I had a project that I needed done the next day by 11 am because I had to catch a flight. I emailed the project at 8 pm the night before and Ethan Tenney emailed me right before the shop opened that they could do it. And 15 minutes later it was done. A quarter of the price I would have paid if I did the project in the city I was going to. It was amazing! And it turned out so well!

I called Mike's Print and Copy for Lost Dog posters when my little buddy went missing. It was a time crunch Friday afternoon, 15 minutes before closing, but they didn't even hesitate. When I picked up my posters, I was too distracted to notice that the price was lower than I expected. Friday night, after canvassing the clinics and shelters and posting all around my neighborhood, I saw a note with my email receipt to let me know the first 25 posters are no charge for lost pets.This kind gesture just about made me cry. For a business to have this kind of heart is worth 10 stars. I haven't found my sweet girl yet, but it puts wind in my sails to have the community support!

Despite the last minute request, Shawn was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I was recommended by a friend to go to Mike's over Staples and I'm so grateful they set me in this direction. I emailed a file to be printed and it was ready to be picked up within the hour! A couple of years back I needed just a couple of high quality 8.5 x 11 prints for a random personal project. Wandered into Mike's and they were more than helpful, quick and responsive on this job that was less than $10.Recently, my organization adjusted our programming to include literally thousands of printed instruction booklets - often times, we would finish designing these the day before we needed to send or distribute them, and I thought of Mike's. Mike's was able to turn around these prints on short notice (this is not to say you should procrastinate your own jobs and expect it to be their problem...). Since we started using Mike's I can't imagine going anywhere in town for stuff like this - every single print job we've sent was done quickly, the quality is great and pricing has been competitive with other shops in town, most often much cheaper. I can't say enough good things about this business, we now use them exclusively for all of our print work, from small jobs to high-volume, $3k print jobs. Go here first, you won't be disappointed!

I was not notified when my job was finished as I was told I would be; when I dropped in on the day it was supposed to be done, I was rudely told I’d be notified. 2days later, the job was done and when I went to pick up, I was, again, spoken to rudely re: disposition of the attachment. Great local copy shop, so much quicker and more knowledgeable than the big box places. They are very helpful at explaining the best way to print a project, and how the pricing works. Doesnt take long before a well established small business with selectively and progressively poor customer service gets poor word of mouth by more than a few. Owner might want to consider early retirement before business is total wasted space.
