Home Depot is great but the service here sucks. My husband and I went into Home Depot for a job site box for the back of our truck and it took some 3 people 30+ minutes to get us a pallet jack and my hubby and I ended up picking it up and carrying it ourselves before they stopped us by the door with a cart. And then when they asked if we needed help loading the tool box Into the truck we said that would be great, we checked out and they were no where to be found so we loaded it ourselves. If you’re going to hire teenagers or anyone for that matter make sure they know how to do their damn job and professionally.

I Love this place!We’ve had great customer service from quite a few people.I want to Give a shout out to Dan -he sold us a grill in the summer, and he’s now in the front directly with all customers. He’s great to work with! Great asset to the company!

I don't usually leave positive feedback for corporate stores, but these folks actually do a great job. I sometimes place orders online and do curbside pickup, they are prompt and friendly to bring my items out regardless of size or weather. I needed a pallet of blocks for planter curb this summer, they forklifted them carefully and thoughtfully into the back of my Transit van, making sure they were balanced evenly for ride quality. We recently ordered cabinets for our kitchen and Connie was prompt, responsive, and informative. Great to deal with her and anyone else that has helped us in this store. I only recently learned of their Military Discount, which is why I had sadly wasted a lot of time and money at the competitor in blue across the highway. Thank you Home Depot staff for doing a great job and not just searching for hiding spots between clock in and clock out, like your competitor seems to do.

The whole paint department staff was amazing. They were all patient and helped in any way they could. Jon was awesome and deserves a raise lol. He helped me make a custom paint that was no longer being made. 10/10 visit and highly recommend you shop here.

Do not buy appliances for this store. We bought an appliance package and was he Rand dryer set. Washer was broken when ordered and took 3 weeks to deliver. When our fridge showed up it was fried and almost caught fire. We then ordered another which took weeks to get and the 2nd was also damaged. We spent hours upon hours in the store with no help from managers. They were always “tied up and busy”. They also did not want to pick the 1st refrigerator from our house so we had to bring it back to the store ourselves after in our way for weeks. During the second shipment of our fridge they also canceled it for no reason. Don’t waste your time and do else wear.

Incredibly short staffed, and those that are there, avert their eyes away from anyone who looks like they need help. Customer service station is no better. Just witnessed a female employee hang up on someone she was talking to then bad mouth him to others. They have clearly not been managed to provide customer service. They need good help and have for a while.

Most people who have to frequent the Home Depot loath the experience. I, however, love it. Sure, are there times when I’m frustrated when I can’t find what I need. But I have to say, my pro desk team at my local store go above and beyond the call of duty. They know me by name, they know what I want, and they know how to provide it. They’re far and away better than the local companies’ service departments. Store 3105, they’ve got me covered.

Good luck getting anything delivered. I had 4 delivery failures in about a 6 week period. Worse is the fact that no one cares that they failed to deliver something. You have to track them down and spend hours on the phone begging them to try to redeliver it to you. Getting someone on the phone here is about impossible. I'm a pro Xtra Elite customer but I am taking a look at moving my business to Lowe's for the things I can't get at WBC.

Shopping at home Depot is very easy. Miles are clearly labeled and the workers will help get you the item you're looking for without issue. It took me less than 5 minutes to identify the aisle and find the product and return check out. Simple as that!

This home depot sucks. Very bad customer experience. Some of the employees are always nice despite their working conditions, but other employees are downright rude. Some of them will actively try to get rid of you rather than helping you. They have screwed up multiple orders. Every time I go in there is a 15 - 20 minute wait at customer service just to pick up an order. The phones are always ringing off the hook and I can't concentrate on whatever I went in there for. 9 out of 10 times you try to find someone to help you there either isn't anyone available or if there is they have no idea how to help you and they take you on a wild goose chase around the store. They do not understand online orders or how to use the computer systems. Not at all like any other home depot store in the country.

Came in today to get a Christmas tree and stand. Dan w was freaking awesome so helpful I am a single dad so it was great to have someone be so nice. The tree looks great my daughter is so happy. Thank you again Dan I will for sure be back at home Depot.

Opted for curbside pickup due to a tight schedule. Anything but, sadly. Ended up going inside after waiting 20 minutes after online check-in. They hadn't received my check-in; don't think their system works.

Ordered stuff to be delivered. They said it would be here in 24 hours. It's been three days. I've tried to call for three hours straight. NOONE picks up the phone even.

Wouldn't bother ordering anything that needs delivered. Ordered an oven back in April, delivery truck broke down and they were unable to deliver. Due to not being in the area at the time, I was unable to reschedule delivery. Fast forward to October, they refuse to reimburse nor show me who IF anyone signed for the oven they claimed to have delivered. I am currently starting a small claims case against them.... I'd avoid them at all cost and head over to Lowes.

Very frustrating return experience. Had receipt, was within the 90 days... was online order with pickup in store and somehow home depots computers couldn't find my receipt even with it in my hand and online on my computer!! So they wouldnt refund the $64. Ridiculous!! Even with receipt in hand that showed the identical items as I returned! Matched the pictures they showed and the prices and is still in stockb on there shelves but nope, said it wasn't visible on my account on their screen!! Craziest thing I've ever seen!!! 😢😢😢🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

We had a horrible experience- spent 45k in two months and they will not take back extra lumber that THEY special ordered to have enough. They never informed us of this or that it would not be returnable because of it. It is wrapped and everything. My partner has a pro account as a contractor and has spent a half million dollars there in the last 5 years. They absolutely do not care that we will no longer work with them. All over 2500$ of a lumber cut they carry. Never again Home Depot

I've spent a lot of time and money here, but this place is ok if you have the app to find what you need. The farther back in the store you go, the more helpful the employees are. Friendly though, but half the time they don't even have cashiers anymore. I'd try to support your nearest locally owned hardware spot first, but they're alright if it's gardening season or they have what the small guy doesn't.

I need to just skip this place. It's so huge, and finding what I'm looking for is frustrating, especially when items are not in the aisles as labeled. I did pick up a few items. Then I went to another store that had more selection and cheaper prices (comparable quality), without wasting a lot of time searching. If my granddaughter and I hadn't been worn out already, I would have returned what we had purchased earlier. Lesson learned; not the store for me.

A large box store with an amazingly too busy to help you staff. There is also no indication on items that are to be discontinued, so plan your projects accordingly. Purchased rain gutters here. I had a single 28 ft run. Of all the brands offered, we were just barely able to scrape up the right parts. This was due to my wife finding the last end cap on the floor behind many boxes. Came back the following weekend to get another part because of a design change only to find a completely new line of gutters. After finally getting someone to radio someone else to tell us that the additional stock is no longer available and searching across the internet, we were able to come up with our own solution to get us through the winter.

Nice, helpful, colorful people work there. My order came in damaged but useable and they gave me a discount. I’m usually a Lowes shopper but only this Home Depot was available. It also had the lowest prices and variety for the product I needed online. So naturally I utilized it.

I've gone to Home Depot for years, today I went in to pick up my online order and Terri was the CS Associate. SHE was so helpful, funny and professional. I'd like to thank Home Depot for such a great employee, Terri was fantastic!
