DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM. I placed an order for an online pickup order. It said that it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up they told me that they were running behind on filling orders and asked me to come back an hour and a half later. I did. By the time I got back to pick up my order which I had placed 6 hours earlier they said that the seafood department was now closed and they couldn’t fill my order. So not only was my dinner ruined but I was then CHARGED for the full order. I called the store. The store pawned me off to the 866 customer service number telling me there’s nothing they can do. I called the 866 number they hung up on me twice then said I would need to wait 24 to 48 hours to speak to a manager. I paid with my ebt card so I’m unable to simply dispute the charge with my bank. I’m out $42.00 and never received any food and was unable to eat dinner that night.

Bakery is great, if you there before butcher goes home they will cut the meat. Lots of fresh veggies. Parking is tight, they have gas station next door, pharmacy drive through tight.

Great layout, wide isles. The store is easy to navigate and flows nicely. Live and self-checkout options available.Join the rewards program for points and coupons/in-store savings.Don't forget the milk! Kroger's brand CARBmaster chocolate milk is sold at this location.

I like the vast variety of foods available.I live in an even smaller town than Kalispell, and the variety in our local store doesn't even compare to what is available at Smith's.The seafood selection looked so good! 🦈🦀 🦐🐙I bought some salmon.All the shelves were pretty full; as we all recall memories of barren shelves during the first few months of Coronavirus lockdown. 😢

Best groceries and prices. Friendly staff. Always well stocked with a sale on something good. Check out the coupons on their app for more savings. They also have a clearance cart or two with some amazingly priced items. That all coupled with their rewards and fuel savings program that's free to join, I mean why would you shop anywhere else?

Sooooo many price errors every time. The cashiers say this “happens all the time.” Not sure how that’s legal.Also, this store is always way understaffed. And the produce is awful. Thankfully Super 1 is right next door. Much better produce, much better management.Smiths used to be my favorite but not anymore.

Today I had to ask someone to check my groceries through the check stand. I asked the employee if he could ring me and he responded by asking me where he should do that. None of the other check stands were open. I explained to him I had a full grocery cart and should not have to do it myself. Not only that but they had 4 other employees standing around talking instead of helping. In the end he did ring me up but we still had to bag our own groceries.

Best grocery store in Kalispell and frankly best I've been to out west. Normally when I go to the grocery store the app doesn't work, items ring up wrong, staff is angry and rude and frustrated. Not at Smiths. Here every item rang up correctly (clearance, sale, and digital coupons), the prices were better than every other local store (and the items on sale can actually feed a family healthy food not junk food and items that don't go together well for meals, also almost every sale item was in stock), the staff was really friendly and helpful (I spoke to five staff members while I was in the store and they were some of the nicest grocery staff I've ever encountered - all of them), and the store is exceptionally cleanly. I'll only shop at Smiths from now on when I can help it, they made the most frustrating aspect of moving from out east (the grocery store) into a great part of my day. 💯

I actually love smiths, but boy oh boy those Marie callendiars frozen meals, on November 12th 2023 we bought 3 of them, I made 1 the same night and it looked awful I ate a bite it tasted funny, smart partner said so also.Now today the 13th of November we literally have gotten sick from them. So please 🙏 smiths toss them out! Don't just put them on sale for all to get sick on.

one of the friendliest kroger’s we’ve ever shopped at! the produce department (Kayla and another really nice produce lady) went above and beyond to help us get the freshest produce! store was well stocked and it was just overall a very pleasant shopping experience. :)

I have never seen it so busy and no employees to help out. 5 of them just standing around with dozens of customers waiting to checkout. No carts available for people walking in, so lazy! Get your butts outside and bring in shopping carts! Unbelievable!! I would rather go to Columbia Falls and shop there!

My wife and I grocery shop at Smiths at least 4 times a month for the bulk of our food. We very much enjoy the cleanliness and layout of the stores. My father was a grocery store worker/manager until his retirement so I have been around grocery stores myself alot and Smiths sells quality merchandise at affordable prices. Now ALL groceries are expensive these days so we mainly shop Smiths but we shop ads and go to Costco to complete our monthly shopping but Smiths is the best value that we have found and we enjoy the friendly shopping atmosphere and helpful associates. All businesses suffered from lack of ability to find, hire and retain employees here in the valley until lately so I give all of our retailers and all involved in helping everyone maintain some normalcy during that period of time. My last shopping trip to Smith's was rather disappointing I'm 60 years old and disabled I go to the check stand with the clerk because I can't simply do my own groceries and bag them there was a bagger at the check stand and he walked away when I came up and went to the next stand that was all right but he was just talking and I thought he would come back so I did not bag my own groceries and they were piling up and I thought he was coming back he did not they expected me to bag my own groceries. I pay for service in my groceries by part of the cost of them for a checker and a box boy. I carry them out to my car myself because it takes me longer to pack them in the car. Just saying the grocery stores need to cater to the older people and not expect them to do it themselves that's what the checkout stands are for self-serve is self-serve I was not in a self-serve!

I have always shopped at Smith but lately the store has gotten so bad and they are price gouging. I can't believe how ridiculous their prices are compared to the rest of the stores. Even their digital coupons has become ridiculous there really good at offering digital coupons then the never have the product.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The customer service lady was the rudest women I've ever dealt with. Maybe you guys should get your facts straight. There is a bus that picks up there. Y'all need training on customer service too. Sorry you hate your lives so much and have to be rude and mean to young women. Never would I shop there if I lived in Kalispell. Rude inconsiderate people.

Been shopping Smith's ever since they replaced Fred Myer. Always been a great store and the pharmacy staff is excellent. But lately the food area staff have become very rude, even to each other.
