I spent 3-hours at the walk in clinic. Heading to cvs to get my prescriptions, I was hoping I wouldn’t have to wait again. Luckily as soon as I got there my two prescriptions were ready! The clerk was very nice and professional. I was so happy that cvs came through for me once again. Great job Laurel cvs!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. If there is a line at the drive-thru, it is usually a short wait. There is a list of items you can purchase thru the drive-thru, which is a nice additional service. They always text me when my prescription is available for pick-up.

The laurel cvs is the best ever! The pharmacy employees have gone out of their way for me time and time again, and even remember me by name. The wait time is never more than 10 minutes. This is the best place to pick up prescriptions and quick household items.

After standing up front for close to ten minutes, the customer service individual, Ms. Olivia felt it unnecessary to check us out. Then when we asked to check out she very professionally rolled her eyes and sighed to the fact she needed to do her job. Pouted during the check out processes and just stared at us instead of sacking out items. Well done CVS, great customer service

went into the Pharmacy last week and picked a priscriptiion last week 11/22/22, and asked for 2 covid tests kits and asked if they had all of my insurance information and Gwen responseded and said yes so i paid for the priscription and the noticed I was charged 10.00 each for the tests apparently they screwed up and said it was a miss communication asked for them to apply it to my insurance and was informed they cannot do that once they screw you over. So be careful. their are still covidcscams going on.

Myself and about 4 other vehicles sat at the drive-thru window for 10+ minutes. Not once did anyone even acknowledge our existence. Not to mention that the last time I picked up my prescription, no one informed me I needed to renew it for the following month. Also, not too sure the legality of billing insurance for prescriptions that haven't even been picked up yet.

CVS pharmacy was amazing today. Pharmacy Tech Cody helped me navigate a Rx through an Insurance that is not easy. He was very patient and kind. All handled. Thank you cody

I have had a problem getting a workers comp prescription filled. Kudos to Michelle. She made the phone call and followed through and I have my prescription now. She was polite and even apologized for the hassle. I explained it wasn't her fault.

I have always had good service and I am grateful to have a pharmacy in Laurel. Today I called the pharmacist, David, to ask about drug interactions. He was very helpful. Ran a drug interaction report even. I feel confident with the prescribed medication.

Mostly friendly staff, usually very quick. did have one bad experience though: it was 5 pm, their busy time, three people were standing in line at the pharmacy when I arrived to pick up a prescription. the elderly lady that was at the counter had not been waited on yet after waiting 20 minutes, there was one employee helping the drive thru lane, one employee filling prescriptions and the other older man was stocking over the counter items.... I then asked the man if he could help the lady that is first in line, he said he would when he was done with stocking, everyone in line was discussed that he would not help the ones in line, I then spoke up one more time, and he still refused, by this time 30 minutes had passed and he was still emptying the box and stocking. I spoke up one more time, because the elderly lady had still not waited on!! He still refused.... I said back, "What ever happened to customer service!?" And I left!! Others in line where just as mad.
