Collins staff treated with me kindness and knowledge of product details. With Tom and Tiffany ‘s help I was able to get a very comfortable stylish and affordable couch and sofa table. Great customer service in the store with very friendly (and very patient), Josh. Even had another staff member willing to take the time to give me a second opinion in my glaring indecisiveness. Delivery was also great! Mike and Kyle were right on time, which I really appreciated, since I had to leave work. Took the time to put everything together right and were very polite. Thank you!

Thomas Harvey was wonderful to work with! He showed me several models of recliners to choose from and explained the features of each. The process was easy and I went with the first recliner he showed me, a great Stanton recliner as a birthday gift for my guy. When I asked, he even demonstrated the "fit" for a man my guy's size! He worked with me to get the ideal delivery date so the chair could be a surprise. Thank you SO much Tom!!

Very grateful for quick home delivery service today. Dominic and Mike, the delivery guys, were so very accommodating by coming out to my folks house twice in one day. Colin's seems to have the best quality in furniture. Aside from that the employees are pleasant to work with giving you your space to browse and assure you their availability in any questions that you need answered. Service person was knowledgeable about the products I wanted to see, he was very friendly and listened to what I had to say, very well-mannered and not “pushy” at all. Furniture is quality brand names and well-made, as well as beautiful. Would highly recommend going here before wasting time at other stores in Missoula if you are making a furniture investment that you want to last a long time.

The Missoula store, Tiffany in particular, is friendly, efficient & very responsive, even a year after my last purchases. The two repair guys are very good-friendly, knowledgeable & quick to respond as well as quick to repair the problem.

Conlins is where we have purchased all of living room furniture for the past 30 years, because of the high quality and it lasts. Recently we purchased 2 recliners, a sofa and a new area rug. Picking out the style, the fabrics and coordinating the pieces required a lot of decisions. Shawn made the process so much easier, less stressful and more enjoyable. His insights and suggestions were very helpful. He was patient and never rushed us, nor put any pressure on us. We will be returning to get Shawn's help to purchase tables and lamps after our furniture arrives.

My wife and I have been customers of Conlin's Furniture for over 3 years. The service we have received has been exceptional. Very professional, personable and excellent product knowledge. Of course, we had some delivery delays due to COVID, but they were manufacturing delays outside any control of Conlin's influence. During those delays though, we were always informed on a regular basis of the status of our order. Recently, we ordered additional furniture for our patio an Josh Brown, the store manager, was extremely helpful in placing the order, interfacing with the manufacturer and assuring us there would be no delays. In short, we are very pleased with our relationship at Conlin's Furniture and will continue to patronize them and share our positive experience with friends. Mark & Veronica

With being new to the area Conlin’s liquidation sale was very easy to spot thanks to the amazing advertising that was provided in town. I went in looking for a dining room table for my family and came to find exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate Tom was very helpful and informative. Negotiating was also possible thanks to Toms communication skills and the manager on-site. This was a memorable experience and I look forward to stopping by for future furniture pieces that I may need in the near future.

My experience was fine. But when it says negotiate, negotiate, negotiate, it was almost as if we weren’t able to really negotiate on my kitchen table that I wanted.But I just decided to go with what they had because it didn’t seem like they were going to budge. Not as good as I had hoped, considering when I got home, they wanted me to buy the kitchen table set that was still in the box. It would’ve been nicer to get a better deal on it because 1) we had to assemble it ourselves. 2) it was more of a pain in the butt then it would be to just buy the floor model they just didn’t want to have to build a new one and 3) there were chips on the seats and on the corner of the table was busted.

Complete and blatantly lied to. Were told the price was due to a problem with a missing item, or because it was a 'floor model', only to find out by other employees that we were intentionally mislead. Were told there were only 'x' number of chairs, to yet again be told, "no, we get chairs brand new in sets of two so we have no idea why you were told otherwise". We were also made aware of the fact that it's just how they do things during "clearance and blowout" or whatever "sale" that's being promoted.ANDWe were told and paid for delivery that was supposed to be ~a week... over FIVE weeks later and multiple calls each week being told next week or just a few days, it was then revealed to us that, it all had to be ordered and we shouldn't have ever been told a week as they were out weeks for deliveries and haven't been receiving inventory accurately.ANDThen after the items were delivered and assembled, my 16 y/o daughter sat on one of the chairs only to find out that along with that chair the 6 of the other chairs (so far) were barely hand tightened. Now I have to go through the rest of the items to check if they were assembled appropriately but seeing what I've had to address it's apparent there is a serious lack of training or it's just not something they consider important. Glad I paid for delivery and assembly.Unfortunate that a Missoula business would completely throw away integrity and honesty only to replace them with the complete opposite. And find a way to make us feel bad for everything from the day we walked out with the receipt.Seriously go anywhere else, even automated online buying is better service and integrity... at least it's not disrespect and poor treatment.
