I absolutely love the bakery. I've ordered birthdays cakes for my family for almost 2 years here now and the cake decorator Ariel is amazing at what she dose! Every cake has been and is perfect 👌 I highly recommend!

This is one of the best Albertsons I've been to. the customer service desk is one of the most accommodating I've worked with. Lynette, the front store manager went above and beyond to help me. much thanks! will come back to this location again.

It gets busy, as all the stores in Kalispell tend to do. I wish they could keep up with demand and keep the shelves stocked, but it doesn't happen. Hit or miss when you're going after your monthly groceries. Makes it hard to really get everything I need, and I usually end up having to go to other stores to find what I couldn't.

Kalispell Montana. Food from the deli was great, after I nuked it. There's a deli serving really good food, but you have to heat it up. Who does that? There are 3 other grocery stores in the immediate area who served similar food, but it's hot! Why? Why did I pick the dud of the town?

I asked if I could buy a salad from the deli and then said it was closed but that I could look to see if they had any prepacked for sale. They didn't have the one I wanted. When I returned to the register to pay for my items, I overheard the clerk talking about me to the bagger in kind of a disrespectful manner. I was offended but I didn't let him know I heard him. I won't be returning.

Great Deli.. I'm wanting to edit my review now because I think I waited long enough so that I don't say something I don't want to just out of spite, the problem I have with this store in particular is that half the Bosses should not be Bosses because they don't know how to be, ny particular manager managed by not managing, what I mean is I was going through some very bad personal stuff and I chose to take care of it rather than other things but I called into my department manager each day and let him know what was going on with me and I was paid back by having My manager not let any other managers know what I was doing and that I called in everyday so I was called at home and asked what the hell I was doing and I was told everything I was doing wrong and how I was letting everyone down, well long story short I was not in the mood to be told how much of a loser I was so I told them to screw off which sucked because I liked the Job and I was good at it but long story short I had pretty much spent the prior 2 weeks at the hospital because my wife was not doing well at all and was getting worse daily and funny thing wss my manager knew what I was dealing with and for some reason he didn't tell the evening Boss what was going on so he called me and talked to me like a little kid and I didn't need it.. just so everyone knows my wife passed away about 6 weeks later and all I ever got from Albertsons Was treated like a child and I never ever got a apologize from any of them at that Job.. I was way to good for that store they didn't deserve me

When I moved to Kalispell I needed to find a new market. Well I found mine. Albertsons takes care of me every time. All the checkers are fast and curious. I even met a checker who had been there for over 30 years. Says something about the company. Thanks Albertsons for making my move easier.

Clean and many different categories of foods and also organic. Bought chicken drumettes and they were some of the best wings I have eaten. I have had wings at many restaurants in many states, also Costco's organic wings did not measure up. Will be shopping there many times before I go back to Florida in October.

Starr is a star. She was watching out for me. Very honest and caring. I left my $20 when I asked for change back. She saw it was left and put it up. I came back with my receipt just a few later and she was able to give me my cash. Thank you Starr!

We visited from Texas, and every employee we encountered was horrible! (With the exception of the Starbucks guy, he was so kind) The looks we got and the attitudes! I want to specifically call out Deb and Marie C. Also, Brady, the manager, for just watching the whole thing and not stepping in nor helping out. We realized that we were the only brown people in the store, probably in all of Montana! That doesn't give you a reason to treat a customer so rude. At the end of the day, you are an employee and are paid to serve the customer. Just do your job and leave ur personal feelings out of it. You should be embarrassed when another customer has to apologize to me for your horrible customer service. Wow! I called the customer service number, and I hope they make this right.

It has everything you would need from the grocery store in pretty good customer service and I love the pharmacy also they have added Starbucks nice 👍 and for us people who are lower income because it's in the store if you order cold drinks you can use your food card

The women they nowhave in the floral department doesn't know the 1st thing about floral design. She continues to be ignorant about any constructive criticism. She refuses to cut stems fresh and couldnt do a basic design if she tried. Save your money and go to a local flower shop that knows what they are doing.

The deli team came through with four great trays I ordered for a special event. They were above and beyond helpful, kind and patient. The trays were perfect and greatly appreciated. Many people wanted to know where I got them and I gladly told them Albertsons.

Good store. Kinda old fashioned grocery store with a bit of a old town feel. Been shopping here since it changed from being a Buttry's grocery store...and shopped Buttry's too! Several of the employees from the previous franchise are still there and still just as friendly.

I purchased a holiday dinner under the impression that it was precooked but the turkey was frozen! If I would have known that I would have cooked it myself! We bought it for my parents so Mom wouldn't have to cook! Bad move Albertsons. You need to improve the wording on your website and be clearer!

I've been going here during my stay at the hotel up the road and I love this place. Starbucks inside, great food selection, friendly staff ready to answer any of your questions. Very versatile deli selections and their food is always delicious. Being connected with Safeway, with your phone number, you can save money/get deals. Have yet to have a bad experience, well worth it!!

From out of town but had a great time each time we went to Albertsons. Monte (Month) at the checkout was very friendly and communicative. We laughed hard about sharks and how I guessed the shark that was on display (Mako Shark) GO ME! Thanks Monte for making the trip to the store so much more enjoyable

Went to deli section for some chicken employees were awesome they got us everything we asked for even though we had to wait... only issue I have is they need put up a sign to order large buckets of chicken 24 hour prior to needing.. no sign and was told that couldn't order it... other than that customer service was excellent

Shop at our local Albertsons’s daily! Great 😊 place to shop with great specials and friendly staff! My only complaint is, lately anytime I’ve had to use your customer restroom 🚻 it had been absolutely disgusting 🤮 What happened? Never use to be this way! Please take note! Other than this! Keep up the great 👍 job!🙏🏻

I like this store most of the time. The floral department is very nice. Monopoly game is pretty cool too. I find I like shopping there when they have stuff on sale vs full price because it's a little over priced. Overall it's decent and I prefer shopping here over most stores in the valley.

The layout of the store is alright for the most part. Starbucks is up front and the bathrooms are back near the pharmacy and the deli. The store itself is usually clean and uncluttered. The prices are on the higher side and that does not reflect the quality of the product. Do not shop here if you are in a hurry. Even if you only have two items to purchase, you are likely to be waiting in one of the two checkout lanes for more than ten minutes. I have never had a pleasant encounter with any of the cashier's. I shop here only when it is necessary or convenient.
