My son and I love to go in there for all of my household project needs. We grab a drink on our way out and we always make sure to check out all the lego sets before we leave. Keep up the good work!

I like this store. The employees are very personable and ready to help. I had gone into Ace to find a piece of hose to fix a porphyria on my vehicle. The young man who assisted me knew exactly where to go. When asked a question he didn't just give an answer that he thought could have been right but instead called a veteran employee that was able to answer my question plus give the young man a little more knowledge. What an awesome store.

Unlike most big hardware stores, ACE has excellent service! Ask anyone wearing an ace shirt where something is, or if they can suggest a way to get something done, and they will either know, or get you the person who does. This is where I send someone not knowledgeable to get parts I need. I know that they will send the right part from a picture and description. Try doing that at hope depot!! Ace also is my first stop for spring gardening!

Awesome service! I bought a pressure washer there and did not have a truck to take it home. Rodney and Michael were great and offered to take it to my house for free. Definitely going to be a returning customer. Thanks Rodney and Michael!

I always get the friendliest service when I go in here. No one ever makes me feel dumb or like an inconvenience bc I come in with a problem and ask them how to solve it. They just assist me in finding the proper products and are always happy to explain everything thoroughly. I just really appreciate the staff here 💜

Do not order parts from this store will take over a month and will get the runaround from employees and manager very unhappy with customer service could have ordered online and would have been back to mowing weeks ago parts department is a joke

Fantastic hardware store. Good selection for the size of the store. Almost always find what I need so I don't have to drive into Billings. They have also ordered stuff in for me. Super helpful staff. Have had many great experiences there over the years. One time I was with my 2yo getting a big list of items for the house, including gutters. Went to Home Depot and couldn't get anyone to talk to me for more than 5 seconds, much less help me. Left there and went straight to Laurel Ace Hardware. They took my list, filled a cart, ordered in what they didnt have, and then loaded my truck. All I had to do was watch my daughter and pay. Sure, it cost a little more. But I would have paid even more than I did for that level of service.

We are owners of several "Sthil" products and we always find everything we need there. Most of our home has been built by the tools and parts we have purchased for our equipment from this fabulous store. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable too. It's fun to go in there and chat with the employee's while shopping for much needed items.

I always shop at this ACE Hardware Store and the customer service is usually great, except for today. The cashier was following me and spying on me constantly and then proceeded to send a man to standby and watch me; I think that man even took pictures of me. I felt very uncomfortable.When I come in to purchase something I like to look around the store for new stuff that can help on my house or work. Today they made me feel like a shoplifter.

I went in, waited very little, then had staff assisting with all my strange questions. Before I knew it, I was all setup and checking out. Everything worked great without issue once I was onsite installing! Thanks to the Laurel Ace staff, would have been lost without ya'll!!

Item are lttle more pricey but great service makes it up. Good luck finding some to help you at home depot or lowes.

They were quick to help me find what I needed, they knew exactly where the items were located at. When I got there I thought I would be at least 20 minutes of searching, but I found an employee stalking shelves in one department, I asked him where I could find certain items, located in the complete opposite side of the store, he knew exactly where to look, I was in and out in half the time.

I wasn't comfortable there.thr store is small and crammed full. It felt very chaotic and the front of the store is very congested, have to weave thru people at registers right when you walk in...the first associate that I asked a question snipped that they can push the button and someone will show up, and went back to running the register..but the second clerk was very friendly and actually used the intercom to send someone out to the propane..
