The grooming itself couldn't have been better. Absolutely fantastic. The shady advertising used to get customers in will keep me, from not only not having my dog groomed there but also from purchasing anything there again. The holiday special for $28 in very large print, with the super tiny disclaimer that it was with the purchase of a full price grooming session, was ridiculous. I saw the ad on a cell phone, and even when I saw the poster in the store, it was difficult to see. I have found out since that it is a common practice for this company. I believed it to be a loss leader to gain customers. It ended up costing 3x what i thought it was. The $30 Holiday Special was for a moisturizing, stronger scented shampoo, coat conditioner, and a dremel polish finish on nails. No, thanks. I do not recommend them because of their shady tactics.

I appreciated the extra care & attention the girls gave Buddy when I brought him in for a nail trim. He’s recently adopted from the shelter & hates to have his paws touched. They took extra time & gave him a lot of love during the process. They also gave advice what I can do to help him get used to having his nails trimmed.

I brought in my 10 year old 80 lb white husky as I normally do. He comes in off white to tan colored because he loves to roll around in the dust and dirt and anything that smells terrible and we live in a place he gets ample opportunities to do so. He was done timely and came out looking like a glow in the dark white fluffy cloud. Two people stopped me walking out of the store to comment on how pretty and well cared for he looks (not the case on the way in). He is now allowed on the couch and bed again for snuggles :-) He never lets me touch his paws as home but the groomer was able to trim and even able to buff out a few nails before he told them he wasn't having it anymore lol. We saw Angelia and we will definitely be back again for future appointments!!!

I love all of the people that do the grooming here. We have 3 dogs all with various things they need and our newest addition being an extremely scared and anxious rescue. Everyone here has been the best to all 3 of our dogs, including the haircuts for one, blowout for another, and the extreme patience and compassion our rescue needs. I have to say out of everyone here at this location Charity has stood out the most. Thank you for being amazing to our dogs and giving them the best experience possible.

I have a 12 year old dog who really doesn't like anything about grooming. I'm sure she is very difficult to work on. But she looked amazing when I picked her us and seemed to be in good spirits. Love the new, fresh look! Thank you.

Staff was very friendly. I was able to do a walk in appointment. Fast service. The staff also provide me with a vital health pamphlet. Another Petco store had given me booklet of coupons for my new puppy which was the reason I got the nails trimmed at Petco in the first place.

Love Petco I get my dog bathed and deshedding during the shedding season and I get my cat litter and my accessories for my water dish for the animals that filters water very friendly people just all-around good place to go for pet supplies

They worked my dog in for a nail clip on short notice; very much appreciated. The gentlemen who did our dog’s nail gave me a few tips which were very helpful. This will now be our pet store of choice.

a nail trim for my small beagle. it's impossible for me to hold her still enough to do myself. the vet charges $5 more than petco. but the real reason for me giving the best score is the ease and precision of the particular individual doing the cutting. and her confidence put me little dog, who was scared out of her wits, at ease.

They are very nice and great with my dogs. I have a dog that has plates in both knees and can't stand long, but they managed to trim and groom him to my satisfaction. And my dogs seem to like it there 😊

Just picked our dog up and it was a terrible groominh. He is full of ridges and his feathering on his legs is chopping with gouged. Not a very organized drop off or pick up. One guy seemed to just stand there and not do anything.
