Stopped by to get a specialty item some chestnuts. I was helped by some lovely people in the produce department and pointed me in the right direction. It's a spacious store and when I went it wasn't packed with people which is nice. I was impressed by the deli section and the ready made food to pick up. I'm not happy with the prices though. I'm no economist but I know unfortunately tough times are ahead.

I really do love this location, but I’ve noticed more times than one the produce is not always the best. I hate that I have to go to a completely separate location just to get fruit, but that is better than molding rotten fruit

They have great customer service. any questions that you have. There are more than willing to help. they have given me opportunities to find things and come back if I didn't have enough money. Everyone here is very kind.

I loved our experience with Claire in the Southside bakery! She made us an amazing carrot cake that was beautifully decorated and tasted wonderful! I think she is very talented and I appreciate her very much!

I went to this Albertsons on November 18th to order a pre turkey dinner from the deli. The man took my order along with phone number and time I would pick it up on Thanksgiving (2:30pm). I was there along with my daughter on Thanksgiving at 2:30pm. The deli never put my order through even though I offered to pay for it at the time I ordered it. They offered me an old turkey breast and mash potatoes that were sitting there most of the day. I spoke with the manager that was there she said she would have the deli manager call me, I am still waiting. It was extremely inconvenient. You have lost a customer due to bad practices.

Standard grocery store.Its got most of the things you'd find anywhere.Produce is mostly good, some selection of organic options to most items.Bakery is okay.But it is a good place to go price wise without having to drop too much in quality.

One of the most pleasant grocery store experiences I’ve had ever. An extremely clean store, with very friendly employees so much so that I could even tell the other customers in there we’re happy. I did not realize this was the shopping experience I was missing by usually going to Walmart. Thank you Albertsons for restoring a little bit of my hope in humanity.

Expensive but has items that other stores might not. Fairly good produce but some times I’ll find wilted cukes or lettuce. Deli folks are great for slicing slabs of meat for a Chef’s Salad.

I really don't have a problem with the store other than its expensive but their damn app never works! Check outs always blame the wifi which it probably is but without the app coupons, I'm not paying their prices so I seldom go.

This morning Store was dirty, bathroom womens toilet was not flushing properly and the Whole store smelled bad like bad seafood or sewer problems. I have not been there for awhile, was very Clean and smelled fine on my previous shopping experiences.

The store is clean. Our checker was not friendly. We shop there just for the sales as their prices are a bit high. Customer service desk is friendly and helpful.

I have a history with retail grocery. I stopped into the Albertsons on south Russell to find something for dinner. First I noticed that the entrance was organized and that the point of sale was present but didn't look cluttered. Then I approached the deli area. It was also very pleasant looking. The food was attractive to look at and very tempting to purchase. The young gentleman who waited on me was so helpful and polite. He offered me samples of what I was looking to buy. I probably bought more than I needed but I just could not help myself. I then headed for the meat dept. I have wondered where family packs went as I have not seen any in several stores I have checked. Lo and behold they had just what I wanted, in a family pack no less. The variety and attractive display made my day. The store was clean and bright and I will be going back soon. Your store epitomizes what a store should look like. My faith is restored! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Albertsons has always been my favorite place to shop. Going to be shopping elsewhere if I have to check myself out. There was only one checker with a long line. I'm tired of being forced to self check at stores. Get more cashiers. I don't mind self check if it is only a few items, not when I have a full cart!!!

They have really revamped and spruced up the inside of the store. The produce area is very appealing now. The grocery store has lots of choices They even have a section for gluten-free, vegan, etc which is helpful since some in my family can't have dairy and gluten. I appreciate the choices.I went the other day because this grocery store seems to have The best array of gourds, and pumpkins of any other grocery store in the area. I wanted to spruce up my fall decorations outside and as always I had lots of choices.🙂🍁🍂🍁🍁

this store is the most crowded place, the checkput is the most cramped and unorginized. I love the sales and the products they carry. My point is use the old kmart and combine safeway and albertson together and make a nice store.

They sell Dry Ice here! I bought 3 bags- total 15 lbs- $40.Stopped in to get coffee at the Starbucks. The barista was great! It was perfect.

Employees are very curtious & will go the extra distance to help you. A few times they did not carry item that I was searching for, so they filled out item requests. Sure enough! These items turned up on the shelves. Store is very clean & well stocked. Politeness is definitely practiced by all workers that I have had contact with.

I had to save up 100 points to use any rewards. I saved up for months and their gone without notice. I wish I could’ve got some kind o compassion or understanding as to how I waited so long to get to 100 and they all disappeared. The workers didn’t give two craps about that and brushed my concerns off. Needless to say this is why I don’t focus on these aggressive false rewards programs that make you feel like your saving up for something and then take it all away.

The last time I was at this Albertsons I had a less than pleasant experience with a cashier. This time however was a complete 180. My cashier this time, Andie, was so sweet, she took care of us quickly and with a welcoming smile. Also absolutely LOVE the remodel. Can't wait to come back again!

I used to only shop here. It is my favorite grocery store, but their prices are 2-3 times everywhere else so I no longer go here except maybe for one small thing since they are close
