If you make an appointment to get your vehicle serviced, don't waste your time. It will not be honored. They do have a worthless "team leader" whose only qualifications are opening and closing doors. He does not do ANY work on vehicles. Especially when they are short handed which is always the case. I will NEVER use this worthless Walmart for anything ever again. I've been here well over an hour and all I wanted was a simple oil and filter change. Never again!

Had what we needed and more! Not as much of a selection of cat litter boxes as I had hoped but found one that will work.Some adorable beta fish tanks in stocks thoand a nice vacu/mop selection

why does the walmart toilet paper keep getting smaller since covid? It is very disturbiing when it is too narrow for my hand......... if every other brand also does it then it becomes buyer vs. seller.just pitiful and inconsiderate- that is what I think. If you dont want to help with inflation, then just charge more but dont treat your customers like they are stupid.that is what I think- it is a sad day when toilet paper becomes indicative of our lower standard of living at walmart.......

Better than most Walmarts I’ve been in. Staff is present on the floor and will help you, plus they speak english an added bonus. Clean, well stocked and easy check outs

Idk when Walmart started doing this, but they apparently track and stalk their customers now. Show up, buy something, you'll get a creepy email a day later asking you how you liked shopping there and if you liked the thing you bought. Just absolutely zero respect for privacy, they are clearly mining customer data and keeping tabs on people's purchases. Gross. Just one more reason to avoid walmart.Also, store is really nasty. Just awful.

I am a Walmart + member. And was sadly charged delivery fees all because the order came to less then $35.00. The Walmart team, always thanks you for being part of the Walmart + family which is a degrading disgrace. Walmart company you are thieves!! So sorry I had to give them a star. I spoke to a representative and although there was nothing he could do about it. I kept thinking to myself how can someone work for a place like this, and still look in the mirror every day. Any rate as for me I will take it up with the department of consumer affairs and the BBB just one final thought shame on you Walmart.

Everytime we shop at the Helena Walmart. The disabled seniors that shop in your store, usually have to wait for an electric cart. Was very disappointed, in having to wait 45 minutes for 1 of the 4 carts that were working!! I was told by a top Walmart supervising employee, there were only 6 carts total but 2 were broke down.To answer your question, I was very upset with your store yesterday (12-20-23).But keeping in the Christmas spirit & having good Christian values, I kept my opinions to myself..Need more carts!Please figure it out Walmart!!

Do NOT use Walmart Plus. Orders are repeatedly left at wrong addresses and then Walmart Customer Care states there is nothing they can do and I provide me the options of either contacting my local authorities or my financial institution to dispute the charge. Very disappointed with their services.

I mean, it's Walmart. Not any better or any worse than any other I've been in. A few items that the app said were in stock weren't, which was inconvenient and I hate the self checkout lanes. They don't hire enough clerks to work the registers so you're forced to use self checkout, then they ask you to see your receipt on the way out the door like you're a criminal or something. It's very frustrating not to mention the machines themselves suck. Constantly telling me something's been removed from the bagging area

I placed an order for pick up and after trying to check in I was sent an email saying my order was delayed. After calling the pick up number I was informed that my order had been cancelled on their end due to the product not being in stock. However, I was able to go inside and purchased the exact item I had requested to pick up. Now I will be waiting for a $400 refund to my card for days because of their inability to locate a grill which they had several of in stock. Not impressed.

Had four tires installed and an oil change. 366 dollars. Right now I think tires at Walmart are a great deal. For 10 dollars more per tire they will add a lifetime road hazard warranty, pro rated for tire wear, but still hard to be. Service was pleasant and timely.

If I go inside it’s usually okay, but outside pickup is a joke. I used it for an entire year at the Butte store with very few problems or delays, but my first time in Helena, the app said it was delayed 2 hours (during my pickup window), so naturally I canceled the order because I didn’t have the time to wait and couldn’t come back later. As soon as I canceled, they called me to tell me they actually did have my order almost ready but because I had canceled I’d have to go inside to purchase the items 🙄 I did because I probably should have at least waited until my pickup window was over, but the next time I set up a pickup order I made sure to set it a couple hours ahead of time so it would for sure be ready. All went great until I got home and realized multiple items were missing, and I was still charged for them. I guess it’s not as convenient as they say it is, at this location.

This is huge and very big. You can find all items you met here. Staff is very nice and customer friendly. I have visited at October & Nov 2019 this place during my stay at Helena MT. I don’t have any complaints. I feel good and comfortable here. There is subway restaurant inside of store. The quality of SUB also very nice. I recommend this place for happy and safest shopping. You can find KAROUN YOGURT here which Tastes Fantastic. I never eat this kind of TASTY YOGURT in past 5 years. This is good with salt and sugar, with rice, shakes and juices. I am fond of this. I often prepare hot and spicy mouth watering Curd rice with this yogurt.

Went to buy some automotive section items. Most were locked up and I was told automotive shift ends at 8pm. Don't go there after 8 if looking for anything electrical automotive, couldn't find anyone with a key, everyone I found didn't have one.
