I went to pick up meds for my mom and the Pharmacy Tech Erin was amazing! It was a new medication, she spent time with me looking as the hospital had not sent it through. She was kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. So appreciative of her!

This is the second bad experience I have had with the pharmacy and the only reason I ever even go here is if our regulars are closed, althought even that will be changing. My observations of the pharmacist were that he was completely blatantly rude, extremely unprofessional, and straight up unsympathetic. He had his nose in his phone the whole time he spoke to me and then walked away while I was still talking. After waiting 20+ minutes I was told they didn't have the medication we needed. I had a visibly sick and upset 3 year old with me and the least he could do is show a little compassion and give me some guidance. Instead I was insisted on driving around town to different pharmacies to find one that had the medication that was needed (within a certain time frame) and mind you all others were 30 minutes from closing. I was clearly upset, extremely pregnant, and trying to manage this situation with absolutely no help from anyone at the pharmacy. To show absolutely no compassion and be so disrespectful is not ok Wal-Greens. I understand things happen and there are some things that they cannot do but when a similar bad interaction happens on 2 different occasions, several months apart, it's a Wal Green pharmacy employee problem. Hire better, nicer people

Asked for pharmacy to see if they carried what I needed was placed on hold forever then was transferred 3 times with 3 different answers to be put back on hold then disconnected. Why would the photo depth. Know about medical questions. They are the worst.

After being hung up on by the pharmacy about 10 times, I finally got through. I needed to transfer a prescription that was sent to the wrong Walgreens the previous night. I was told the system was down for possibly the whole day, so they can't transfer it. I have an infection rapidly spreading across my skin, and this is a horrible experience.

They changed my prescription brand and charged me triple what I normally pay. When I asked why no one had a reasonable excuse. One person told me if I didn't like the price I could put it on hold and shop around. This is a complete lie due to the nature of the prescription. Or at least that's what walgreens told me a couple years ago when I tried to change pharmacy due to cost. So walgreens will be doing my budget going forward and determining things like groceries gasoline based on what they decide to charge that month.

I wanted a COVID booster. I called the local store to ask about availability. After a ten minute wait online, a pharmacy tech answered the phone and informed me that they did not have the Johnson and Johnson vaccine but they did have the Moderna vaccine. I asked how to schedule for one. She instructed me to go to the website. There was an availability an hour or so from my phone call, so I signed up. I got in my truck and made the drive over. When I got there, I was told that they did not have the vaccine that pharmacy tech on the phone had just said was available. I told them as much and they said I must have talked to someone in Central processing or some such nonsense. The number I dialed is the same number I always dial, so I don’t know why this one was routed differently. I probably spent nearly ten dollars in gas to get there and 45 minutes of my time. Despite being assured otherwise and filling an appointment that showed availability, they had nothing. When I told the pharmacy techs at the store as much, I got glares and snarky comments. Eventually, a pharmacist intervened and apologized. This is the kind of service I have received on a couple of occasions. I know help is short-handed but don’t give people the run-around. It’s poor service and a waste of my time.

"Hello there sir, you submitted a refill order for that prescription. Did you want us to fill that?" I seriously got a call from them asking me that asinine question. Please just fill the prescription. That's why I asked you to fill it. Not the best pharmacy but their drive-thru is convenient. They frequently do not have enough to refill my rx and I have to get repeated partial refills.

The pharmacy does a decent job, comparatively speaking, in the current economy . I get really tired of trying to get my prescriptions on time to avoid lapses. Same meds on auto renewal for 3 months each. I get emails that say my rx’s are ready, then I drive there and am told ‘ok we’ll get them ready, just have a seat.’ How is that ready? It’s supposed to be a pickup.Do better.

Ordered refills on prescriptions before I went on vacation, went to pick them up and told they werent ready. Had to leave town without them. Told them it would be a week until I could pick them up.While on vacation got 3 to 4 phone calls per day saying they were ready. Went to pick them up the day after we got back to town and they are not ready for pickup. Have to wait an additional half hour to get them.Terrible service. Would rate a 0 if possible.

My injury was discovered while on vacation in Wisconsin. I chose a Walgreens pharmacy and am so thankful for that. They were able to keep my prescriptions in order while I traveled home to Montana, they kept them in order here. I've had surgeries in other cities and as long as I use a Walgreens, I have no interuptions which is very important. Staff has always been friendly and helpful whether I use the drive up or roll my wheelchair inside. No complaints

This pharmacy lied to me. Stating my dr wouldn’t prescribe my meds (insulin) which I need to live. Instead of this pharmacy doing their job and faxing prescriptions over they blamed the doctor. This went on for 3 weeks. The techs lied. No fax was ever sent. Then decided to “blame the dr”. Poor service. Poor wait times up to an hour in the pharmacy line. I can’t believe they would do that. How can they take someones life into their hands?! Their job is to get things to the dr to sign. Not lie that the dr won’t prescribe meds. Terrible. Don’t recommend. Also! They never have my prescriptions needed. Insulin is always out of stock?! It’s a monthly need. How?! Go elsewhere.

I can't even give this pharmacy a full star. They use to be great, friendly, quick and convenient. The past year has been a complete nightmare with my families prescriptions. I'd have my daughter's sent in monthly and EVERYTIME they would ask me if she'd ever gotten anything filled there before. They kept creating multiple profiles for her and losing her information. I'd go to get a rx and they wouldn't EVER have it ready. I once called in a medication refill, waited 2 days to pick it up. I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready because they said my insurance wasn't correct, when it was. I went back two days later and it STILL WASN'T READY FOR PICKUP!!!! When I asked why I got the response "I don't know." No apology or reason! I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone especially for people who are on life saving medications!!! You'll drive over there to find out you need to go back, but when you return they still won't have it together. Don't waste your time.

I loved Walgreens when I lived elsewhere, but this Walgreens is so ridiculously slow! It's terrible when you need your prescriptions and have to wait 45 minutes. And there should be no issues stocking meds that are filled monthly, and if restocking is needed it should be quicker! I don't know how they function this way.

I dropped off a package here for FedEx Express shipping. However, the package was never scanning into the FedEx system. No tracking info provided. It said the package was at Walgreens for over 5 days. Called Walgreens and package isn't there. Call FedEx, they know nothing about it. I call Walgreens again, and am informed that one of the FedEx drivers supposedly doesn't scan packages into the system as he just goes into the storage lockers and takes the packages without the associates knowledge. Unsure how true this is, but either way, the package was essentially stolen. Due to this, I could be charged over $500 for not having my package delivered and no one can do anything about it. My advise? DO NOT DROP FEDEX PACKAGES OFF AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Wouldn’t take my ID for my testosterone… Repeatedly deadnamed me after I have a note to specifically not call me that… Missed a lot of prescriptions, even had two separate accounts for me for some reason. Switching to Safeway to see how that goes. I hate having biweekly visits to this place.

Generally, Walgreens meets expectations.with COVID-19 testing, they were surly and non functional. My advice is to be vaccinated, if sick, call your doctor. If you need a negative covid test to travel, do not bother Walgreens, labcorp or their subcontractor, PWN. They could not get a timely result for us, so we drove to the Canadian Border, waiting for notification of a negative result per the electronic processes of Walgreens, Labcorp, the Canadian Gov't, etc. We are back home the next day, not too happy, and still without a result, nearly four days later.

Pharmacy is way too slow. I had surgery and script was called in 3 hours before. My DH went to pick them up and waited over 45 minutes and still waited over 15 minutes once I got a call the script was filled and ready for pickup. This has been my general Walgreens Pharmacy experience, but this location really topped it. Will tell the doctors office tomorrow and the surgery center as they said it was imperative to stay ahead of the pain and Walgreens really helped to screw that up. I highly recommend and strongly encourage you to go anywhere but here if you need an urgent script filled. Good luck.

Used to be a great pharmacy. Have been short staffed the summer of 2018. Great staff just not enough of them. If you need prescription medication quickly go elsewhere untill they get more staff. Avg wait just in line: 20 minutes.Edit: staffing issues seem to have been resolved. Much faster experience.

Poor business logistics. Fell far below expectations. Business practice and management need review and improvement! Scheduled an appointment days ago. Arrived 10 min early to find a long line (estimated wait > 60 min). No location or second lane for people with an appointment. Why did I waste my time scheduling an appointment when it appears it is irrelevant. Thanks for wasting my time!

Overall, my experience has been great. The store staff is always helpful and greet people when they come in. If I could rate the drive thru alone, I would give it half a star at best. I wish they would try either something new with scheduling or more clearly designate someone to the drive thru. Also, a little customer service training for the window folks wouldn't hurt.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. They will screw up your stuff, cost you time, then when you get tired of waiting (for over 25 min for them to fix their screw up) as you’re walking away, the pharmacist will yell at you in front of other customers.

I had to run into Walgreens in Helena for things I forgot on my trip there and the VERY helpful young man Aries helped me get everything on my list!! He was SO pleasant helpful and I was grateful as I was on a time crunch..will go back there when I need to and hope he's there.. staff says a lot about a store and he was the best!!

I've been back at walgreens now for about a year. The original reason I left was they were no longer in network. I would have rated them a strong 3 back then. Then when they were again in network I immediately switched back from Walmart (absolutely atrocious) and have been very pleased since. I have yet to have a bad experience with walgreens And I love the text notifications! Simple, fast and easy.

I never had a problem with staff at Walgreens. I understand they are extremely busy and just trying to make sure everyone is helped in a timely manor while also making sure they are answering questions about not just the pharmancy but the entire store.I like them much better than CVS.Keep up the good work!

Nice staff. It Used to be the best pharmacy in town. I recently had to switch because wait time to pick up rx's made it impossible to ever get my rx when I needed it. Drive through busy, inside busy, just too much.

Picking up prescriptions is a pain. You should not have to wait in line to be told your Rx isn’t ready. And then have to wait in line again when it is. Especially when there’s almost a dozen people waiting. Very inconvenient. I’ll find another pharmacy next time. BTW- been with Walgreens for several years now. Disappointing to feel this way

I needed to fill a prescription for my son and at first they said they had to order it and it should be in on Monday. I went there Friday and they said its on back order until next month! I went across the street to CVS and they not only had the prescription on hand, but it cost me half of the price as Walgreens and CVS had way better customer service.
