Very cool shop and well worth stopping in (not much else in the area). Staff is very nice and there’s a variety of gift type goods. Jerky and cold drinks are very good and it’s a clean post.

I love this place. Lots of locally made things: foods, arts, bags/purses, jewelery.... The jerky factory is across the parking lot. They sell many flavors and types of jerky. Unfortunately, they all contain nitrates:(. They sell coffee drinks and have candy. My FAVORITE things are the pelts, animal mounts, shed horns: bear, mountain lion, moose..... they are beautiful! Yes, sad to kill these animals- yet amazing to see them so close-up.

I drive to Helena to avoid this store. The little girls working there need to get off their phones and help customers find what they are searching for. At most they wave in the general vicinity and turn their backs to have their private girl talk. No respect for a customers time, I'd fire them if they worked for me. Least helpful shop hands I've ever seen, their knowledge of the shop contents is abysmal. Read jerky package ingredients carefully, bags are misleading and not what they say. Kids section is a joke, bunch of overpriced dollar store junk and very little for the boys. Large gaps in clothing and jewelry sizes. They do have a strange but lovely selection of foods, if you want huckleberry flavored etc ceteras this is the place to go. Know when it's time to pay you'll struggle to find an employee willing to help as shop employees are busy with their local teen gossiping. The businesswoman in me can't help but how many people just leave without paying with how little attention these girls pay to their jobs since they have no respect for anyone else's time. I come from a small town, girls like this are what make small towns off-putting to those who come spend their money passing through. Great falls and Helena are close enough, I drive there instead of going to this store. I'm guessing it's the owners daughter/s, but I don't know, they are definitely very secure in being very bad at their jobs. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the owner needs to know their shop isn't what it once was. Disappointed, to say the least. I really wanted to like that store since there isn't much else to do in town, but dang.... who decided high schoolers should run the place instead of adults that know what they are doing 😂 notice the empty shelving in a recent photo by another reviewer? Case in point. They aren't busy just lazy little gossip girls. Not the store it was even just a few years ago.

Yummy jerky. Lots to choose from. Reasonable prices. Additionally, there are many outdoor gear options too for those needing a few more items for camping, hunting, fishing, etc.

I order stuff to send back home ( Tennessee) to my parents and friends, they love the marmalades, syrups, pancake mix etc. It arrives quickly , nicely packed and not broken. So ty

Cute store - the manager/owner/whatever stood behind the counter and had a seemingly uncomfortable phone conversation with a vendor while we checked out…and the pepperoni was absolute trash 🤢The chocolates are pretty good! We probably wouldn’t stop here again…

This was probably one of the coolest haberdashery’s I’ve ever been to. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly, they pointed me in the right direction for everything I needed. They have an awesome selection of candies and jams and jellies and jerky that you won’t find anywhere else. They’re also the only brick and mortar store that sells Montana knife Co knives, at least that’s what I heard. If you want one of those though, bring your whole paycheck 🤣

The store is layed out well with a wide variety of high quality items, I really like the jerky. The staff were both kind and knowledgeable of the inventory. I will stop here when ever I am close by.

Always stop here when passing through Lincoln. Has a great variety of huckleberry and chokecherry products as well as their own amazing jerky products. Also has a nice selection of souvenirs if you're looking to take home something to remember your trip to Montana by.

STOP HERE!!The store is perfectly laid out. Enjoy the taxidermy, the photos, and coffee. I would also highly recommend visiting with the staff. When we walked in this young beautiful lady greeted us with a smile, and told us about the store and a current promotion going on. Then showed us the types of meat treats she had available. She took the time and effort to make us feel like we were special. Thank you.Available. Amazing Meat Treats., Post cards, Magnets and other camping fishing gear.

Great gift shop with lots of cute things but the quality of the meats is lacking. Pepperoni is dry, flavorless and too salty. No specialty meat like elk, venison, bison. Was told it's out of season...in Montana??

This is good trading post in Lincoln. They sell the High Country jerky there, along with other wild game jerky meats. They also have cheeses, jams & jellies. You can also buy Montana made gifts here.
