All good things to note about this location, and in particular the employee who served the pick-up window during my visit today. I didn't grab his name, but he has a fantastic attitude that I believe benefits and adds greater value to this location. I had asked prior to taking the attached picture, but we have a running joke in my department that my boss dislikes using drive-thrus when getting personal or work-related meals. I was picking up an order for a work lunch for my group, and I shared this picture with my coworkers. It made them all laugh, including my boss, and each one of them (including me) noted how great this guy's smile was and how it appeared that he enjoys his job.This review/message isn't to say our other interactions haven't been equally great, but I did want make sure I shared how noteworthy this guy's personality was. Thank you for the food, it was delicious!!! Tried uploading this information to the Jimmy John's website, but it kept giving an error message? I don't know, the information is out there at the very least. 😄

Was not happy at all. May not order from this jimmy johns again. We order 2 sandwiches one drink 2 bbq chips and 2 red velvet brownies. My order went through. Waited over an hour for our food. I called the store they told me it was on the way I said ok thank you. Then we waited another hour. And still never got our order. We waited 2 full hours then ended up going somewhere to get food.

First time ordering from this location and I can't say I'd recommend it. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches online today. They were both made wrong, some how half of my sandwich ended up with her avocado and she had no cucumber on her sandwich at all. We know that the sandwiches were ordered correctly as our receipt shows this. The kicker of this is our food was done 15 minutes earlier than we had requested, which would have been more than enough time to redo the order if they had cared enough to realize it was incorrect.Updated review 5/30/22Tried this location again today an I'm happy to say it's much better than my previous review. The employees were very friendly and made a very tasty sandwich today. I would definitely say they've worked through their post lunch issues, if this service was anything to go by. My order was a number 1 with extra tomato, extra onion and added hot peppers.

i went in tonight and Katie helped me with my order. she helped me decide what sandwich to order and made the experience memorable while eating my sandwich i grabbed a cup of water played on my phone. i finished my sandwich and stayed there while i was finish my drink. it was during this time that the manager and some person who just walked in came up to me and told me that i had to leave because i was distracting the employees.that wasn’t even the worst part of the visit. While sitting there i noticed how offensive the music was. Almost every song had cuss words and many of them had the n-word. there was also some dude in the back with a dirty hat and white pants. he did not look like he belonged there. he never smiled and he was covered in what i assume was dog hair. if he made my sandwich i wouldn't be comfortable eating it.long story short it was a terrible experience except for the 2 ladies who made my sandwich. The first one Katie and i didn’t catch the other one’s name. they both stayed busy and where nice and respectful.Wheelchair accessibility: they have a ramp infront of their door

I love Jimmy Johns, and the service providers were nice, but a few mistakes were made.1. The person who took our order heard "add onions" and repeated "no onion." Not too bad. Kinda funny.2. We go up to the window and we are handed our food, but the order taker forgets to charge us. An amusing mistake.3. We start to get back on the road and we open our 2 sandwiches from this Jimmy Johns where we are the only customers. We ordered the 17 without cheese and my mom got another sandwich with onions. Both were missing lettuce and my mom's is missing onions, but hey! No cheese for me. So, in conclusion, I just finished eating my bread, mayo, tomato, ham and bacon, and all I can think is. Who looks at this and just goes, "that's ready! Send it out!"

My husband and I went through through the drive thru and picked up 2 giant subs and spent about 40.00. My husband split the #7 with me the spicy Italian. Several hours later we both ended up throwing up and explosive diarrhea. The next day I called to speak to the manager the manager explained to me that before he discards the meat he needs more complaints about sickness. He said that he would not credit our card but under my phone number gave me a 15.00 credit. SMH

I'm going to give it a 4... but these franchises in billings laurel don't accept corporate coupons which keeps me from ordering more. Since it's late night I'm not going in to jersey Mike's, or firehouse... but I'll say the staff is friendly!!! Owner is stingy

VERY POOR customer service. The “manager” slammed the drive through door on my husband and myself, and then after telling an employee (unknowing that managers are allowed to treat customers as she did) that she was rude he replied “She’s my manager, I think she knows what she’s doing” and then promptly slammed the drive thru door again. I will not return, and I will make sure none of my family nor friends support poor attitudes at this location.

Our family adores Jimmy John's, but this one needs to pull itself together. The 3-star average made me curious about reviews. Like, I'm not going to pay much heed to a 1-star review for a sandwich shop when the critique is purely about using peanut oil in their chips; even if I had a peanut allergy, that alone is no cause for a 1-star. We decided there was a decent chance the negative reviews were a fluke. Then I pulled up to the drive-thru, and the person at the window went to hand us our order without realizing we hadn't paid yet. ... Not a big deal, they were really nice. There were a few flies visible on the sandwich-making surfaces. It's summer, flies happen. Got the receipt and left. Then the add-on I'd very clearly asked for wasn't there. ("Add onions." "No onions, got it." "No, I want onions added to it." "Oh, okay. Add onions." "Yes." ... No onions.) Frustrating, but still not a huge problem, definitely happened before. However, my daughter's #17, which is effectively an amped-up BLT, was entirely missing the "L." Not an add-on, just one of the basic ingredients. How on earth do you look at that (picture included) without realizing something is missing?? There wasn't a line, and there couldn't have been many customers inside, so it's not like they were so crazy busy. And we only ordered the two sandwiches. We were passing through on a very long drive and didn't have time to go back, so my daughter had to be disappointed by what is usually her favorite. Weird experience from a chain that is usually so much more dependable. Proceed with caution when ordering from this location.

Parked in Columbus, MT, out of hours. Every business had lost power. This store drove 25 or so miles to deliver food, so I could eat. Didn't want a larger tip, but I insisted. Thank you to the day shift manager. No name, but had bright red hair. This is why I love Jimmy John's.

My meal would be great if it was fully what I ordered. I ordered the #11 which on the menu says turkey, ham and cheese but it had tomatoes and lettuce on it and a weird sauce. I still enjoyed the sandwich but after I took the tomato and lettuce off. Not to mention you guys totally botched your wraps. You put way too much sauce and mayo on it which makes you lose interest. One scoop of mayo is enough. Horrible wraps gosh

I eat at Jimmy Johns all the time! This location sucks, served me a sandwich that I ordered without correct meat. When I brought it to their attention the manager said he knows and can’t get the meat. I asked why not inform me before the purchase he said I don’t have to we doubled up on other meat. Poor leadership. Never again

I wish it says the delivery driver’s name on the ticket, the last few times we’ve ordered we’ve gotten the same driver and he knows exactly where to go considering our place is confusing to find! If you have any food allergies I would not go to this Jimmy John’s they do not care about your food allergies they do not keep their line clean enough to keep the other foods away from each other. I am highly allergic to onions and I know it’s hard for me to go out to eat but I ordered my food without onions. I get my lunch today and my first bite I had to spit it out and I had an onion in it my mouth is on fire and all they came back to me was I’m sorry our line is a mess and that’s how it is!
