Definitely disappointed with our grooming appointment and won’t ever go back. I spent $80 for my 15lb dog to get bathed and groomed only to leave questioning what services were actually done. I’m not sure my dog was even bathed and he definitely wasn’t completely groomed. They let you pay and tip before you even see your dog and before they tell you they couldn’t finish the grooming of your animal. Doesn’t seem quite fair to the customer in my opinion. My dog isn’t the most cooperative and I made them well aware of that at time of scheduling and when I checked in the day of. I feel like they used that as an excuse to not even try. Our groomer who we’ve been with for a couple years moved which is why we tried a new place. Dee O Gee was a mistake for sure…

I took my dog Pandora in for her first grooming. She can be uncomfortable in new situations and Cindi did an amazing job in making sure she was comfortable with the new experience. She also did a great job with her grooming. She's a doberman/Husky mix and had fur flying with every step. She is so sleek and clean now! Great staff all around as well!

Smokey and I went on an adventure today and visited this pet store-Dee-O-Gee! My bestie recommended them. Aussiedoodles are very intelligent, so to keep him engaged, I bought his first smart toy. It makes a giggle sound and he has to roll it around to get the treat out. We also found this cool little chick🐔 dog toy that is perfect for heavy chewers like Smokey because even if they tear off all of the material there'll still be squeak ball left over underneath. That store had a whole lot of products to choose from! The store was clean, well organized, has a rewards point system and even has a DIY dog wash! We really liked it:-) They even gave me a few sample bags of dog foods to try for free😍 Mason was especially helpful and definitely deserves a raise!! We will be back😊

Always the best treats, food, and cute gifts for my dad’s doggo! They have great grooming and their staff is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. This is about as local as you can get! Also point system is very nice!

We came in today looking for a good probiotic for our puppy. Kira was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to explain the benefits of each product and even pointed out which products were on sale. 10/10!

Although my dog was not impressed with his bath, I thought this was a great place! Everyone was super helpful and the facilities made it really easy to get my dog clean and dry. They have a great selection of treats and food and toys also.

Love it at Dee-O-Gee! Lots of great products including these new Pendleton dog beds! Now my dogs bed can match my blankets. She absolutely loves her new bed and prefers it over her old one.

I cannot recommend Dee O Gee enough.Their grooming is top notch and my dog is actually excited to go see everyone there.Their attention to detail is unlatched.They’ve even caught a UTI that I had no idea my girl was dealing with. Allowing my to get her to the vet before it got too serious.With that, they have knowledgeable staff who are ready to answer whatever question and have enough of a variety of products to help support your pets health that not only work but also work for most budgets.You will not be disappointed if you bring your 4-legged friend here.

We were very happy with the grooming service for our golden retriever, Selby! It took her no time at all to get comfortable w/ the groomer and they were very quick, which we appreciated.Knowing that we travel full time and often groom her ourselves, they were kind enough to give us a few pointers.The store has everything you could ever need for your furbabies!

Love this store! We stopped while traveling and were thrilled to see they have a self service dog wash. I’m a groomer traveling with my Bichon and he needed a bath bad! Awesome products available , nice clean space. Love the retail that is available too and picked up some treats for my pup.

Visited from out of state and really enjoyed the selection of treats and goodies for dogs here. Facility is clean and well maintained. Only downside is that the DIY pet wash closes an hour before the store closes for the day, and if someone else is using the room, then you can’t get it. Plan ahead and maybe call in advance!

-Our dog Jaxon was diagnosed by Flathead Pet Emergency with ulcers in both eyes after his grooming appointment at Dee-O-Gee on 01/15/2020, photo attached. My review won't go into the details, as we have already been in contact with the Manager privately, but the Veterinarian pointed to the ingredients in the cleaning agent used on his face as the probable cause, along with potential hard scrubbing around his eyes.-I don't think I've ever left a negative review, but I feel the moral obligation after seeing the Vet's reaction upon discovering the ulcers to share Jaxon's condition following his grooming appointment at Dee-O-Gee, in hopes that this doesn't happen to another pet. (For those of you who are saddened by this picture, rest assured that we are seeing to it that Jaxon has as full a recovery as medically possible. He is currently on antibiotics via an eye lubricant, and will be having his ulcers examined in two more days to check for growth/shrinkage/severity).-In anticipation of the business' response to this review, apart from Jaxon's well being, our highest hope in discussing this situation with you was that we would get the feeling that your first priority is the welfare of the animals under your care, both during and after. That just is not the feeling we get.

WONDERFUL!! We took our two Husky's there for the first time. I am always a little nervous, probably more than my dogs, when we go to a new groomer. Dee-O-Gee did not disappoint! Truly amazing! Of all the yrs taking my dogs to groomers, this was the best experience we've ever had. When I arrived to pick them up, they were running around, and looked so happy! I was a little worried because they don't kennel the dogs - unsure of how my dogs would respond being in a new place without me. They looked like they didn't even miss me 😊 They smelled so good and were so fluffy. Not a detail was missed! We are taking our senior lab there in a couple weeks and I know they will treat him well! Thank you for making this as great of an experience for me as it was for my dogs!! Hawk and Keye are looking forward to thier next bath!

We came in to use the DIY dog wash this morning. The store and dog wash area were both clean and well kept! Staff were friendly and even came in and helped me clean up post-bath. They had great chew/ toy options for my boy afterward. We'll be coming back again for our next bath!

We absolutely love this one stop shop for grooming, treats and dog supplies. The self serve grooming station is fabulous- it has everything you need if you don't want to supply your own plus treats for the pups and a helpful staff !!! Our dog loves it here.

They have no loyalty to their clientele. No better than a box store hair salon. I called for an appointment they are booked into September, I've never waited more than two weeks. So all the non regular people who come in for the summer have all the appointments. That's fine. However they can do without my regular money during the off season as well.In response.I was given no call, I did check both my new phone and old phone for any missed calls from you there were none. I'm certain the youngest dog will do fine. Henry you may still remember has a heart issue, causing him stress going to new places isn't great. Everytime I came in it seemed there was someone new I have never seen. Perhaps she didn't make the call. I also checked and rechecked for a text while there are many not one in April about this issue.
