Great selection of pet products. They had the dog cough med I needed and a better variety of a special cat pate' food I couldn't find in any grocery store! Plus all the cat items were less expensive than at the grocery store. My dog gets to go in and shop with me..on leash, which he loves & they give him treats at the checkout!♡

Clean, bright. Workers are incredibly helpful and nice. My dog is always so happy for her visit there. She starts barking in the parking lot, waiting to go in. Lol

I'm not sure how the store goes about getting conures, but let me just say thank you for whoever hatched this little nugget! He/she's perfect and I don't regret getting this quirky baby. I've wanted one after seeing one at this store 12 years ago, spent years learning on them, and couldn't find one who fit me as much as this little guy at any of the rescues I've been to. Wish I could share all the videos I've gotten since adopting him, cause pictures don't do justice. Thank you for the wonderful help at this store and the workers letting me know what treats that Bleu (named like the cheese now) loved. Bleu's a perfect little bird!

Not impressed. They take horrible care of there fish. Every fish I have bought from them ends up sick and dies within days which kills off the fish we already had. I had to tell a store worker that there fish that I was about to buy had ick… the entire tank… the Betta fish they have are in horrible condition. Dead fish in just about every tank. Pretty sad and unfortunate…

Hailey at Petco was amazing with my dog Oakley. She was very sweet and friendly and listened to my requests. Oakley came out looking amazing and you could tell he was happy and felt amazing. We will definitely be requesting Hailey for every groom .

My fur babies and myself love this store. Always find what I need, great prices for items needed, staff great to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. Been using this store for 10+ yrs now, love it!

Friendly helpful staff for the most part. Clean well stocked and organized. Some of their products I've purchased previously were cheaply made and not of good quality. That being said they are pretty pricey but that's unfortunately the norm for a big box pet store. Great selection of fish salt and fresh alike!

The people here are overworked. Most do their best, others just point and aim you into rows of aisles that have no signs. Pricing is rasonable

This place had good employees that were knowledgeable about the pets we were looking at...however...the store was very dirty...the bathroom was the worst with ants crawling on the ground below the toilet.

My wife and I always go to petco for cat supplies, it was a bit of a mess last time I was there and things were all over the place. I assume they are understaffed and struggling with stocking shelves.

My dog is a "COVID" dog. I got her as a puppy during COVID so there was not a lot of socializing done and it's pretty obvious. She is shy with high anxiety around people but is still the sweetest. I take Buffy in every 3 to 4 weeks for her spa day and have been since the grooming opened back up about a year ago. ALL of the gals in the grooming salon know Buffy and love her up and are SO kind to her! It's about a 2 hour round trip for every grooming appointment and although I could go somewhere closer to home, I'm willing to make the drive because of the extra care of the grooming team.

Scenario: Due to my not getting Gus in sooner, he was a little grungier than normal. They still did such an amazing job with him and didn't make me feel bad for having gone so long in between grooming, due to changes in my financial situation. That being said, they did a fabulous job with the hygiene cut...but got a little too close for comfort for Gus. By the time I got him home from his appt, he had really been digging at his behind...I called and they said to bring him right back up and they would take a look and make sure he was fine and that nothing had been missed. They welcomed us back in and saw to Gus's care immediately. It was determined that he was irritated with the closeness of the cut and was just digging at himself. They did an extra cleaning to make sure there weren't any little hairs maybe in there and then gooped him up with some aloe vera to hopefully help him find some relief until the hair around his bum grows out a little bit...lol...funny story but one I felt should be shared in this review. Your crew in Kalispell, MT really are fabulous and need to be recognized. Thanks guys!! From Gus's Mom, Blue

This little puppy is learning some great skills in Puppy 1 class. We love Sam! Everyone is always super helpful any time we are in there. I love the variety of treats for our pup and of course the cookies are his favorite! Great store. Always clean and organized!

The wife and I and our autistic son went in to purchase glo fish and noticed the manager having his employees go in the back and bring carts out to stock instead of paying attention to their customers needs and this is not the first time every time I go in their to try and get fish I am waiting for a half hour at least for some help so I get fed up and leave really poor customer service

Good food for our pets.Good atmosphereDon't like the guilt shaming of "do you want to save pets lives" everytime I checkout.Update- been giving them my phone number when I purchase to gather points towards items. Found out none of those points count cause I didn't do something. Basically just gather consumer data while not fulfilling their promise. On a bright side, it's cheaper to buy on a very popular online page. $uck of Petco!
