Staff is always friendly and does their best to accommodate dates and needs of the dogs. We have 2 medium size dogs and one older small dog. They always give the dogs attention, foster play with other dogs, and update me if there are any matters that I need to know of. When we check out our dogs and walk outdoors after being boarded, they tend to want to go back in! That’s always a great sign that they’re very well taken care of and trust the staff here. Our dogs love it and I truly appreciate all the feed back they give us on how the dogs behaved.

Truly the most amazing staff! They genuinely care about your pet as they would their own. Would highly recommend bringing your dog or cat here - whether just for a play date to socialize or to board while you’re away. Not to mention, their amazing facility with outdoor space for them to enjoy during the day, and enrichment classes to participate in for a little extra fun. Bentley loves it here. Glacier k9 is the best!!

Our dog Kodi has been coming to Glacier K9 since she was a puppy. 5 years later she still LOVES to come play with her friends, help babysit the new pups in the house, and partake in the Enrichment Program shenanigans & fun!We love traveling with Kodi, but sometimes she stays in Slumber Party where she can maintain her scheduled routine, play with her friends, and get lots of love from the wonderful staff.When we pick Kodi up she always runs out with a smile on her face, tail wagging and jumps into our arms with a big hug! She’s tuckered out for the rest of the evening, and snores her way through the night.Other than with her family-it’s her favorite place to be!Thank you Glacier K9 & Staff!!Tammy Mangold & Family

I love Glacier K9 for my little Frenchie. The people at K9 have worked with me and my crazy schedule which was a huge deal for me.The people who work there always have a smile on their faces and the place looks and smells clean.Lola gets so excited when we walk into the building and that puts my mind at ease. We decided to switch from another dog daycare place to Glacier K9 because we love that they have indoor/outdoor playtime. Our pup Willow was shy for the first few visits, but they made sure she felt welcome and loved. We had to start off her first 5 days on their "slower" days, to get her acclimated to a new daycare routine. Now, she walks in with all the confidence in the world. The pricing is also very fair compared to the previous daycare we were taking her. Highly recommend Glacier K9, and will be bringing Willow here all the time! The enrichment activities are also a fun add on too!

Glacier K9 is the best pet boarding in the Whitefish area! We took our pup there two days in a row and they were the most accommodating and professional facility in town. We’ll be coming back every time we’re in Whitefish!

I can’t say enough good things about Glacier K9. My 8 year old dog is typically nervous when being dropped off at any kennel I’ve taken her to, but not Glacier. The people that work here are very caring and have connected in a way with my dog that no other place has. I took her just last week and was surprised when my I turned over the leash and she starting wagging her tail and enthusiastically went on her way. Great place and I strongly recommend Glacier K9!

We had our Lab, Bear stay for a few days while we visited Glacier National Park. The facility and staff were great! When we picked him up he was a happy dog! Always a sign of a good stay!

The staff here love our dogs like their own; they even cried with us after learning our beloved Boo crossed the rainbow bridge. It's always clean, they have such an awesome set up for the dogs to play, plus they offer so many amazing training/enrichment opportunities! We won't take our dogs anywhere else!

I've have used Glacier K9 for both boarding and grooming of my dogs. They are so friendly and take such good care of my dogs that I highly recommend them. I have a dog that needs daily medication and they handle his special needs without any issues or complaints. Being able to board my dogs together in a room and not a cage is the best and love love love their setup. I also recommend their grooming services with all of the available options is awesome.

Shifty Lu got hurt there a few months ago and they were great through the process with top tier communication and resolution of any issue. Their owners and staff really care about our dogs and it shows. I have nothing but great things to say. I am sad to leave the valley mostly because I will miss glacier K9. 5⭐

We are so happy with the service we got! Finally a place we feel safe taking our fur babies to! When we took our Shepherd to kennels before she would come back unhappy, and depressed for at least 2 days. This time both dogs were happy!! We will definitely be back!!

I have friends who take their dogs here and highly recommend it for daycare. I took my dog and on his first day another dog bit him on the face. They did not notify me he had been injured until I came to pick him up, then also told me he would not be allowed back because he jumped on the top of a dog house.I called to talk to them afterwards about my frustration on how they handled the situation, especially not telling me about it until I came to pick him up. At one point they told me, "Some dogs just don't do well at daycare". Well, my dog has been to daycare 2 or 3 days a week for most of his life. He usually does great and I'm often told he is a favorite of staff at other daycare locations. I get that accidents can happen, they're dogs after all. I would have been willing to chalk it up to bad luck and give them a second chance, but their management of the situation left much to be desired.

The staff here are so friendly and are always so excited to see our dogs. I know my dogs are well taken care of here.I have used doggie day care and boarding services here and would recommend them to everyone!They are excellent at communicating as well. If any issues or concerns arise they call right away.They do stay pretty busy and often have customers in the lobby and/or on the phone but do a great job staying polite while taking care of everyone. (they do have an occupancy limit in their lobby due to covid - they can pick up your dog at your car if you don't want to go in the lobby too.

Just had my 5 month old Golden pup here for a week while away. This organization, people, and facilities are tremendous. They truly care for the animals and the passion shown by all is evident. This was Casey’s first time away and she was in great spirits when I met her, tail wagging wildly before she even noticed me. I’ve had three prior dogs and had to use “boarding” facilities often (I would call Glacier more of a dog retreat than boarding) and Glacier is the best I’ve come across bar none. I will be using them for all her needs in the future. If you don’t want to worry while you’re away, this is the place to take your loved family member.

We have been taking our dog to Glacier K9 for about a year and a half. Our doggo can be timid at times, and if you're anything like me, leaving your pet can be painful! However, the folks at Glacier K9 do a great job socializing with pets and understanding their unique (quirky!) needs. We feel confident each time we take our dog there, and we know she enjoys her time too...the tail doesn't lie!

Absolutely love taking my sweet puppy here! They take such great care of her, I never worry about her at all. She comes home happy, relaxed, and tired after a long day. Highly recommend for boarding, daycare and grooming! Glacier K9 does it all, and they do it well!

My black lab LOVES Glacier K9. We have been bringing here since the facility opened and she always comes home happy and exhausted. Have used the grooming services many times as well and always had an excellent experience. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone. You won't be disappointed! They also have a cute gift/food/treat shop.

Staff really care about your pets. I have been taking my dog to Glacier K9 to get him use to being boarded again. He had a bad experience at another kennel. We have been doing daycare for and up and coming boarding. He feeld very comfortable here which makes me feel comfortable to bring him here to board when we need to. Can't say enough about the staff and the and the safe setting

This review is long overdue. My fur-baby Prince has been going to Glacier K9 every weekday for almost 4 months now and Glacier K9 has been such a blessing! Tues-Fri outside of doggy day care the dogs do enrichment which includes weekly activities. My wife and I look forward to the daily posts of our fur-baby in action having a blast with his friends. Prince has never been so happy playing rather then laying around while we work and sometimes gets upset when I pick him up to early. The entire staff is amazing and friendly and just loves for and cares about Prince which is very important to me. Glacier K9 is one of the best things about Kalispell and we are so grateful for everyone!

Our GSD absolutely loves Glacier K9, and so do we! He comes back happy and tired which is exactly what we hope for. They offer daycare packages to give a price break which is nice. We have also boarded a couple of times in the slumber party room and our dog was so tired for several days after, it was great! Thanks for everything to the Glacier K9 crew
