We recently bought a travel trailer, we worked with Brody Miller and he provided the best sales experience we have ever had! Brody truly went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted and showed us a trailer that fit our budget and all of our needs. Brody made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He even followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything was working properly and make sure we had any questions answered. Fabulous experience at Bretz RV & Marine in Missoula, Mt. We ordered our Brinkley 5th wheel thru Brody in Sales. He was very knowledgeable about the Brinkley and not pushy at all. We purchased over the phone and Brody was great about keeping in contact with us thruout the whole process. When we arrived to pick up our trailer, the whole staff made us feel special, and our trailer was immaculate. They let us stay a couple nights on their lot to get used to things before our long drive home. John in service did our walk through, and Jason, also in service, was super helpful with a couple of last-minute things and walked us thru the hitching process when we got ready to leave.This place is a bee hive of activity and everone from the managers to the forklift drivers treated us like family. You can tell it's their company culture. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Walked around with Jeremy, was a wonderful guy to chat with and was easy to ask questions with and what he didn't know immediately helped get the answer quickly. Helped find the perfect little travel trailer for my first ever purchase and will definitely be going back to bretz and Jeremy for helping get my folks a class A in the future! Was an overall amazingly fast and effective time and got things underway! Made sure to assure me and my folks that any potential issues would be dealt with before taking home and anything to come up would be dealt with before taking the new baby home! I'm excited for my new outdoor adventures!

Last week we picked up our new Newmar 2912 at Bretz in Missoula. The organization is absolutely first class. Our guy, Scott, picked us up at the airport and from the first conversation made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to stay at their place for a couple of days and the entire staff took care of everything. Scott, Jeremy, Chris and Joey all made sure we understood our new coach and followed up with us. We received follow up calls after we left from several more Bretz people. It was a pleasure doing business with them and would highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone looking for a new RV!

i highly recommend bretz for your next marine purchase. my experience was so smooth and never once did i feel pressured, which is quite typical for any type of dealership. but i felt like friends to everyone i worked with in my boat purchase. rick in particular was so helpful and informative during the process of deciding which boat was for me & putting in offers & trades. and jeremy in finance was also amazing, helpful & to the point. so happy with my purchase :)

After a search on the internet and discussions with Scott Wold, our Salesman, it was clear to us that it would be worth the trip to fly from Columbus, Ohio to Missoula to buy our coach from Bretz! Scott was in constant communication with us in the two weeks leading up to our visit. He explained to us that the delivery process would last over a 2 day time period while they walked us through every aspect of our new coach. Every employee we came into contact with was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Special mention of Scott Wold, Jeremy Pascoe in finance, and Chris Klinge in service. We recently purchased our first travel trailer at Bretz RV in Missoula through Joseph Gardipee. We could not have had a better experience! Joseph took the time to get to know our needs (including towing capacity) and showed us a wide variety of options. He was patient and very knowledgeable! We ended up finding the perfect fit for our family.The finance staff was thorough during closing and explained things clearly. The parts staff got us lined out with everything we needed and did a very comprehensive walk-through of the unit. The service department was courteous with hitch installation. PHENOMENAL......Start with sales and Jeremy Winters!! After having a horrible experience at a competitor, Jeremy made the process fast, east and pleasurable. I can't say 1 negative thing about the experience. Secondly, Jeremy Pascoe in finance. We were preapproved with our own CU, but Jeremy STILL was able to beat the financing, while being shorthanded, and over the phone!!! WOW WOW WOW!!

The sales staff was great but unfortunately that's all I can say. Service was terrible, our so called service advisor Chris K was absolutely no help we were told he would walk the coach to make sure we were happy with the warranty work but never showed up outside. We had an appt to pick it up and the batteries were dead and we were left fend for ourselves. Many of the service people walked right by us and never even looked our way. It's to bad we thought you were different than the other service departments but I guess not.

Wanted to give a shout out to Tom Price in the parts department. I told him of a problem with my refer shutting off and it came down to the Thermofuse on the Flue. I gave him the information I had and he went above and beyond to try to find a part number and / or a suitable replacement. Although he couldn’t find one, he exhausted all possibilities. That, my friends, is customer service! Thanks Tom. You are great!

Called Collin told him what I was looking for. Told him what I had for a trade, he and Scott gave me an amazing deal. Did F&I with Mike, the whole process was fast, easy and very professional. On our delivery day, everything went amazing, shop guys switched my equalizer hitch to the new camper quickly and had my pickup and camper waiting for me in the parking lot when I walked outside.. We had an incredible experience at Bretz in Missoula. We purchased a second Tiffin Allegro Bus from Bretz thanks to our incredible Salesman Brian Leon and Master Tech Daniel. We tried to buy locally (in Utah) but no one could come close to price and overall sales experience.. We were picked up at the airport and given a rental car. We spent a couple nights there on site to ensure all was running properly. Our punch list was done on time and thoroughly! Thank you to all who assisted us!
