I don't know why even try going in there to get anything. They don't even have a whole spice for my garden hose that I ran over with the lawn mower. You guys really need to get your s*** together and start ordering something that somebody needs. Just go to Florence Ace Hardware, they have what you need.

I've had consistently lackluster service experiences at this location. The cashiers and floor staff I've interacted with don't seem to know the products they sell. When asking for a specific item, I'll be told "I don't think we sell that" instead of checking their inventory system to see if they do. They feel like they've been trained by a big box retailer like Best Buy, or Target, and don't really care about helping you find what you need.

This store is amazing. Lyle was undoubtedly one of kindest, knowledgeable, all around super gentleman. Everyone in this store was top notch. Anything you needed they assisted you with a smile. And to our surprise they had a young man from Virginia that actually loved 40 mintues from our old home town.Its a 2 1\2 hour commute to this store but we will definately be back.

Young cashier had no sense of customer service. I got in line to wait and ask where a product was. She didn't know and instead of asking another employee, pushed me to the side to help a lady who walked up to the line behind me. Which left me there wasting time and wandering the isles in search of what I needed. If tractor supply is that desperate to find employees, at least train them in the basics!!

I went there for some basic fence supplies which were in their yard. However, the manager said he didn’t have any? He went on to tell me that nobody anywhere had any? In reality several stores in Missoula had exactly what I needed. I don’t if the manager was just incompetent or if he was discriminating against me because I’m a straight, white man. Watch out for this place.

I purchased a Troy Built riding lawn mower just under 3 months ago for $2000. The mower ran fine until the engine started having oil leaks EVERYWHERE. It wont run anymore. Since I didn't get the extended warranty TSC gave me 1-877 number and left me to figure out. Very disappointed in TSC.

Went to tractor supply yesterday and of course my phone number didn't go on again so we've lost over $200 in points because they don't know how to enter points. So we're not going to go back there anymore. It is amazing how horrible the cashier's are there

There is an associate at this store named Jeremy. If Tractor Supply has not already promoted this man to be a manager or a public relations face for this company, then all I can say is Tractor Supply is disenfranchising itself. Each time my family goes to this store, this man is nothing but helpful. He goes above and beyond in helping us compared to any associate we’ve encountered at any Tractor Supply store. Listen now, I don’t hardly EVER write a review on the internet for anyone…but this man, I will go out of my way in writing a review for him. They need to promote him, give him a raise…do whatever you can to make this guy’s life easier because he is the reason Tractor Supply there in Lolo is bringing in the money. He puts the customer first and if I owned a business, I would dare say, I would fight to hire him from Tractor Supply so that he could do the same…but alas, I am just a humble Pastor of a Church. Keep up the good work Jeremy, you’re representing this company in nothing but excellence.

Absolutely embarrassing customer service from the 3 young men and one woman who were working the evening of 1/25. They were to busy conversing with each other to even notice me waiting for help. Then proceeded to give me the run around on something being in stock, and when I asked when the next shipment was coming in, I was told to go over and ask the female (supervisor?) myself.Looks like I'll be taking my business back to Murdochs or Mtn West Co-Op.

Hey Google self service dog washes in the Missoula Lolo area and it popped up Tractor Supply so I made the drive and lo and behold they don't have a dog wash station. Second issue they have a massive sign right at the door that says for the protection of the employees and customers you are required to wear a mask however maybe one out of five persons had on a mask yes the staff did but not the customers take down the sign

Love this little store, good place to go when you just need a bolt or screw and don't want to run the whole way into Missoula for it. Was a life saver when we were cutting down trees and needed a new chain for the chainsaw right away
