Slowwww service got in the way of a surprisingly good meal.This restaurant is themed like a classic drive-in, with 60s images abounding on the walls. Service was gruff but "Montana nice." We were seated quickly with two tables ahead of us waiting for food. We ordered quickly and then waited and waited and waited. Our food took a very long time. We worked on our huckleberry shakes (two were ordered, three were served, and an unknown amount were charged for) while waiting. They were small but tasty, although we noted they were almost too creamy.The burgers were excellent. I got an 8 cylinder with curly fries. The fries were great. The burger tasted like an upgraded big mac and was super tasty. The soup was actually pretty good even though we had suspicions it may have been from a can.

Yummy taco salad.Huckleberry shakes are the bomb, sadly they are having a hard time sourcing huckleberry ice cream right now. I have confidence they will prevail!Service is outstanding! Wonderful ladies.Edit: After seeing the owner's reply that they got huckleberry ice cream in, we HAD to return today to get our shakes prior to heading back to Florida to survey any damage. Not to mention go back to work. :PI wasn't super hungry so I ordered ONE chicken tender and a salad. Wow.I missed a photo op for the shake. All gone!

A must-have experience. It's everything that you want in a 50s diner. The atmosphere is deep with nostalgia. The food is exactly what you're going to want. And the drinks are amazing! Don't worry about counting calories, just get a milkshake and enjoy life. This is the 1st location I ever had a vanilla coke, and no other vanilla coke can ever compare.Also, they have a classic arcade!!!Kid-friendliness: Video games, music, and menus for just kids!!!

We ordered The Pit Special pizza, bread sticks & milkshakes...First the bread sticks arrived and we thought they were yummy and then the pizza came 😜🤭😋it was so DELICIOUS.😍 The shakes we're good as well although kinda small for the price. Worth the stop!

We have eaten at this little treasure for years and so I wanted to tell you about it! The ambiance is totally fun with lots of old metal signs and fun things to look at as well as super good food! I actually had a salad wrap and it was so filling and yummy I could barely finish it! Thanks everyone for your awesome service and hard work :)

We love this little place. We have been known to take day trips to come here for burgers and shakes. (An hour and a half drive) The service has always been great. We love Jen...she is fun and friendly and can handle a packed restaurant sometimes by herself...and we have never felt slighted for her customer service when it has been crazy busy. If you are in Lincoln MT its worth the stop.

Nice place for a quick lunch. Good burgers and sandwiches. Sweet potato fries were a little more "well done" than I prefer, but still tasty. Excellent milkshakes too! Would definitely stop back in I'm in the area again.

A favorite stop for lunch by locals and travelers. The friendly staff are always eager to help. But because they're so good you may want to come early or at off times to avoid the crowds. Mid afternoon is a great time. And be sure to have a shake, especially one made with their huckleberry ice cream. Yum. 😉

So glad we stopped there for lunch on our way to Chouteau. The service was top notch and very customer service was outstanding. The food was homemade from scratch. The cheese sticks and pizza had to be one of the best I've eaten and, the soup was delicious. So glad we stooped and definitely will again.

I wish at the Lincoln pit stop for the first time a few hours ago I forget the name of the burger but it was a double cheeseburger and it was really great. My wife had the fish which was also really great and then we had a little doggie dish which contained a hamburger either one or two for only $2.50 and of course the dog scarfed it. everything was good the service was excellent you couldn't ask for anything more. People that were really friendly quick and we will definitely be back

So good! Extra goop on the burger with their crispy onion rings was a great lunch after a beautiful horseback ride. Highly recommended as a lunch stop!
