Ordered chorizo and bacon breakfast burritos.They were great, perfect ratio of meat to hash brown to egg to cheese. Only thing that could have made it better would have been salsa.The service was friendly. Some old folks in the searing area; it was aesthetically pleasing. They had bottled cold coke zero. We drove to Loma to meet my son for dinner on Sunday evening. I had checked earlier in the day to make sure they would be open when we arrived, we were planning to be there before 8p. I was told they for sure would be and to come on up. As is the case in many businesses, things can happen unexpectedly. Their cook had quit that afternoon. When the restaurant sat empty at 730p, they made the decision to close early. When we walked in at 740, they were in the process of cleaning the grill and getting ready to close. We were told they still had fried chicken available, and 1 or 2 other menu items. Obviously not what we were hoping to hear, had promised the boy a steak dinner! The owner heard that we had called in advance and quickly told us they would prepare whatever we ordered. We felt terrible but they insisted and apologized for the situation. When our son arrived at 8, we had dinner on the table, and it was fantastic. The lady that served us was so kind and helpful. She assured us we should not feel bad, knowing we had driven an hour and had called in advance. You could tell they have been working very hard and were ready to go, so we still felt badly! It is the only place in town to eat, so we were very thankful they agreed to serve us. It was so nice to see our son briefly who is at college in Havre playing football. He enjoyed a great steak and we had a great visit. They gladly served another family that came in the door after us as well. If you are headed north and passing through Loma, stop at Ma's Cafe and support this great small town restaurant. Great food, cool atmosphere, and a nice little drive to try somewhere different. When we ordered a Miller Lite, they ran across the street to Pa's and got some, even though we assured them anything else would be just fine. Talk about accomodating. Go see them, you won't regret it! We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot to get dogs & me away from fireworks in Black Eagle!! Boy was it the right place to go!!!👍 Air & scenery sweet & quiet as could be in awesome cabin! Farmer cutting hay in front of cabin was cool! Incredible group of 100 year old+ tall, tall cottonwood trees & well established hedge runs all around giving privacy. Room way comfy with beautiful pine furniture & king bed with super mattress. Cut across yard through hedge to Loma Cafe, arguably best in the state for incredible home cooking, with great menu & specials. Staff super friendly. Stayed 3 nights - just superb get away. Prices all very reasonable. Teton River dumps into Marias River just blocks from cabin. Then into Missouri River maybe a mile away! Fishing access points plentiful. Wildlife viewing super too - deer, turkey & pheasant! Very historic spot for Lewis & Clark right at this spot figuring out which river was what!!! Water muddy but still caught a few! Store too with groceries, ice, beverages, fishing report & gear for all your needs. Try it & you will be hooked like me. Really special place & so close to Great Falls. Great get away any time. Could be unique anniversary or other celebration spot for that special someone. 5 STARS!!!! Enjoy!😀

The perfect New York strip steak came with a perfect baked potato a perfect salad bar, perfect chips and salsa, and a perfect beef soup. The waitress was perfect.Can you tell I loved it? Best place in Montana.

Is a Ma' and Pa' diner/ lodge/ market... in a tiny town right of the Marias River. They let us park our car there for a week for free while we were canoeing the river. The owner is super nice as well as all the people that work there. This is a no attitude place. It's a simple as it can get but genuine as it can get a well. I had an amazing steak sandwich that was a full huge steak. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. I went back after the trip and ordered a ribeye steak that was probably the best steak I ever had. They have excellent specials of the day, simple but fresh and tasty salad bar... we drove miles to go back there the second time and I'd be happy to do it again.Parking: They will let you park there is you go canoeing for days in the river.

Cozy little place with homemade comfort food. When we were there, some of the plastic table coverings were quite dirty and they ran out of the soda I was drinking. Rather than replacing the soda or asking if I'd like something else, the waitress brought me half a glass and said that's all that was left. Luckily, the food made up for it! We were too full to order dessert but the homemade pies and cakes looked delicious.

Excellent family owned restaurant. We really love and enjoy our time at Ma's Loma Cafe. Food is really good serving everything on the menu at all hours. Compliments to the chef and staff serving up our food. I highly recommend it, you will feel right at home.

Picked Loma for reputation and less carbs than Havre holiday dinning. The fish was delicious. Home fries and coconut pie worth the drive. The prime rib was good with great flavor, tender but not mind blowing. I would most definitely make the drive again for the fish and home fries. And the word County wide is that Mexican food night is fantastic.

My wife and I have gone here multiple times now. It is a cute Cafe that has a wonderful group of people running it. The food is amazing and you are very close to the river. Overall is a great place for a date and anytime. God bless yall

Really great food from really great people if I could get there every day I would 2 weeks ago I had a few minutes and walked in just to ask the open hours unfortunately my job has been in the way they are open but its too far but well worth it one of those places you will always remember and hope its always there before the devil knows you're dead

Overall it's a good restaurant. If you're looking for somewhere to eat on your way home for a quick dinner, this is the place. They even serve Ice cream and other snacks!!Kid-friendliness: They have a claw machine in the building for you to check out.

This place has the best patty melt I’ve had and I have eaten many. My wife had a club sandwich and we both were very happy with the food. Atmosphere was a little off but grab a cinnamon roll on the way out the door and you’ll forget about it.

Well worth the drive from Havre or Great Falls. Awesome meals, they don’t skimp on portions either. We stop there to and from Havre to GF. This place has the real beef, ham, and turkey, not the processed imitation meats. Nice place to end up after a Sunday drive or any day.

We hunted on the ranch across the river from Loma. The caretaker recommended Ma’s Cafe. Wow were we surprised! The food is awesome. I mean top of the line! Good prices, you won’t leave hungry. The service is A+ and Greg is a great host! We plan on going back to hunt and visit. We ate there every night for dinner. No reason for us to cook. Thank you Greg for showing us around the local landscape. Al

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. The waitstaff is extremely rude and the food is mediocre at best. Outsiders (people who do not live in Loma) are definitely not welcome here and after trying this place twice because I live in Fort Benton, I will never return despite the limited restaurant options in the area. Any restaurant in Fort Benton is better then this place. I have a hard time believing the positive reviews of this place as both visits were terrible and I will certainly not give this place a third chance.

Food is always good, but service not so. Never got my glass of ice water, and wanted a piece of pie for dessert but the gal never came back around in time. We had tacos and beef dip sandwich. Pie selection looked great, as usual. Heard another customer say their chorizo was the best she ever had.

Had Liver and onions. Delicious, cooked to perfection. Friend had Maria's supreme quesadilla with chips and salsa. Fulfilling. Husband had steak medium done. Tender cooked just right. This is a good place to eat. Stop on in. The pies and cookies are awesome.
