The ladies at Plantasia Flowers were amazing to work with! They were so easy to talk to and very accommodating in the styles of floral and greenery arrangements we were envisioning for our big day. They knew just what to do to help our dream wedding day come to life! They create such beautiful arrangements at a great value! I was so pleased with their services and cannot recommend them enough for future brides!

I ordered a large bouquet of calla lillies from Plantasia for a friend’s birthday and housewarming four days in advance of it being needed. I specified it was supposed to be just these flowers. When the order wasn’t delivered from Plantasia that day, I called to ask why and they stated they left a tag, but no tag was there. The next day a small bouquet of half wilted carnations and daisies and a couple day lilies were delivered after I called to remind them! I gave Plantasia my friend’s number so there was no more confusion - which they delivered that night. What I am also disappointed about in their business is I also asked for just flowers and they charged me a great deal for a glass vase (which I stated I did not want). If my friend had not shown me the picture of her flowers I would have never known that that’s what I got for paying for so much. I called the owner of Plantasia to make a complaint and she did not call me back for 3 days. Finally, when I did hear back she said her front desk staff doesn’t know the difference between different types of lilies and overpromised. She said the order form never said anything about calla lilies or vases. She stated she created the order herself and it probably got a little “tossed around”. Plantasia charged me extra to deliver the flowers to the outskirts of town yet blamed that for one of the reasons why their order looked like it was wilting and sad. The owner further stated that as a small florist shop in a small town they were not equipped to make special orders without 1.5-2 weeks notice in advance to order flowers. Apparently calla lilies don’t exist in Montana. My friend’s welcome to Montana and birthday was with some overpriced, half-gone Plantasia flowers.The problem could have been easily solved with a “this was our mistake: how can we make this better?” Instead, the owner threw her employees under the bus, talked over me and coldly issued a refund.

Natalie and Ashley are amazing florists at Plantasia. The arrangement they created for Valentines was healthy, and it filled my whole office with a great flower fresh smell. I received MANY compliments. It’s been 8 days and I just removed the first of dying cuts. I’ll be ordering at Plantasia for every occasion.

Plantasia Flowers created a beautiful Mothers Day corsage for me to gift my mother. They selected 2 gorgeous, big yellow roses as requested and decorated it perfectly. I have purchased flowers from their big competitors in Billings in the past and Plantasia by far puts them to shame. Thank you for helping make this year another memorable Mothers Day.

Very disappointed...Ordered flowers for my girfriend at noon. Was told a couple hours they would be delivered almost five hours went by and still were not delivered..and the place they were to be delivered was less than two blocks from the flower shop. Wanted them delivered before my girlfriend got off work at 5. Definitely a waste of time.

Used this place many times with no problem but today I placed a order online and it never got delivered so I called to check and the owner decided to cancel my order cause they was busy and even called to tell me or see if other arrangements could be made. So I will never use them or recommend them again.
