The selection is a joke. WalMart has better selection. You're stuck back there in the corner beside the tire store. Location matters to a point but so does selection of products. No cats to choose from the last time I was there. I've been coming to this store for 8 years but the last time was probably last time. Got to stay up with the times.

Our Sheltie went here for a much-needed grooming in Sep 2021. The groomer did a spectacular job; perhaps the best he has ever had. I highly recommend this PetSmart grooming location. Thank you for taking such care in our dog's needs. He looks stunning!

PetSmart carries a wide variety of brands of pet foods and supplies. The prices are competitive when compared with online companies and they are local so you can pick up items on the same day. The employees have all been helpful and polite when we are shopping. The store is clean and it's easy to navigate aisles.

Almost always find what I need and find myself inquiring for more or different, quality product. Prices are to be expected and being a loyalty member helps me get in there knowing I have accrued some xtra cash to offset the total. Store is well organized and staff is friendly and adequately helpful when you need it aka not overbearing or constantly hanging over your shoulder. They're actually working with intent and seem to have chosen the job for them. I enjoy in store shopping more than door dash because I know I can find what I need.

Petsmart is a great place to shop for your pets needs as they have a lot of different food options for dogs and cats and some options for other small animals. There fish are usually healthy and I've never had any issues with purchasing fish from them.I do believe that their small animal section could be much better as they do not have very many options for the smallest members of your family. The grooming salon is always great you never know what kind of cut you might get, but for the most part they are fantastic to work with. The best part is they will take cats on the weekends if you need to get some of the shedding gone.

This may be a ‘chain’ store but they treat you like a local home grown establishment- complete with one on one service, friendliness and professionalism ~~ Kalispell PetSmart, where locals shop and are made to feel like family. They have all the pet stuff. Bulk kitty litter is cheap AF but you have to bring a bucket. The dog good is a little more expensive than some places but they will price match.

Management issues. My partner had three interviews over the span of nearly three weeks. On the final interview with the general manager was told that none of the suggested positions were hiring after being promised the positions. It appeared to be a serious lack of control in chain of command.

My groomer was Savannah S. I spent over $100 for my dog to be groomed throughly. Except it was rushed. She still has so much hair that could’ve been brushed out! They didn’t even give her a bow/bandana, cookie, or the coupon book they mentioned in the description. I don’t even smell any type of cologne on her too as it was mentioned as well. I’m pretty disappointed actually. Won’t be going back.

I was checking out my items, frustrated at the $17 increase on the dog food I buy. The cashier, Hannah, was amazing, googled the food trying to price match a lower price, looking for coupons, finding a similar product for me to switch to that may be cheaper. Still upset about the cost increase but at least the customer service is 10x better than most other establishments in the valley.

It's a clean, loving environment for you to take your pet with needs too. They have so many amenities, it's just fabulous!!!! I learn something new and find goodies for my furry buddies here, it's one stop shopping for it all for them.....my cattrs love their treats!!!! Its a fun to be there kind of store!!!! And, just so you know, smiling friendly faces and grooming plus, helpful workers always...love it!!!!
