I bought an inexpensive commuter and over the years they have helped me build it into a utilitarian beast on the road. Great experience in here. Had some tire issues, and the expertise and knowledge of the staff in here is the best. I feel they did give the best honest opinion and presented the best option available. Very very happy I came here for my tire issue. They have a very wide selection of tires btw... anyways thanks so much, and definitely stop by this place!!!!!

So awesome! I crashed in Moab and my brand new Ripley went off of a 150 foot cliff. They managed the entire crash replacement policy process working with Ibis and got me a new frame within a couple weeks. Great service! Great guys! And ready to help in a crisis!

Recently bought a used full-suspension from Hellgate, and from the time I stepped in the door, they have been awesome. They let me take the bike out for actual rides on the trail. When I mentioned the rear derailleur wasn't shifting properly, there was a new one on the bike when I came back to buy it. No extra charge. Great people. Great deal. Great service.

I have been riding my bike across the country east to west. I have been to numerous bike shops along the way. This has been the best shop. Their mechanics’ expertise saved my butt from catastrophe down the road. Very reasonable prices as well. Wished I lived in Missoula so this could be my local bike shop.

Salt of the earth bike doctors. Real people, real bikes, real care. Couldn't ask for more. Not necessarily easy to find the shop off the main strip, but well worth the effort. Can't go wrong with these guys.

I was looking for a very specialized item (Rohloff oil change kit) and they had it in store, unlike other, much larger shops. They also fixed up my bike really quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Best bicycle shop in Misssoula. I have been going there since they opened. I have taken in different brands of bikes and they are knowledgeable about all of them. They are excellent at fixing or maintaining your bike in a timely manner.
