Got my first reptile ever a fancy leopard gecko :-) I can't remember the lady's name which now I feel bad for but she was amazing! She had some of the same geckos at home so she was very knowledgeable, and very helpful in the process of getting everything that we needed for our new member of our family :-) I will definitely be going back there for our future purchases for our new little guy or girl. The animals are well taken care of and it seems like the people there know what they're doing!

Willow did very nice job with our large fluffy dog, Joey!! Thanks Williw!! He smells so much better and is so soft and silky. We allowed him to select a treat before leaving the store. He wanted the $20.00 treat and whined when we said he couldn't have it. We did allow the $12.00 chewy bone. We think this is why he's still not speaking to us.

Clean friendly environment.Pet friendly so u can take ur fur babies ies in with you ! Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help u at any time . Pricing could b better as they r a Lil on the high side but way better than petco tho ... 🤷 and the friendly staff definitely make the experience pleasantIs definitely a must go if u have furbabies and want the best products for them !

My pup Jane got a bath and all the trimmings done. It was her first time and they were so great with her. They took their time with her and gave her lots of rubs. The did a great job. We will be back....

So we ordered a full hair cut for our dogs and petsmart did this to both dogs. They look ridiculous. Then petsmart blamed us for ordering the wrong hair cut. As you can see the feet were we shaved and the rest of the dog wasn't touched. Then they said, well we didn't have time to do the full haircut. Very poor customer service and very poor treatment of animals. I would not recommend this business for anything and don't bother dealing with the manager lady because the customer will be blamed no matter what.

They are friendly here! I have always been warned away from Petsmart grooming so I was skeptical, but Jerrilyn is super sweet and my dog Doc just snuggles right up to her for pets when we arrive. My dog is afraid of the blower so it’s nice they have a crate with airflow as an alternative. Doc was quicked here one time by another groomer, and so I’ve been now trying to work up his confidence going to the groomers again. I try to exclusively book with Jerrilyn because of it. The cashiers are friendly. Mario always waves hi at me when I come in and the cashier lady who has a new puppy of her own always gives Doc two cookies instead of one which is super sweet. The shelves with the beta fish in cups are depressing to see though, I wish Petsmart as a company would stop the beta fish abuse.

I've rescued 2 small animals (no fault to PetSmart accidents happen when animals are put under stress) one was a hammy named Butterball. she is absolutely wonderful and I got my boog today I'm so in love with them I would recommend asking if they have any small animals in back to re-home! They need homes

I love to take Coco to the salon here at Petsmart because the staff is so good and kind to her. I have her nails grinded so that my leather furniture isn't scratched up. They do an excellent job at the bathing and combing fur to minimize shedding.

Took our kids for their first pet, we have a farm and care for animals but our young children wanted a house pet. I’ve never seen so many dead animals in a pet store, incredibly depressing for the kids and also we can’t support them by buying one, had to leave. The overall condition of the store was dirty and uninviting, and when we told an employee that they had some fish tanks with the air off and all the fish were dying it didn’t seem a priority for them. Here’s a pic of one of the tanks.

Always makes me sad going to big pet stores but there aren't many options around. Over all good helpful staff and all the critters seem taken care of properly. Any fish I have purchased have been happy and healthy although I feel a little on the expensive side.

Store employee in green and white vans hat should not be starting confrontation between two customers in line while at work. He is very unprofessional. The whole interaction this evening between two women because he was not being a professional clerk was very disappointing would expect more from a corporate company on how to hire people and train on situations like that: he should and told the woman to get in line like everyone else.

Very happy to find Natural Balance dog food salmon and brown rice adult formula. Very happy. Would recommend over iams for old English bullies hands down. Less waist for sure. Two stools over five any day:)

Did an amazing job grooming our St. Bernard. The wait lines are very long just to pay for the service I waited 15 minutes in line that went half way back into the store.
