The young lady budtender was very knowledgeable about the products and offered recommendations. She was also friendly and I love the products they sell here. I highly recommend their disposable vapes and concentrates. My favorite so far is the blueberry muffin and I also really enjoy the cakes and cream.

By far the best labeled and easiest to read packages. The hash infused preroll are by far my favorite preroll in the whole dang state of Montana. It's also all solventless concentrates, the live rosin carts rock, I honestly love Groove. Best of the 7 dispensaries when you're at the Wilma or Top Hat.. or just downtown Missoula

Good taste, very discreet dispo. However, both pulled from one side, then started blinking leaving half of product unused on one. The second pen has a little less than half of product but started blinking as well. I emailed groove about this looking for tips on a fix but never got a reply. Other than those functional issues it's great.

Went in recently. Bud tender was upset with how busy he was. And was Very short to help or assist. Seemed upset to even let me smell product or even help. Once I asked to smell any product all I could smell was overwhelming cigarettes on his hands . No good smells or help.

My pick up order was ready in seconds. Great customer service. Shaw( not sure how to spell the name) has been very helpful. I have recently had trouble with the disposables from there. I had two guava cream and one runtz that only used one side of the rosin. Shaw was really helpful with the problem. I’m skeptical of the disposables now. Have never had trouble before these before but again the customer service was great.

1-You to need ask people to sign a release so you can publicly release people’s initial reaction to the stairs. That truly would be hysterical.2-I Picked up some Zookies and some hash infused pre-rolls. Both products are phenomenal. I am unsure of who I got the pleasure of working with, but both of them were very helpful, kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I've only tried there Sour Diesel rosin oil cartridge and it is fire. Since I was a new customer and it was my first cartridge they even gave me a free battery, which was pretty cool..Okay iam back, tried bubble hash and flower and both are fire.. love this place..

Groove goes above and beyond for its product and customer service. A few buddies and I stopped by on the way to whitefish and one of the rosin carts wasn’t firing the right way. The awesome guy working, Marshall, took time out of his night to replace the misfiring cart with a new one. Great customer and service and great product.

Went into groove before heading to whitefish and got done cartridges, one happened to be faulty and not working properly. I called the store coming home from whitefish to express my concern and an employee waited past business hours (around 35 min past closing) to switch my faulty one out and made sure I had one that worked. Excellent customer service and even better products would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Cartridges are the best in montana!

Solventless cartridges are fire! They last longer and you don't have to smoke as often.. they gave me a free battery with my first cartridge which was cool.. their bubble hash is fire.. haven't tried any other flower yet..

Really angry that after asking to "peek at my ID" she entered my info into the computer without my permission while I was distracted. I did not give her permission to put my info in their system. That is some extremely creepy behavior right after weed was legalized here. If they had asked my permission I would have walked out as I don't want my weed purchases tracked. No one does and I guess that's why they do it dishonestly instead.

Today I bought a $50 cartridge and I got to my car to test it and it didn’t work. So I went back inside to get a new one and the budtender told me they don’t guarantee there cartridges and once they leave the store they can’t do anything . I cant test it on site so if they don’t work your out $50. I won’t be going back to this dispensary anytime soon if it’s a 50/50 chance there Products will work.
