other than I wish, they would relocate the perfume section to like the back of the store or swap sides w the men's section because the smell kills me every time I walk in the front door. Gives me a headache for the remainder of my visit. Other than that personal issue, I love this store

The store was fully stocked which was so refreshing after visiting so many stores that have very little stock over the last year. I was looking for a pan to replace the one we gave our son and there were so many options to choose from. Was thrilled to shop here and will definitely be back!

Nice place to find bargains if you have the time to stroll between the alleys. The clearances are not big but with a little bit of luck and time you can find what you are looking for less than the full price. Clothes for men,women and children. Also home articles and food.

I think TJ Maxx used to be better a few years ago. I go in looking for jeans for myself or my son and all I have are damn skinny jeans

It's my first time in Montana and we had to make a stop by TJMAXX and we were accompanied by Manager Candy. She was wonderful and provided great customer service. She kept the entire store well organized and clean. Manager Candy did an amazing job.

Appalled with the cashier. I know it is part of the job to offer the credit card… I said no thank you.. the cashier proceeded to ask why? I was stunned and disgusted she asked this and she continued to push after I had said no multiple times. It is no one’s business, and don’t tell me I need to just apply and treat myself. Not sure if I was pushed because she thought I was young and dumb? Very disappointed and won’t be back anytime soon.

My first time in a TJ Maxx and I loved it. It seems a bit more high end than Ross but the prices are still amazing! I didn't get to spend much time in there but they have such a huge selection of makeup, perfumes, hair products and appliances, clothes, housewares.... My favorite was the clearance section. Found some amazing deals on some awesome stuff!

My wife loves this place. I don't love it. I bought a rolling suitcase here and the wheel fell off within the first hour of travel. They absolutely refused to accept this return even with a receipt. Customer service is unsat.

I had Ashley as my cashier and she was extremely rude and the customer service was AWFUL!!! I would give zero stars if I could. She made my shopping experience horrible & dread checking out now. And as someone who should be making the first and last impressions, it definitely wasn’t good. Extremely unsatisfied!

Shelves are a little bear, and they keep reducing product lines. When questioned, the Manger says that it's the vendors. Not the same Commissary service as when I first started shopping there.

I got toys for my puppy and a friend's 4 dogs and all of them loved what I got them. I found some nice dish towels that are bigger than the normal size.

I bought something at T.J Maxx yesterday they never put it in my bag and I call right when I got home to see where it could be. The lady on the phone was so rude she said she didn’t have time to look an would call back in 30 min . It’s now the next day an no call no item .

One would think that if a customer has a shopping cart full of item to purchase that they also have the integrity to buy them, but apparently the manager thought I looked suspicious. You know you can't trust us brown folks who bled, sweat and teared, for this country, but you have the audacity to follow me around the store. Follow me in Iraq, Afghanistan and then you're welcome to follow me around a petty store. This isn't the first time and I'm at the point I don't need to spend my money here anymore....

I love tjmaxx but..If you want to be harassed while shopping And then be harassed to get a store credit card multiple times after you say no thank you... they are very hostile and rude.

It was busy as heck, beings it was a Saturday in December. But had a great experience, shelves were fully stocked and all checkout lanes were fully staffed.

Although our server was pleasant the food took a very long time. I wish he had checked back with us and the kitchen to see if there was an issue. The food was tasty but not as hot in temperature as it should have been. Our waiter kindly honored our birthday gathering with dessert sopapillas on the house. We will go back and hope that the food is delivered faster.
