Bought a trailer from Laurel's Tractor Supply in May. Still haven't received a title because they say they're having trouble getting it notorized. There's two banks across the road that have notaries. Call them they give you the runaround and say they will return phone calls but don't. Never can find the Manager that deals with titles and no one knows who the managers boss is. Total lack of customer service and think I need to take trailer back since I can't get a title and tired of the runaround.

I visited this store last night to purchase a trailer. I had called earlier in the day to verify they actually had it in stock since I was coming from an hour and a half away. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and answered all my questions. So I made the trip up to buy the trailer. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by a very friendly cashier (Crystal).I had no problems the whole time I was there they made it surprisingly easy to complete the process. The cashier had me taken care of very quickly and then contacted another employee to finish the sale which turned out to be the woman I had spoken to on the phone when I called earlier. She walked out with me to pick which of the 3 trailers I wanted then filled out the title work quickly and proceeded to help hitch the trailer to my truck and checked all the lights worked. I was very impressed by the professionalism and service I received. What I expected to take atleast a half hour turned out to be less than 20 minutes.Only thing is that it was so quick and easy that I actually forgot to buy 2 other items. But that's ok I can pick them up at the store near my house.

Maria at the Laurel Montana Tractor Supply Company, she's the best.So friendly and courteous.I went into the store expecting the same hardware store experience.Maria made it personal.Bought cargo tie downs and a pair of Muck boots.I will definitely shop here again.

Bill the so called manager needs some serious costumer service classes. He wouldn't look at me, stop what he was doing to acknowledge me, and gave me rude sarcastic remarks. All for a simple question. Then I'm telling my husband about it and he said oh yeah dealt with that guy before same thing so we're not going to be shopping there anymore.

We attended an offroad race in Columbus only to get rained on non stop Friday. Came in looking for rubber boots for a bunch of the race team and a heater for our trailer. Good selection to choose from and a great range of prices. Everyone there greated me when they walked by. Couldn't ask for better service.

Friendly staff, clean store, foods always in stock. Only issue I had was during the crazy 2020 lockdown buying, but other than that they always have what I need. This extends to the meds, treats, and toys too.

Wide variety of stuff. Clothes are high quality and affordable. What costs this place a five star rating is staff. There are a lot of front people that know very little about what they sell.

I entered the Laurel Tractor Supply on Wednesday at 8 am, which according to the web site was set aside for SENIORS AND HIGH-RISK CUSTOMERS (I am over 65). They stated that I would be met by a greeter to ensure customers were following the rules and were distancing. The staff was supposed to be wearing protective equipment and cleaning the store regularly. There was no greeter, the customers were all ages including small children, I saw no staff with a mask or gloves and no staff was engaged in cleaning. There was a plexiglass barrier between me and the cashier but the cashier came around from behind the barrier and got very close to me, trying to take my phone to "help" me with a coupon. The web site lists what the company is doing to protect customers and staff, I am assuming this is for publicity purposes only because none of the protocols were being followed in the Laurel store. If the company is being untruthful about how they are operating during this difficult time I wonder what else they are not telling customers. Montana has one of lowest number of cases and fewer deaths than neighboring states, that is because most in the state have taken the warnings seriously and acted accordingly. Sadly that is not the case at Tractor Supply in Laurel.

Carries good equine feeds....Purina, Stanlee hay pellets, good price on pasture supplements, etc. My dog can come in the store. Ok selection of dog n cat foods n supplies. Offers snacks that aren't completely sugared chocolate.

Passing through on a road trip from Illinois with my family when my camper broke a leaf spring. These guys saved my butt by being open on Sunday and having 2 of the exact leaf springs and 2 new tires for the trailer. I changed it in the parking lot and were on our way in just a couple hours.
