Super cute shop! Has a lot of high end items that usually can't be found locally at other chain pet stores. It was nice to be able to buy what I needed locally. They have an awesome selection of products for raw fed dogs as well. Easy dehydrated or freeze dried options for if you feed raw, but are traveling and need something easier to travel with or to have a pet-sitter feed your dog. My dog is a foodie and has loved every food, treat, and supplement we have gotten here. Some things are pricey, but they also will have amazing quality products for good deals as well. The food/treat ingredients are top tier, very easy to read and makes it easy to shop for dogs with some food allergies.

This was our first time dropping off our well mannered lab today for just a wash and brush. When we picked her up she was noticeably bleeding on her hind leg. The lady who groomed her said “Sorry I accidentally scraped her leg while I was furminating her”. In all the years we’ve used a furminator on dogs, I have never cut any of my dogs. She sent us home with some hot spot spray. We will not be back to say the least.

Dee-O-Gee has been a lifesaver for us and our pup. We have taken our very hairy and very anxious GSD/Lab to Sara for monthly groomings for almost 2 years. In that time our dog has become more and more comfortable returning to the shop and comes back to us SO CLEAN and happy. She smells shampoo fresh for a full week, even while continuing to romp around outside. The front end customer service is also top-notch and so friendly. Can’t say enough good things!

My dog has gone to this place for over 10 years, and while the business was previously under a different name. Fortunately over the years and business change, my dog has looked fantastic each time I have picked him up. Unfortunately the customer service has dramatically gone downhill over the years. During my last few visits, I’m treated as if my existence is just an inconvenience. I am given attitude when trying to schedule appointments and ask questions. Each time I pick up my dog, I ask to schedule his next visit since the wait time can be months, and each time I am told someone will call me to schedule it because “I am too busy at this time to schedule anything”. The call is NEVER made, and when I call to schedule nobody answers.I am sad to leave this review because truly, my dog does look very good afterwards. I just wish after 10 years of bringing my dog here, we were treated like valued customers. Sadly, I do have to take my dog somewhere else, who appreciates my business.Hopefully after this review, it motivates the business to appreciate its current customers.

What a great spot for our furry family. They have everything you can think of that they would need or love to eat, wear or play with. The staff was knowledgeable and very personable too. ❤🐾🐕 🐩🐾❤

Kristen is an amazing & knowledgeable groomer! She is thoughtful, loving, kind & has a truly beautiful soul❤️ I can always trust her to take the very best care of Martini, (my 13 year old pup), as if he were a member of her own family. She, and the staff (at Dee-O-Gee) go above and beyond to provide excellent & personable customer service. I’ve been a loyal dog grooming client for nearly 8 years. I’d bring my dogs in multiple times a year. I’m so disgusted that in the last 6 months my groomer has ghosted us. After multiple attempts, leaving voicemails, coming into the store I have been treated poorly as if I am not a current client. Promise of a call back multiple times but nothing. Makes me sad that a once great establishment no longer cares about their long time customers. Communication and customer service is important and sadly it’s no longer there.

My Australian Shepard received her first grooming here today and came out looking amazing. It was fairly priced and a great experience for my Aussie. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back for all future grooming!

Buyer beware. When you ask for a grooming, be sure to ask if that includes a haircut. Apparently some groomers do just baths and only two groomers give haircuts. My dogs were stressed when they were picked up.
