I came to the target in Helena Montana looking for an Alexa for my mom who is 89 and who wants to stay here for a while after my dad passed. One of her Home Health people recommended an Alexa since she doesn’t like to wear that “help I’ve fallen” button around her neck. The guys in customer service on a late Friday night and the gentleman and tech were super helpful and courteous. A real credit to the store.

This store has become extremely mismanaged over the years and it’s so unfortunate. Most of the time that I stop by they are out of stock of whichever item I need. The employees are unhelpful at best when you ask for help, and with all the boxes and clutter that are constantly everywhere, it’s really starting to feel like Walmart. I’ve found myself shopping online at Target’s website to avoid the hassle of driving down to the store just to find out that the one item I came for isn’t in stock. I hope this store can figure it out, as it used to be a huge asset to our community.

I can't believe what a disaster the store is. I think we're all so used to it in Helena that we forget what it's supposed to be like. However, after visiting a Target in another Montana city over the weekend I was shocked at the difference. Somebody in another review mentioned the store looking as if it was "looted "and I couldn't agree more. Clothing is thrown all over the tables, the shoe section is a massive mess, most often they have large carts of items to stock that sit there for days and you can't get to where you need to. Customer service there is the worst in Helena. It's just worth my time anymore. Target used to be my fav. :(

Pricing in this store is inaccurate and needs to be addressed by the policies of this company. I believe patrons should be aware that they maybe overcharged because this store doesn't try to maintain accuracy in their pricing or on-hand counts.

I got my 70" Westinghouse Smart TV today sales associate Zack was very helpful throughout the whole process even as busy as he was and then helping me like he did and acknowledged other customers was impressive. Oh and the TV works flawlessly.

I requested a copy of my receipt. Customer service said I needed the time, date, and what register because they will look at the cameras. No one looks at cameras! She then got a supervisor who had no idea how to do it but got someone who did but then questioned me why I want a copy of my receipt as if I was a criminal! I don’t know why I had to be treated so poorly and questioned, not acceptable behavior one bit!

there was pallets and cart blocking aisles and making it impossible to shop they had a teenager taking stuff out of boxes whi was blocking an entire aisle and didn’t move when I approached, she had disgusting scars on her arm and didn’t greet me, I don’t know why target hires these kinds of people they don’t know how to do they’re job

Love this place. They have so many self service like walmart. They actually have cashiers and they quick. Target has a lot of variety. I have done more business there now than most others

Don't buy gift cards from Target. I got several for my baby shower and all of them are whipped clean by someone buying a iPad in LA.

Used to love this target, but the teenagers running it have made shopping at this specific location terrible. 30 min wait just to get an employee to get locked up items. Purse stolen from store… customer service hung up the phone. Teenager tells me receipt for expensive electronic item is in bag, hang up phone when we ask him why he had to lie about a receipt. Lady running changing rooms lets my fiancé into a room with a naked female in it…. You guessed it customer service hangs up on us.

The restrooms were disgusting. Only 1 stall had any toilet paper out of 4!! That’s ridiculous… went and told the guy at guest services… Sean? Shawn? Seemed extremely disinterested and I’m sure the issue didn’t get resolved in a timely matter. The store was messy and had no order whatsoever. Hard to find anything. Employees seemed to be too busy on their phones or talking amongst themselves. Boxes and boxes everywhere. I was looking at some toys at the end of an aisle and an employee walked right in front of me to put something away and I was at a loss. No “excuse me” no “how are you this evening” “can I help you find anything” just completely disrespectful and rude!! I worked at this Target a few years ago and the state it was in and the attitude of the employees would’ve been UNACCEPTABLE! Must have new management or something because that store is becoming worse than Walmart. Just disappointing and sad. Despite our awful experience, our cashier was amazing. Cheerful, funny, positive. She was wonderful. Wish I had gotten her name.

Helena's Target just isn't the the same as it once was. Options are very slim and what's there can be a bit expensive. They have an issue with honoring their "kickback" with the store sales or current gimmick.

Target products are always as advertised. I do alot of online ordering and pick up in store. My orders have always been ready in a timely manner usually quicker than they've originally said. Employees are helpful and kind.

I went in to this location last week and was pretty impressed with the staff, they were all very friendly. Instead of having no-one at the technology station there was a younger kid with dark curly hair that was extremely helpful and outgoing, there were employees around every corner to help you, and everything seemed nice and tidy…until I came across Michelle. She was a lady with purple and black hair and was wearing a mask…and was easily the most unfriendly person I have ever met. I went to the guest service desk to pick up some higher priced headphones that were being held for me, and when I got there I wasn’t greeted by this lady, I was ignored. She just stood there staring at her feet. And when I finally got her attention, she just stared at me and acted like I was an inconvenience ☹️ Now, I understand she’s probably around 45 years old and still working at a target, but at least show some pride in your work. I later found out she is a manager. wow. Other than this lady, the Helena Target is a great place to shop!

This store has had an incredibly for at least a year now. The shelves are bare and whatever is left is haphazardly stocked. The store looks like it’s been looted. And because the only other option is Walmart you have to order from Amazon. Get your act together target

What a mess!! It was hard to find anything in any of the clothing departments because everything was a mess. I don't think I've ever seen a more disheveled store, not even on Black Friday.

Employee at customer service of all places and the lady calling herself store manager are just unpleasant, to say the least. You know what they say, being that big of a B is both crime and punishment. The manager was especially shrewish, I feel sorry for anyone that has to spend any amount of time around her. She told me I wasn't allowed back in the store 🤣🤣🤣🤣, I'm going back tomorrow to see how they enforce something like this. I realize that all the quality employees had to get better jobs because of covid, but Target sure is scraping the bottom of the barrel.

This store has gotten so bad, items frequently out of stock. Shelves are bare and messy. Freight stacked all over, Floor personnel is unfriendly and not helpful. This used to be a great store.

heavily disorganized. rarely has things in stock. boxes absolutely everywhere, constantly in front of the men’s clothing section. i don’t suspect that it’s due to lack of staffing, because i have had multiple friends apply there, only to get rejected. i have never seen a target with this many issues.

Just had to do a return and pick up an order I placed. The two young ppl helping me were kind, one was confused about how to do a return but still kind. One older lady came to help the young guy and ended up making me feel like trash and rolling her eyes at me. Severely disappointed and at a loss of words for the way she treated me. Not a nice tone, rude facial expressions.. was not clear at all about my options for return. only reason I’m writing a three star review and not a five is because Of her. Thank you to the young two for being helpful and kind. Not to mention I totaled my refund before going in. Everything was still selling at the price I purchased it for and I didn’t even get my full refund so there’s that

Credit card machine went down while trying to pay for a $39.99 swim suite. Guy at check out said he had to run it a couple times to try to get it to work. That it was a "global" issue but it would work. Well it didn't but they charged me 119.95 for a bathing suite I didn't even get to take home because the transaction didn't go through. Now I am down 119.95 and I can't get a manager to assist they keep giving me phone numbers to call but when I call, I am told they can only refund online purchases. Then I call the store and the manager refuses to speak with me and has her subordinate try to give me another number. Done with this place.
