I recently purchased an Aluma 7816R tandem axle trailer from Laurel Trading Post on April 5th, 2024. Having admired Aluma trailers for several years, I finally decided to upgrade, especially since my new 4-seat SxS didn't fit well on my current Load Trail single axle 12’ trailer.My experience with Laurel Trading Post was exceptional. After reaching out to Allison and sharing some pictures of my current flatbed trailer, she promptly assisted me in selecting the right model. The next day, I confirmed my decision to purchase the new Aluma. When I arrived at the dealership just 1 ½ hours later, I found the trailer already prepared for delivery in the service bay.Allison's mother took care of the titling paperwork and warranty registration, ensuring a smooth transition. The dealership, being a family-run business in Montana, impressed me with its clean service bays and attention to detail. They conducted a thorough pre-delivery inspection, going through a checklist before hitching it up to my tow vehicle and sending me on my way home.Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the service and consideration I received at Laurel Trading Post. Little detour to Montana on the way home from Phoenix but totally worth it to get the new Toy Box for NorthWestRC!! Had almost given up finding an all aluminum with the extra height and width like we needed (without breaking the bank) and stumbled on this diamond in the rough. .Laurel Trading Post had a great facility, great selection and made sure it was absolutely perfect before I rolled off the lot.
