Normally descent quality today was really something else. Every business has its bad days but come on? How do you accidentally put a huge chunk of uncut and un pealed onion on a sandwich. I know I asked for extra I didn’t mean it that way (sidenote: im not that picky but 2 pickles ain’t extra) None of the staff seem to care much about anything, can’t blame them honestly definitely a soul sucking experience. I would definitely point out poor management and questionable management choices. The former GM has a reputation for preying on underage staff. Honestly I don’t think new owners have solved any of the issues at this location. None of this is targeted at the service crew at all y’all deserve better honestly and the management outta be ashamed

It's a dump and a shame. I wouldn't even go to the drive up. They don't have time for anything.... Its McDonald's low quality, poorly kept, people waiting for food. I'm determined the employees of this store have the utmost lowest moral. The inside counter and seating feels abandoned. People waiting for food and fumbling with the inoperable kiosk. People coming in after visiting the drive through and getting missing items. It has an eerie feeling, like whats going on at this place...

My family and I had a friday mcdonalds tradition for nearly 5 years.About a month ago we stopped and started getting pizza.It is cheaper for my family of 4 to order pizza and have leftovers then it is to get mcdonalds.It's such a shame that mcdonalds charges so much now.We will randomly probably eat their Maybe once every 4 month but not once a week anynore.

The first few times I got sweet tea that was sooo light that it looked like and tasted like water, I thought they just had a new employee that didn't know how to make it but after weeks and weeks of this I think they are cutting corners and using less tea. It doesn't even taste like tea. Taste like sugar water. I drank it anyway but it may be my last. I'll have to goback to making my tea at home. I prefer real sugar over corn syrup anyway. I'm sad though I liked starting my day here, ad itwas convenient.😔

Mc Cafe. - Took too long, tasted watered down, and didnt even fill the cup.3-4 customers helped in the meantime, one getting a better McCafe than i did. Friendly and considerate staff saved a 1 star review.

The drive thru line was not moving, backed up 12 cars. I got out of line to go inside only to wait even longer only for a sausage biscuit. The people behind the counter were talking to themselves and were very rude. I left and will not go back.

Probably one of the least impressive locations as far as McDonald's standards go. The coffee at this location is always terrible. My most recent visit for breakfast was especially disappointing. I ordered a big breakfast and there were egg shells scattered throughout the platter. Very unappetizing.

Worst McDonald's ever. Rude staff, long lines, and the last three times I ordered, I got the wrong food. No bacon on my bacon mcdoubles, patties were burnt to a crisp, wrappers weren't even remotely closed, and the staff just thrusts the bag out the window without a word or smile. Just go to the dairy queen, you'll be glad you skipped over this McDonald's.

I've been waiting in the drive thru lane for almost 20 mins. now. Absolutely ridiculous!!! And they want $20+ an hour?!! Incompetence at it's worst. Even better is that there is no escape from the drive thru lane.👎

Went to drive thru tonight. Nice young man (Erick) was A+ awesome! Courteous, polite, patient - and even suggested a beverage holder for my order. My order was perfect and I had napkins and straws and ice cream spoons. Bravo!

Husband ordered 2 SAUSAGE McMuffins with NO EGG in the Drive-Thru. He brought them home in the bag and they were both EGG McMuffins with NO SAUSAGE. Have tried to use the order kiosk inside before but it wouldn't work. This place is FALLING FAST! Sad!

Every time I stop at this location which isn’t very often.. my order is always over cooked or something is wrong with it.. Tonight I ordered McDoubles both Pattie’s were over cooked so badly they were black, I asked for light condiments and they scraped off the onions.. Usually if I’m doing my 3hr trip and I want McDonald’s I wait until Hamilton..

We like to sit inside and eat sometimes. But we do not like that you have to use a kiosk to order. Our order did not come out right. They were not polite to us when we told them. We would like to order from a live person. If there was someone available to help you with kiosk it may be better.

The quality is par at best. It depends on who is running it. My partner had a raw chicken sandwich. This morning I went through at 6:20. No one else was in the drive through. Ordered a large coffee & apple fritters warmed up. My coffee was cold. I said something & was told they were out of coffee. It wasn't sweet like I Ordered & got an eye roll. My fritter was forgotten & I had to ask for it & it was cold. Service there sycks. They really don't care about their customers.

The workers here claim that they are short staffed, yet I see plenty of orders going out the drive through and those in the back joking around about messing up order. Meanwhile, those in the lobby wait 20 minutes for their "fast" food and watch people have the hollar into the back for any service inside.

They forgot the cheese on the sandwiches and the buns were burnt on the inside of the sandwiches. Had to return to take them back and wanted a full refund for the inconvenience. Would only give refund for the two sandwiches because the entire order was not returned. Could not take back entire order as the fries were eaten first and one of the shakes had already been consumed. Every time we order from there something is wrong with the order. Owner thinks there is no problem. She never reads the comments on this site. Will no longer go back because am tired of having to return because orders are wrong and service is awful.

We came through and this super nice older lady handed our food to us and asked us if we had gotten our orange juice yet. She was so polite and seemed like your perfect grandma. Perfect employee and made me feel like I have had the best experience at a fast food place in my life. It’s the little things that count.

If I could give no stars I would. I got blown up on by a female employee this morning when my coworker and I stopped for breakfast when we just got her attention after waiting for 15 minutes for counter service. We needed counter service due to the inability to pay for food with a card because we carry cash. Very displeased, we immediately left to Wendy's for a much better tasting breakfast baconator. With the much appreciated hospitality of the wonderful polite employee we were met by.

I would have to give this place 1 star. Got the food right but messed my drinks up 3 times. The iced caramel coffee wasn’t filled all the way and there was more ice then the actual coffee. The iced caramel mocha wasn’t correct and it didn’t even have mocha syrup in it. Then I ordered a iced vanilla latte and they gave me an iced vanilla coffee. I’m not mad I just get annoyed when I want something good and then it turns out horrible.

I spent over $40.00 for food and the fries were cold and unsalted, my buttermilk chicken sandwich didn't even have tomatoes, they wanted to upcharge me $3.15 for a milkshake and then told me I had to have vanilla because the strawberry wasn't working after I had purchased it and I told her no I would just take a refund and she was not happy about the thought of giving me a refund! When I called all I get is a recording and their service could be a whole lot better!

Just going to be honest here out of all the other McDonald's in Missoula I am sad to say that this one is proved to be my least favorite and most unlikely recommend. That is not because of the service or quality of food all of that is basically the same across the board regardless of which store you go to the reason I would not recommend this place is because there's been several times I pulled in to place an order about 15 minutes before the store scheduled to close and after waiting in the line at the drive-thru I've had them close down early like 10-15 minutes. Maybe that makes me Petty but if you're going to close down 15 minutes early why don't you change your stores business hours online
