of staff. Not only was the odor putrid, they did not do the grooming we asked for. The girl at the desk informed us they were going to do it that day. Our dog smelled so bad she had to have multiple baths to try to get rid of the odor.I do not know if we would go back there.

I brought my young cat in for grooming and removal of mats in her fur. The staff were very kind and good with both me and my cat. They were gentle and considerate of potential scares with noises for my cat. She was very well taken care of and I am very happy with the grooming. I will definitely be going back to Quick Paws for our grooming needs.

My dog has been going to Quick Paws for years and they entire staff does an amazing job!! Recently my dog had some health issues on a hike and they notified me immediately and where there to help. They checked in with his us in the following days and the staff showed that they truly care. I would HIGHLY recommend Quick Paws to any person that loves their pet.

Quick Paws is beyond awesome. I have tried about eight grooming places for my little dog, Oreo and have found Quick Paws to be by far the best. I tried other places here in Missoula and was not very satisfied with the cuts. I also tried to get in to other places, but no one ever returned my call.The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I could not be happier and never plan to go to another groomer!!!Thank you, Quick Paws!!!!!Kathy Ives and OreoPS I would post a picture, but I don't know how to do it!!!

We have been bringing our border collie there for a while now and have been nothing but impressed with the service, convenience and overall quality of he staff/facility. I was very apprehensive about leaving our boy at first but after seeing how well he's taken care of and how much fun he has, we are completely comfortable. The staff is always friendly, the premises are always very clean and the fact that I can just drop off and pick up whenever is super convenient. We've used their grooming and boarding services as well and have been equally impressed. I have knack for spotting quality operations and this is definitely that... Highly recommended, local business!

Quick Paws is amazing, being placed on the wait-list for 8 months was definitely worth the wait. We have a very energetic 2 year old Lab, he loves the hikes, and comes home exhausted. The Disney customer service keeps amazing me; from post card and picture updates, to QPaw dog tags on collars in case they stray during the hike. They always answer the phone with a smile. Definitely worth the money for your furry family member.

Best grooming experience! I do a lot of dog training and was worried that a bad grooming experience or nail trim would undo all the work we have done with our dog. The groomer said she would not continue if he became nervous or seemed shut-down, but there was no need to worry. The groomer was professional and answered all our questions upon drop-off. Our dog was happy and comfortable when we picked him up, and she groomed him just as we asked. We will definitely go back. PS: hikes, daycare and boarding are also excellent, but everyone knows that already:)

If you are looking for quality TLC for your fur baby, look no further. Charla and her team were fabulous. Our dog LOVED his dogcation and made a ton of new friends. The communication is top notch and proactive. I really appreciated the great care and attention provided by the team. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the whole experience. Great ladies that took great care of my unruly cat. The price was way better than I expected. Other places asked about our cats temperament and said, we can't do it because it will need to be sedated. For that and a shave I would have been looking at $120 at Cats on Broaway and probably more with a bath. Michelle, the groomer, who was knowledgeable and showed concern for my girls' cat said, let me see what I can do. She was able to shave the mats off but wasn't able give it a bath but I am totally pleased. The bath was an extra bonus anyway because I was mostly worried about the mats. I was only charged $25!!! My cat is happy, my wife and kids are happy and I am even happier. Lol. If you are looking for a place to take your pet I bet you would have good luck too. - Wade

Fantastic first boarding experience. The staff took great care of our dogs Maple and Aspen and had very detailed descriptions of their stay there and how everything went. Our dogs are exhausted from having so much fun playing, we are beyond pleased!

My poor mother took her labradoodle to be "groomed" here. Bless her heart, she almost cried when she saw what they did- I think they handed a kid a pair of clippers and told them to go to town. Her beautiful, sweet, curly-haired labradoodle came back looking like a greyhound. They straight-up SHAVED her, nose to tail, and were proud to show my mother the picture of the FLEECE they sheared off the dog. THAT'S NOT A GROOMING JOB. What they did took no skill at all. It's horrific. We could have bought clippers and done that ourselves, but she thought she was paying for a professional haircut for her dog. Ha. I'm absolutely stunned. Also, it's April, and the poor dog is now freezing. My mother had already paid by the time they brought out the dog, and was too horrified and shocked to say anything. I can't blame her. Every dollar she spent was a dollar well wasted. I'm absolutely disgusted with this place.

Michelle at Quick Paws is the best groomer in town! My poodle is given great service, treated like royalty and each time her cut is done to perfection. I have tried many places in Missoula but only Quick Paws will do!

This review is long overdue. Quick Paws is my favorite small business in Missoula. My dog Blue has been going to Quick Paws consistently for almost 4 years. He hikes twice a week, boards a few times a year when we vacation/travel for work, and gets groomed regularly there. I'd estimate that Blue has done over 360 hikes with Quick Paws! We have NEVER had a bad experience, which kind of blows my mind. Charla, and her staff, are wonderful people who truly love my dog. If you have a dog who enjoys other dogs, and especially a dog who enjoys hiking, Quick Paws will add a lot of happiness to your dog's life. It's a genius business, and Blue's twice weekly doggy hikes have helped transform him into a socialized and content dog. My biggest compliment of Quick Paws is that I truly believe they all sincerely enjoy my dog, and that makes me happy. Once I was home sick when Blue got dropped off after his hike. Quick Paws let him into my house and neither Quick Paws nor Blue knew I was upstairs in bed. I heard the hiker say to Blue "I had such a good time with you buddy...thanks for a great hike!" and then he locked up my house and left. So pleasant. Quick Paws is just a great place with an even greater staff, and we are fortunate to have them in Missoula. I know that if we ever moved, we would truly miss them. I highly recommend Quick Paws to anyone who has a dog who enjoys spending time with other dogs.

Used them for over two years have always felt prices where high but they did a good job (dogs smelled amazing) so I was willing to pay it. My last interaction I was running a few min late. They told me I could pay them an extra $30.00 per dog to still get them groomed (so 83.00 total a dog) or a $56.00 cancel fee for two dogs. My money is going elsewhere.

My dog and myself love the daycare. though as for the Hiking. my dog has allergies I know this.. never had a problem hiking until recently when one of their staff Let him eat a carcass. their was no.. I am am sorry. the conversation went more "we can't be responsible for you dog while he hikes " I'll never forget that statement, I will never send my dog to hike again. because you should be completely responsible for every dog in your charge and trained to-do so.
