This is probably the best experience I get out of any of the dispos in Helena. I love there products and they have good prices and deals. I love the interaction I have with the manager Heidi. She knows everything pretty much down to the teeth and knows exactly what I’m looking for.

I honestly have never received better customer Service than I did from the three ladies that work there. I am so incredibly impressed by their professionalism. Their kindness and their attention to my needs as a patient blew my mind. If I could give it more stars I would.

Carl keeps messing up bags not only with me but multiple people I have talked to. He doing it on purpose because I asked for 2 of the same kind and he grabbed 2 different kinds. Not sure why he would do that but he's done it numerous times now. And I don't notice until I'm home and yiu can't return pretty annoying. Do your job correctly carl it's not very hard. Your a glorified cashier.

You have a gentleman that works for you that just had shoulder surgery a bit ago. He took time to talk to me, about his shoulder, along with any questions that I had about your products, took his time and explained every question that I had. This Vet thanks you for your staff. If you can, I recommend giving this gentleman a raise.

Recently purchased on 4/20 for the first time in a long time and the bud smelled like hay and basically crumbled into dust. Pretty sure this company over stocks their bud and half of it doesn’t sell till it’s older than dirt. I also bought two joints and BOTH joints they sold me had seeds in them that popped while smoking.. They’re clearly packing scraps into the joints they’re selling.. One time I had a long dark hair tangled up in my dabs which completely disgusted me. That was the first and last time I bought dabs here. I don’t think there is any quality control going on. It’s a gamble on whether you’re going to get quality product so there’s no point in shopping here. On top of all that, I don’t think I’ve ever got the correct amount of change back from my purchases at the higher standard. They used to pay people in joints to leave 5 star reviews. That’s the only reason I can think that they have a good rating. Had to change mine to a 1 star. Take your business else where. I won’t be back.

Seriously # 1. I've gone to this store for awhile now and the new guy Tony at your cedar store is funny as hell and made my day. All of the employees there are amazing but he was super knowledgeable and turned my 5 minute stop into a comedy act and I left with the best oil of my life and I have been blazing for awhile 10\10 would recommend to anyone. I've gone to a lot of dispo's and he just made this one the best experience.He recommended me frankenterppes and I have gone back every other day since.

I tried the new “Franken- terps” in the pink runtz strain. It has nice packaging, smokes really smoothly and has hints of pine and fruitiness to it. I always choose the higher standard because they the have a very friendly staff, + the variety and quality I look for in a dispensary.

Hi! Highly don’t recommend. I don’t trust this dispensary with my card or trust them with giving me the right amount of money back. I had to contact the state because supposedly i had bought an oz from Higher Standard that day, when i didn’t. i wasn’t able to get my medicine that night because i supposedly had already bought an oz that day. i was told that the number must have been typed in wrong.. the fact that this has happened to MULTIPLE people, it seems shady.
