I’m a local business owner and we’ve been working with Pierce for over two years to get a floor fixed that was not installed properly for commercial use. First they tried to blame us for picking the wrong product but when I showed them an email from my architect where he says “I assume the products they are looking at are suitable for use in commercial food prep setting and up to local and federal requirements for such use” they acknowledged the error was on them and told me don’t worry, we’ve got the “Pierce Promise” we’re going to replace your floor and cover the cost. It’s been over two years of stalling, telling me they can’t get the product in, not answering phone calls or emails, and now the floor is peeling up and I just had an employee trip and fall backwards while carrying heavy pans and hurt themselves. ALL I CAN SAY IS FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR FLOORING. Pay more if necessary, this is a terrible company to do business with. Keep in mind this is a commercial flooring project they did just over two years ago and the floor has been in the condition pictured here for over a year.

We were a bit apprehensive about replacing our carpeting with engineered hardwood floors in our spacious great room. Tracy came out with numerous samples and we selected one that would pull in the various colors of woods, along with adding the right amount of warmth to the room. The results were spectacular!Additionally, Travis and his crew did an exceptional job removing the carpet and installing the new hardwood flooring.Very pleased!

Very helpful Pierce sales staff who took the time to explain the best carpet for our needs; this was carpet for our home’s stairs.Colour, pattern, pile depth etc are all factors to consider. Pierce had a good selection from which to choose, and provided help and guidance in the process.On the scheduled installation day, the crew arrived almost to the minute expected.They removed the old, tired, original carpet, cleaned up the stair for old staples etc, then carefully installed our new carpet.The Pierce crew were polite, professional, and left our home cleaner than when they arrived!The new carpet looks and feels great; a treat for eyes, and bare feet! We are very happy with the entire experience.

I’m disappointed to have to leave such a low review for Pierce Flooring. My initial experience of choosing flooring was very smooth and enjoyable. I worked with a very kind and capable employee who helped me find the perfect hardwood, carpet, and tile for my house remodel. Unfortunately that’s where my good experience ended. The hardwood was installed, which looked nice and went well. Everything took a dramatic turn when the carpet was installed. The carpet itself was done incredibly poorly, with visible seams, bubbles on the stairs, and uneven cuts along the boarders. They even tried to “hide” a 2” notch that they had clearly cut by mistake in the corner of the room. Not only this, but THEY CUT THE CARPET ON THE HARDWOOD!!!!!!!!! This left huge diagonal cuts through a large portion of the brand new boards which obviously needed to be replaced. I brought this issue to pierces attention multiple times, and still it took well over a month for them to respond to me and offer a solution. As you can imagine this caused enormous delays in completing my project and cost me lots of additional time and money. I’m really disappointed with my experience and will certainly never use them again, or recommend them to anyone.

Every single time we need flooring it’s not even a question, it’s time to call Jim at Pierce flooring. And it is problem and hassle free every single time. Today they put new linoleum in our basement bathroom. And like every single other time no mess left behind, flooring product (regardless of type) is installed with incredible accuracy. We honestly couldn’t be more pleased.

Have had the pleasure of working with Mason twice now - once for vinyl plank flooring, and again for carpet. The process was easy and stress free. He helped answer all of my questions, showed me MANY samples because I was indecisive, but he was very patient and kind. Tracy at Pierce Flooring was soooo helpful while I was trying to order two different carpet pieces cut as area rugs. I found the best most affordable carpets and he made ordering incredibly easy. I did price check around town and Pierce was the most cost effective. Turnaround was incredibly fast. Highly recommend!!

I selected vinyl plank flooring and went by the store twice to order it. My original sales rep was not there and I worked with a fellow there who said he would have my rep call me. She never called. I went back again, and my original rep was not in. The two folks there said they couldn't make my order happen because they couldn't find the info on or in my original reps desk. They said they would have her call me. We played phone tag and after 48 hours with no word back, I went to another company in town and they worked great with me.I am very disappointed with Pierce.

Dan Archibald was my project manager and he was very attentive. He called quickly after I submitted the form online and came to my home and measures the same day, with a quote that afternoon. The start date for the project was delayed a week due to the product not arriving on time, not their fault. Wes, the installer, was prompt and did a great job overall. I would definitely use Pierce Flooring for any future projects I may have.

We are pleased with our new floor covering. Jim Sampson was very helpful in explaining the different types of laminate flooring which made it easier for us to choose what was best for our home and our budget. Leo, the installer, was very accommodating and explained what he was doing and was willing to discuss various parts of the job and made sure I was happy with the job when he finished. Leo and his assistant put in a 12 hour day to complete the job in a single day.

Carpet I selected from Pierce Flooring was just installed last week. I am very happy with the whole experience.
