The 1/2 a beef we received has been absolutely fantastic! I will never be able to go back to grocery store beef again! To know that this animal was raised and treated with such care is an added bonus. We have been able to try cuts of meat we would not have tried before. We have had a great time trying new recipes. Beware that you will suddenly need to buy a pellet grill!

We ordered 1/2 a beef from Red Flame Ranch. I have never been a steak fan until now! The meat is so delicious! We will be getting all our meat from them!
