I stopped by here for the first time while running errands in Laurel, and OMG my vanilla iced latte was DELICIOUS!! Seriously, this was hands down the best iced latte I've ever had... much better than I've experienced from big chain coffee shops. Instead of just tasting flavored sugar milk, you could actually taste all the nuances of the flavors in the drink I ordered here. Furthermore, the line was moved through at a reasonable pace and the customer service was excellent. Very well done.My only complaint is that I ordered a medium instead of a large. But at least I know better for next time! lol

Heidi’s is the best!!!! A true example of why hometown brand is way more genuine and higher quality than corporate market brand! Heidi is so sweet! As are all her staff!! Very pleasant and polite.The coffee and food has become a great creature comfort to my friends and I. Definitely recommend!! It’s a must try!

Lovely little coffee stand with delicious options. I love cold brew, my husband enjoys fraps and my daughter got a strawberry smoothie. We've gone a couple times while we're in town and they're so friendly! We love supporting small businesses.

Weather you're looking for a cup of coffee or a cold frappe they have it all. Beyond friendly staff and always service with a smile. I wanted to support a local coffee hut instead of going to City brew or Starbucks but I am so disappointed. I asked for an Americano with 2 extra shots of espresso and heavy cream. It cost me $5.00 and I had to throw it out. It tasted like they gave me some lukewarm old coffee and added half and half to it. I never throw out my drinks even if they are little weak. But this was nasty.

I found Heidi's just down the road from our hotel. Very nice and friendly service. Baked goods and breakfast sausage were homemade. Latte was good after too much hotel coffee. My children loved their fruit smoothies, too.

Heidi is awesome. I don't drink coffee much but when I do it's here. The vanilla chai is as good as David Rio and I've never gotten a bad coffee. My mom is a coffee snob and she loves this place too.

City Brew’s line was very long so I thought I’d try Heidi’s. There was one car in front of me and then after I pulled in another one came behind me. No big deal. Well I sat in that line for close to ten minutes waiting for that first car to move. One of my infant twins woke up and started fussing, usually no big deal. I decide coffee isn’t worth it, but now I’m blocked in with a crying baby praying that the other one doesn’t wake up and that this line actually starts moving. The same single car ahead of me still hasn’t received their order. Finally they move. I can’t decide whether I should just drive home or order now that I’m here but the girl asks me what I would like so I commit to coffee. She’s pleasant. The coffee is expensive. I guess I’ll forgive it because it’s local. My 20 oz iced mocha is $5.50– pretty steep for no substitutions or extra shots. She asks if I want whipped cream. I say yes. She asks card or cash and I give her my debit card. I get the receipt and my drink says $6.50. Looking at the receipt shows me they charge $.50 for whipped cream and $.50 for credit card (which mine was debit so there should be no card fee). Baby is still upset so it’s not worth my time to argue. I have now paid $6.50. My drink is mostly ice and the first sip is disappointing. The mocha is not good. It reminds me of a mocha slushy you can get at a gas station. The whipped cream isn’t worth an extra charge. I drive away thinking I should have waited in line at City Brew. I will not go back.

Absolutely the BEST around!! Fast & Friendly Staff. And OMG those new thermal mugs are Amazing! I got my cold coffee at 5:10 am & my coffee was still frozen at 3:52 pm! Always a Gr8 experience! 💜💜💜💜💜

The best coffee shop ever! The great white pumpkin is the best from October to December then the grinch is the drink of choice but mostly I have my usual favorite that isn't on the menu but the best ever. When anyone I know asks where to go for coffee I always say heidi's every time.
