I brought my long haired cat into Laurel Pamper Cottage for her first visit. We decided on a lions cut and nail trim. About 40 mins later, I received a text that she was ready to pick up. This is the BEST grooming she has ever had. My baby girl didn't show any stress whatsoever when I came to get her. Her fur was nice, sleek, and even. I'm very pleased with the friendly staff, service, and great grooming. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you ladies!

Their shampoo and wash smelled great ! Their hours are fine and you don't have to wait long. They were very friendly nice girls, However....2 things, I took my toy poodle in to get groomed I asked for a teddy bear cut when I picked him up he was totally shaved close and they had shaved off his pom pom on his "Tail". Who does that on a poodle? Look like a fast shave and on his left front paw they forgot to clip his nails. Plus the fact it was 50 dollars it including a 5 dollar tip for a tiny 7 lb dog too expensive!

My hair $15, my wife $50, my dog $106 WT .. Just to expensive. I thought they did a great job on my last visit and my current visit. However, for the same cut I was charged $60 one time and $106 the next time. Same dog, same cut requested. They’ve moved locations and must be charging more now. Which is understandable, but almost double is a little ridiculous. Even though I love their service and think they did a great job I probably will not go back.

We brought our kitten in today and we’re pleasantly surprised. He usually doesn’t do very well at the vet so we expected it to be quite the process but two nice ladies clipped our kittens claws in under two minutes. We were in and out in about three minutes. Awesome experience

I brought my dog here for a grooming after another place messed up her hair. They were able to fix it. They actually did a very good job. Now I need to get back in, as that was months ago. I even turned my mom on to this place. This is the only place she will go.Friendly staff, knowledgeable, professional, they are just all around great!!!

I took my dogs in for a much needed toenail trimming; they were awesome. I have a very aggressive dog when around strangers; they took him and loved on him. Amazing lady’s there.

I have a very very old pomeranian. Hes never been shaved before but seeing at we are reaching the end, and warmer weather on the way I figured we try something new! I brought photos and asked for a mullet mohawk of sorts long in front, leaving a strip on his back and a long tail. 2 groomers disagreed n said they'd like to do more of a lazy lion, Evening out the shorter spots but leaving this mane and tail. We agreed leave as much length as possible!!! Hes a manly little guy n I don't want him to look too girly. I BEGGED FOR HIM NOT TO LOOK LIKE A COTTON BALL!!!! Well he looks like a cotton ball😭😢😪 everything is short!!!

Used to be really really great but then things started changing as my dogs cuts weren't as good of quality, prices also started skyrocketing, and my dogs just seemed not as content after their visits.
