Although the shelves could use a little love, the people working the checkout are really nice right now. They're often working alone with a line of customers, but they're pleasant and helpful. I will remain a faithful Joann's customer even though Hobby Lobby just opened in town.

Rob and Morgan were fantastic. Rob went out of his way to find us what we were looking for. He even rummaged through the back room. Morgan was so polite and friendly at checkout. Thank you both for a great experience.

I stopped to return some items my mother had purchased online. When entering the store it looked like it had been robbed. Lights were flickering, there was no heat, back of the store was dark and it smelled like a moldy urinal. It was terrible. The cashier working at the register was practically doing jumping jacks to stay warm. She was very helpful and pleasant despite the current conditions. I made a lap around the store to check out any clearance items and the more I walked the more disgusted I became. Lights were off, floor was filthy and the smell of stale urine burned my nose. I wouldn't take fabric from there if it was given to me. Not with that smell. The manager and higher ups should be ashamed and should either shut the place down completely or close it and renovate in a hurry. I made a call to the county health department, but there was no answer there. I will never shop at Missoula Joanne's again. It is absolutely disgusting!!!

Always a great place to find what you need for just about any craft projects. The staff is always helpful. There is always a bargain to be had! If you have coupons, sometimes it's hard to find something that isn't already on sale...but that's ok š

This Joann Fabric was extremely picked-over and messy. Many of the displays were practically bare. Items were not orderly. Very difficult to find items. It looks like it had a big closing sale, not much is left, it's a mess and noone cares. This Joann's is unlike any others I've visited. It was reminiscent of a bad Michael's/Joann's mashup.

Not open during listed business hours. If it had only happened once I'd just let it go but this isn't the first time. Seems like something needs to happen at a corporate level to ensure better staffing.

How does that make sense?And again, no update on their hours on Google.Go to The Confident Stitch locally, as well as Vicki's Downunder. If you must shop Joann, go online. Find what you need on Amazon.Absolute idiots running this location.----Original review:They have been understaffed for months. HOWEVER, the issue is they don't update their hours to reflect when they're closing early due to "staff shortages".It's so easy to update your hours on Google.Not only that, they are closed on Sundays and this past weekend for example, they closed on Saturday at noon! How are we supposed to take advantage of your sales or use coupons designated for Saturdays and Sundays?!?!Beyond infuriating.Just update your hours on Google!!!! Figure it out because IT'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!

I called the nearest store to us(2hrsaway) to check on my order to be picked up. They said yes so we came They were closed(Monday Nov.27 ) as they were restocking. They couldn't find my order and told to go back on line and find it. After finally finding it the price was higher than I payed because the new order did not take off for my coupon 25% So said and done I reordered had to pay a higher price then the original price Not only am I furious but myself and many others we incountered will not be shopping at this store. After he told me I could come and pick up my items they were closed because they need to restock. Bah-humbug

The lady working the fabric cutting counter on Saturday evening(March 2) was a rude woman that ridiculed my daughter for not knowing anything about fabric shopping and yards and yeah... we will not be back..

Since covid, they have cleaned and organized to the hilt.ššš Things seem very clean, employee's are following safety protocols and everyone seems super sweet and helpful. I'm getting lots of projects done these days and fun art stuff. Some of the shelves look really low right now, but I like seeing fabric in person instead of online. I hope this store stays put. I love it.Update...covid has left it's mark by making people not want to work. Joann's is understaffed and boxes with new merchandise are all over the place. I feel like my cart and I are in an obstacle course. I had to move boxes to be able to reach things on the display walls. Oh well...I still like this store.

Ordered items here that were in stock (with plenty of stock listed in the app). My order was canceled with no explanation, nor the offer to change it to a shipping order if I needed. I'm sure the actual location is fine and warrants more stars but it's frustrating to have things canceled without explanation and no offer of other options.

Closed early due to staffing challenges, with no notification to customers. I called to confirm they were open, and their recording said to check their website for current hours. Their website (and Google Maps) said they were open, so I drove down and found they had actually closed early. Would it have been too hard to update the recording on their phone?

When I worked here, we stayed open full hours even during Fall 2020. The other day my friend went to try to get an ink pad for me to get paw prints of my senior dog before his passing, and they were closed at 3 pm on a Sunday. I donāt know what is happening, or what will happen with holidays coming up, all I know is the amount of profits that are being lost on Sundays, which is the last day is that coupons are active. Itās a shame. I love getting yarn here.

If you call the store the message says check website for new hours. If you check website it says it's open 10-5. It's 11:30am, there are 13 people lined up outside and doors are locked. I bought something online for pickup and I I've been here 5 times and can't get my stuff because the store seems to be permanently closed. I can't find anyone to contact either. I am pissed. This is VERY poor customer service.

Wasted an hour driving to pick up my large order because the store decided to close early. This would have been super helpful information the two times I called earlier in the day and talked to staff. I made it clear both times that I had to drive 2 hours one way to pick it up, which is why I needed to make sure they had the correct item and amount of stock so I didnāt waste my time and gas. Wound up wasting it anyways. Guess Iāll waste even more time and money taking time off work so I can get there in the morning when they open, just in case they decide they want to close early again without notifying customers. Iād order online and have it shipped, but it takes weeks for items to arrive and online stock is often inaccurate. Second star is because the person I spoke to at the cut counter was kind and helpful over the phone, despite not notifying me of the store hours issue.

Literally every associate in the Missoula Joann store goes above and beyond to be helpful. I always leave feeling like they are grateful for my visit & will be happy to see me again. I am especially thankful for the way they help me with my coupons on the app & my text messages without being impatient.

Edit: Joannās, please pay people a living wage. Itās no wonder no one can afford to work here and theyāre had to slash their hours.My go-to store for cosplay supplies, I love their selection of normal and cosplay fabrics! I can always get inspired and find something useful. They also have a great selection of seasonal decor, plus wonderful sales and coupons. The one bad thing is, it's hard to find an employee when you need help, and they are typically grumpy.

Joann's always has great coupons and a pretty decent selection that keeps me coming back. However, they could use far more staff during their operating hours. I always find myself struggling to locate an employee when I have a question which results in me wandering from a particular section in the back of the store all the way up front to the cashiers. Other than that, the store is well maintained and clean and the staff has always been nice.

I went to the store yesterday and I buy a ottlite light, I want to returned because was not bright enough for my desk. The employees are very nice but he forget to give me the ticket !!!!anyway I went back the same day to return the light and 1 girl I think she was the manager she said , you can returned if you have your drivers license but I didn't have so I came back the next day and another manager older she was so rude and racist she said she can't take stuff back who has a cords or something like that ,I love the store by I don't know why people are so rude they better have a big sign with a return policy

We were given the wrong item in exchange for the paper that we had to take to the cashier. Upon discovering we had been given the wrong item, we had to drive over an hour (92 miles round trip) back to the store costing not only gas of of least 5.75 gallons (my daughter's Dodge pickup) at $4.199/gallon to get the correct item.The only reason I have them 1 store was becuse there was no option to give them a lower rating.For your financial well being, be vigilant when your items are being rang up and bagged. Make sure you are getting the item(s) you want before you leave the store and/or parking lot or face having to return for the item(s) needed or wanted.
