So happy to have another store with corporate values in Missoula. It has ALL the things. Inventory low on some items but with the Grand Opening and supply chain issues we are glad to have what's there. Helpful, attentive workers. Good sales. All different styles of items to make everyone happy.

The employees here are very nice and very helpful, even while they are stocking. Selection of jewelry making items is okay, and will be better when all of the merchandise is on the shelves.I can not really give a review of any other sections of the store, as I was only in the beading/jewelry section.The store is huge and a bit overwhelming in a good way.🙂

Love the store, the cashier who rang me up was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got 16 dollars in items. Cashier rang me up for 33 dollars of items that I honestly was not paying attention to until I looked at the receipt. After I caught it I went back to the cashier to point it out. She made me go to the back of the line and wait to get it resolved. After I got bac to her. She kept insisting she only overcharged me around 10 when she in fact overcharged me close to 20 dollars. After she figured out what was wrong, I had to go to another register to get a refund. I still am pretty irate over the wholeexperiance, but I will go there again. Just avoid a grey medium length haired cashier. Also, get scanners so mistakes like this do not happen.

I was so excited to see a new Hobby Lobby in Missoula!! I missed the one I left in Texas. The staff there was fantastic. So, today I was disappointed in the way an associate (her name starts with V) was treated by her manager. I was having several pieces of fabric cut. The manager reprimanded her, right in front of me, for not repinning each bolt as she cut it. The associate politely explained that she was planning to repin all 9 after serving the customer, so that I could be on my way sooner. She was putting the customer (me) first. The manager actually stated that she needed to SET CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS, and repin each bolt as they were cut. The manager repeated that bit about "setting customer expectations" when I asked her what she said. This manager is very unprofessional. I don't know how anyone could work for her. That associate had it right.

LOVE the wide range of things available. Definately NOT a majority of crafting stuff vs mass produced finished decor....And for the love of sanity... GET SCANNERS FOR THE REGISTERS!!!!!Its 2024, hand punching things in and THEN individually entering sales and discounts per item is absurd!
