Great place to bring your dog or cat! I spent time training my dog as a puppy and would touch his feet all the time so that when he did go in, he wouldn’t be scared and it would make the gal’s jobs easier. He now gets nail trim every month ( like they suggest so the quicks do not get longer and you can’t trim the nails as short). They are super quick and efficient. He loves going in there and all the gals that work there love him. If people would train their dogs- it would make everything easier for you, the dog, and the employee! This photo was taken at dog gone clean- and he is such a happy boy!

I took my ragamuffin cat in for a lion cut, and Dog Gone Clean did an amazing job. He had some matting near his tail, and they were gentle with him. He looks so cute!! The staff were friendly, and I felt like my cat would be treated well there, he was. 10/10 will definitely come back.

I have a Yorkie that is a little over a year old. I took him to 3 different groomers and they all called me halfway in and said they couldn’t finish him because they didn’t want to traumatize him. I made an appointment here. 2 hours later he was done and looked amazing! People were super friendly and easy to work with. Thank-you!

We took our 1 year old long-haired cat into Dog Gone Clean for the first time at a groomer. We were concerned with finding a groomer that was familiar with cats, and the challenges they pose, and were very happy to find such a reputable one. We dropped our girl off and had her back within two hours freshly washed, shaved, and smelling nice. She seemed happy at the lion cut and the price was very affordable at $50. We will definitely be bringing her back for a spa day in the future! Staff were polite and our cat had no issues afterwards.

Skilled, kind and experienced hands! The cat specialist at Dog Gone Clean got nearly my cat's own volume of dead fluff out and made her fur soft and bright! A great birthday spa day for the fluff monster!

I took my 5 month old puppyin for her first grooming appointment. They handled her patiently and took their time so she wouldn't be frightened. She left very calm and beautifully groomed.

Nicki (I believe that was her name) got the mats out of our hyperthyroid cat's fur with minimal shaving needed. She is definitely a pro and very nice to boot. The pricing is fair. We'll be back for sure!

My bully was scared to death to get his nails cut. And after all that his nails weren’t much shorter. And he got cauliflower ear the very next day!!!!! I’m BOTH ears!!! I felt so terrible trusting his care w these people!!! Never again!!! Never again!!!! He was so traumatized

Dog Gone Clean did such a wonderful job on my Puppy Bardahl. I highly recommend this place for pupster haircuts. Staff is very nice and the quality of the work done is fantastic.

My dog was to get #10 all over with head blended , that's what I paid for!! The insides of his legs were not shaved at all head not blended, he smelled like strong perfume. Not a good job!! I will not return!! He was in a cage with a dirty slimy water dish but no water. Time to give this place a good cleaning!!

For the price and care, this place is stellar! We have a Siberian husky that is timid and she kept going up to her groomer while I was checking out to say "hi" and get some love. Great, caring staff. Also, they COMPLETELY brushed out her last season's undercoat. Amazing. Will 100% be going back and making this our go-to grooming service!

Filthy, negligent, lazy...Please, please, PLEASE, use caution when choosing where to bring your fur baby next. If you decide the best option for you would be Dog Gone Clean I just hope you can see this message and be made aware of some serious concerns myself and many of my friends have had with this establishment! I have been taking my dog to Dog Gone Clean for only about 4 months. I was recommended by a friend who had only just begun bringing her dog there a month prior. A few weeks ago my friend dropped her dog off for a grooming at noon and was informed that it would only be about 3 hours until she was finished. Fast forward to 5:30pm with no calls from the groomers and no answers to my friends many calls concerning her dog! Finally she had waited long enough and went in without receiving a call as there could be no way it would take that long to groom her 55lb Golden Retriever.When she arrived the scene was shocking! Her beloved dog was stressed, hot, tired, had no water, and was covered in urine. Left in a crate for upwards of 5 hours without a single phone call from Dog Gone Clean.I myself have had similar experiences just in the past few months and am growing sick of it! Yes the prices there may be good but is it really worth the treatment your dog receives? I know for a fact that my dog is well behaved and well trained, she’s 10 years old, she doesn't have the energy to misbehave!So when I retrieve her at the end of the day(with no calls), from clueless staff members, covered in open wounds, I am baffled! Just baffled! I sincerely hope this review can help some people make smarter decisions when regarding their dogs health and happiness. I genuinely recommend checking out some of the newer facilities in town, I certainly will not be returning again.Also did I mention the sheer amount of black mold present in the facility!(Posted on Google Reviews and Yelp)

We took our border collie mix that was shedding badly to get a bath and comb out. She was shiny clean and her undercoat was gone so much less shedding! excellent job and very pleased.

Very disappointed with them this time. They had my dog for four and a half hours. I called to see why it was taking so long. They said she was done and that a call was made to have her picked up. No there was not! When I got there, she was covered in pee because she had peed in her cage and there was no water bowl in her cage. Four and a half hours!!

Today was the second visit my puppy would have had with Dog Gone Clean Salon. We made the appointment right after her first grooming appointment. We were pleased with our first experience and excited to bring our puppy back today. We live over an hour away from the salon so imagine the disappointment we felt when we showed up for a grooming appointment we made 6 weeks ago and they were only doing baths and brushing today. They had NO groomers today. It would have been professional courtesy for them to call their clients to see if we wanted to reschedule the grooming appointment. And it was a grooming appointment- as we paid for the first visit we talked with the girl at the desk about getting our puppy groomed every 6 weeks or 8 weeks. She even told us to book the 6 week appointment and if we need to reschedule for 8 weeks we could do that. Unfortunately for them, they will not get my business again.

Took my Cocker Spaniel (Candy) in to be groomed (she had been a regular client there) on January 26, 2023. The next morning the area under her neck was inflamed and her bare skin was exposed and bloody. She was in distress so I took her to the vet, who prescribed an antibiotic. (The vet did not believe this problem was the groomer's fault. and communicated this to the groomer .). However, the fact remains, she was happy and healthy when she went in, but has been in a lot of pain this past week. Thankfully, this area (approx 3.5?" x .5") is now looking much better. I am posting this to warn people to watch out for injuries after being groomed at Doggone Clean.

My poor old kitty had mats all over and I had to have him shaved. They did an excellent job without any injuries to neither human nor cat. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I have taken my dogs here for over 10 years and they are so mind gentle and understanding to every pets needs that I have seen them with.They are an open floor plan so you are able to see them groom your dog or see when they are waiting to be picked up.They also have washing stations to take your pet in for a good scrub and clean them up yourself.Thank you so much for meeting my dogs and my needs and being so amazing!!!

i took my eight month old bouvier in to be groomed on november15. i had spent a lot of money to get her. i asked if they knew how to trim a bouvier. they said yes they were experienced with my breed of dog. when i went to pick her up i did not recognize my own dog. ALL her hair was gone. come spring i will not be able to show her. not only that but now i can not leave her outside without her freezing to death. if you want your dog butchered then this is the place for you. they have ruined my beautiful show dog and made her susceptible to the cold. i will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!! one star is too many

I have a big male golden retriever with long thick hair. Since we live in a rural area he tends to get lots of mats. The groomers are always very thorough with getting his mats out and don’t hurt him. He smells good and his coat looks silky and fluffy when I pick him up. If I ask for it his nails are nicely clipped. I also use their self-wash stations but at times to get him nicely groomed for less than $50 including a tip is worth it! They are friendly and do an outstanding job! Thanks from the whole family!

I never write reviews but really have to warn people of this spot. My puppy is really sweet and shy, I told the groomers he needed a little extra care because he isn't used to being groomed. He came home with a nicked paw pad (a chunk gone) and had to wear a cone for a week to stop the licking. But worst of all, he wouldn't get in the car without shaking uncontrollably for almost a full month. I almost didn't post the review, thinking well it was an accident but then I asked around neighbors/friends and other groomers and this place is notoriously bad. I will never take him back here and I will never take my dog to a place I don't personally know someone who has had a positive experience. Not worth them having a traumatizing experience. If you treat your pups like family, this isn't the place for you.

Not very clean. First time going there and the gal trimming my dogs nails could handle her resistance, and she slipped the collar. I wouldn't trust them with black nailed dogs, they clipped her quick. Won't be back.
