My wife and I went in to see the reindeer but actually found our new favorite store. This place has everything ! Clothes, tools, toys,guns, pet supplies and just about anything you could think of for yard/ agriculture projects. The staff was super friendly and store was well stocked and maintained.

Went in to look for some new jeans. Asked a sales clerk about getting help to find my size because I haven’t been shopping for jeans in several years. She led me to some cubbies and told me to look “there.” And said inventory was low on certain sizes. I guess I expected a little more help than that! Then she went back to work on the project I’d interrupted her from. I went home and ordered jeans online.

This place is a joke! Came up with a list of things that they're website said had plenty of inventory in store for a visit during a friend/family sale. Made my way into town and found that most things were actually out of stock. Sales associates were no help and just shrugged saying "I don't know". What a waste of time. Then the jeans that I did buy rang up at the wrong price and had to go back for a price adjustment. Ridiculous!

I wouldn't shop here. Ordered 2 carhartt jackets. Waited a week still no shipping info. Finally called to ask what was up and got the sorry we are sold out of one of them. Wasn't happy about that. Then later that day get a email that the other jacket was canceled too. Can't recommend a store that sells stuff they don't actually have to sell. On top of that the jackets were on-sale cause of black Fri, cyber Monday and they took so long to notify me they are now $80 more for each jacket,costing me $160 to purchase from a different supplier. If you dont have sufficient stock don't take my money. I would stay away.

Despite it being Black Friday, I was assisted by two clerks, one retrieving a pair of boots for me to try when the first pair in the shoe area didn't fit. Got in & out in 15 minutes, all the personnel were pleasant and professional.

Always helpful 90 percent of time always have what I need plus some fun stuff that I just want.😉 Whoever buys the clothes is doing a great job.👍I'm super happy I finally found some toys that my dogs have been able to shred yet. Plus the variety of treats are varied enough that I can get a different one every time.😉 WHO'S A HAPPY DOG... 🐕 he is, yes he is...good boy.

I went into Murdoch's to get an accessory for a rifle and the guy working at the gun counter was unbelievably rude. He barely acknowledged me when I said hello to him. He really seemed upset when I asked him to get something from behind the counter and he clearly didn't want to answer any further questions about other products I was looking for. Everyone else in the store was friendly and professional. I'll be back for dog food, but I won't be visiting the gun counter again.

They didn’t have the horse blanket size I was looking for but that’s expected with the forecast promising four days colder than -20. Good sales though, decent store :)

Murdochs is an all around amazing store from feed/animal supplies , to ranch supplies , hunting , fishing, camping gear , clothes, shoes / boots heavy winter gear .... u name it u can jus about find it here with the best of quality as well . Super friendly staff and helpful will always go out of their way to assist you in ur store needs .... definitely a must check out if your in missoula

This is the one and only place I buy my dogs food and snacks and toys! They have a great selection and I own a English mastiff and he weighs in at 200 pounds. He is a big baby but huge. Mean too. I also do gardening and they have a great selection of garden stuff. I also carry a fire arm and they have all you need there as well. Oh and I love gloves and they I swear have the only small size gloves sold in the whole entire world lol. I really love the service as well your never waiting in line cause all registers are open and running. Truly it's a all around great store very clean and always stocked up to the fullest. I don't believe they have ever been out of a item I have went in for! Thank Murdoch's I appreciate your store and employees keep up the great work.

I do like Murdochs, but NORTH 40 is way better. Hope Murdochs catches up with what an awesome store NORTH 40 is. Come on Murdochs, step it up. Your what I have local and I hear you two companies won't open in same towns. Become the leader.Just me hoping. Have great day.

A+ Murdoch's!!! From the Cashiers, to the Puppy Section, to the Gun Counter, a 100% Class Act! I have a 13 Week old "Shy" Heeler Pup, yep, Shy! She was greeted by so many loving employees who understood how to slowly work with her. She scored some tasty treats too!! This is all while I got to shop for an hour. The Gun Counter Guys, all so sweet! Thank you Tom Stensatter for your amazing help. I can not say enough how important Customer Service is. Murdoch's Nailed It!!! Nice work Missoula!

They gave a HUGE Carhartt selection. Lots of clothing to look at. Didn't go too far into the other isles but they seem to keep their shelves stocked. Great parking. Friendly and helpful staff as well. It does get super busy though.

I’d just like to say how unhappy I am with your service. I’m was here on vacation when my Oman generator stopped working. We brought it in to see if we could get it repaired and possibly buy another generator to run in parallel, as our friends highly recommended this store. We were initially told that they could look at it tomorrow, and then after finding out we hadn’t purchased it there told us they wouldn’t look at it for 7 weeks. I was even told that even if we bought a new generator from them they would still not look at the non working generator. Needless to say I decided that I would not do business with Murdochs and opted to go spend $1000 at another store where I purchased a new generator. Murdocks loss.

Murdoch's lacks ability to keep the feed in stock. Every time I go there I have to decide on a different feed for my birds. There's a couple I like to use but Murdoch's can't seem to keep them in stock. This time; nothing, I will start going elsewhere. Also the customer service is horrible.

I have been coming to Murdoch’s in Missoula for many years. Today I was reminded about why I keep coming back. Geanenne was so helpful and knowledgeable and listened to what I was asking for. She showed me a wide range of horse supplies and even walked me to where the products I needed most were. Thanks to Geanenne for a wonderful experience and I hope to be back real soon!
