Great store! Very helpful and respectful staff that will answer any questions one may have to the best of their knowledge. Store is very clean, hours of operation are decent with Sunday being the only day that it's closed, and it almost always has what you need in stock. And if it doesn't, the employee on shift tries to let you know when it will be back in stock as best as possible. Two thumbs up!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Very friendly! They answer all my questions I have very throughout with much patience. They always have a great big smile on their faces! =) They have great deals! If something is wrong with my tank they fix it right away. This is definitely the place to go.

I absolutely love this store!! The owners are some of the greatest people I've ever met! Been going here for years!! Also the only place that carries my personal favorite brand of juice cosmic fog! Specifically milk and honey flavor. I always stop in whenever I'm in town. Their products have given me the tools to help people close to be quit smoking. I'm very grateful for that! Thanks so much!

I love this shop. My adult son and I have been with these guys since they opened. They are always friendly and, I feel, have the best juice in town. Anytime I've had a problem with my equipment they have been more than happy to help. They have honored their warranties with my vape mods, batteries, tanks, etc. I had a pen that leaked constantly, wasn't their fault, and when I came to them with my issue they had no problem with any refunds, exchanges, etc. You have to be responsible, if something goes wrong, breaks, leaks, etc, to get to the store as soon as possible. Thanks guys!

Love the place! Excellent customer service and very informative about questions. On some things they are a tad bit higher priced than others. I still prefer them and will only buy my vape stuff through them. Best staff ever!

The only thing I'm upset about is the fact that this store gave me such a GOOD customer experience, that now I have no choice but to write an excellent review!I had broken my glass tank and had called to have it replaced. Simple $7 across the board for most glass replacements- including mine! They also gave me a complimentary juice sample for being a newer customer - they take care of you!

These guys are fantastic! We ended up in the hospital with it soon for a month and liberty became or go to cape and CBD shop in Missoula! Tons of vape flavors and a knowledgeable staff when it comes to coding a new vape mod, these guys will get you set up right! If you're trying to quit smoking and want to do so using e cigarettes, the staff here will be a great guide for you! If you've been vaping check the flavors yo! Lol! I tried another vape shop in town, I won't mention their name, their not worthy of it.

Brandon is so helpful! I called the shop because my GPS wasn't working, and he gave me directions and even offered to wave me down outside if I needed it. He gives solid advice on juice flavors and new tech. Every single time I go in I'm greeted with a smile and nice conversation. Definitely my main vape shop here in MT.

i am from north dakota, and have gone to two other shops prior to walking into liberty vapor. i loved the customer service and how friendly the staff were. very knowledgeable staff, and didn’t push products into you. very clean store and i loved the fact that a dog greeted you at the door.answered all of our questions and weren’t upset were i put in my input being a vaping consultant in minot ND.

This store is pretty nice but the juice is overpriced. The last time I was oonon there a 60 ml bottle of house juice was about $15-$20. It's far less expensive elsewhere but they do have a good selection of juices and small mods. Overall, it's not for everyone but their beginner mods are reasonably priced.

Staff is a lot friendly then any of the other Vape shops in town. They have a great variety of products and can always answer my questions if I'm doing something wrong with my vape. They also have a very large juice bar. I like that I can sample any flavor for just $1.00, which they take off if I buy from them. Highly recommended!!

This is the friendliest vape shop I've ever been in. The workers actually greet you right when you walk in, even if they're with a customer. I must say, that's a big deal to me. They don't talk down to you like you don't know anything if you have any questions (like the guys in the vape shops where I live do). I found their prices to be fair. I found their juices had a high quality taste. I found their supplies to be up to date and they knew about every product they had in store. I wish you guys were in Utah. Best vape shop I know of.

Purchased 300 dollars of merchandise from this place less than 3 months ago. Even sent them a couple of customers who also made purchases. In less than 90 days the vape just quit working. Blank screen. Nothing. Took it in and the guys there couldn't get it to work either. Said it had some scratches on it and there is nothing they can do. Maybe when the mgr is there he can. Came back and the mtg started giving me a song and dance routine that the "FDA doesn't allow him to warranty his equipment". The turnip truck left years ago! Said if I hadn't gotten upset with him he might have given me a ten percent discount on a new one but now I had to leave the store. Karma will have to deal with this clown. Live and learn.

From out of town and needed some juice. Walked in, staff was quite pleasant, I asked for a recommendation for an all-day vape, they suggested Spree. It's pretty good stuff and the price was quite reasonable. Great first impression.

I've been a customer at this shop since only a few months after they opened. I've recommended this shop to friends and strangers alike for years now. I've always felt really well taken care of here until today.Saturday I bought a new ecig there. I was finally ready to try sub-ohm vaping because my brother bought one, I tried it and I really liked the way it worked. He bought his from another shop in town but I wanted to continue to support Liberty as I have for years.They didn't carry the exact same unit as the one my brother got but they did have a similar unit that was just a little bit more expensive. At the shop I found it did not have as many features as my brothers, but even so, to be loyal; I purchased the inferior model and paid the more expensive price.The gentleman that sold it to me even filled the tank for me right there on the spot!And then as I used it for a few days I discovered that it lacked even MORE basic features that were included on my brothers (like being able to lock the buttons so that you don't accidentally change the power). But I could live with that, no biggie. What I couldn't forgive was that the tank flooded CONSTANTLY. I had to carry Q-Tips in my pocket at all times, keep a Q-tip next to my bed, and keep Q-tips at my work station JUST so that I could sop up all the excess eliquid about 1 out of every 4 uses. It was ridiculous. I drank more juice then I vaped!So the next opportunity I had with my work schedule I went ahead and bought the same model my brother had for the cheaper price, and went to liberty to return the inferior (but more expensive) unit. It was exactly 6 days after purchase that I was able to get back in there. Well within the 14 day return policy.Here's the kicker. I spent $133 there on juice, coils, and the unit ($105). When I went to return it I was told I could not be refunded the cost of the tank since it was used. This took me back. Of course it was used, you took it upon yourself to fill it for me with my new juice the day I got it before I'd even paid for it! Fine, whatever. But oh wait. They sell that tank separately and the refund I was going to receive was going to be the difference totaling FULL RETAIL of the separately sold tank. So out of the $105 I spent on that unit, I was refunded $63..... This about pissed me off. But hell, he let me keep the battery so I'm giving 2 stars instead of just one.I can't stomach being forced to keep a defective tank that floods religiously and being forced to pay $42 for the pleasure of it.Incredibly disappointed in a store I have advocated and been incredibly loyal to for YEARS. I will only be returning now if I become desperate enough for juice to force me through those doors again.
