Just bought some broccoli from Super 1 Foods in Helena and my wife was about to use it for dinner when she showed me these insects inside and throughout the broccoli we picked it apart and only the outside was unaffected.This is not the first time Super 1 Foods has had extremely bad and not even questionable health concerns. It is quite obvious that whoever is in charge is not concerned with any of our health as this sort of thing has been going on for years I've got fruit drinks from here and they had what looked like rotten ingredients at the bottom so dense it was visible through the bottom of the container. This store is a breeding ground for parasites if you care about your children I suggest you avoid Super 1 Foods at all costs as these matters can give people Tape worms Hook worms and much more not to mention Food Poisoning. I have posted pictures there is absolutely no denying the intent and attitude of the one in charge as mentioned this is not the first time something on this level has happened. But I know Helenas officials will do nothing about it same for the people of this town Americans aren't what they used to be so nothing will change this and the proof is in the fact it's been going on for years. Take pride on the fact that inactive nature probably gave your kids parasites because what else are you going to do?

I found everything I needed. I found me a steak to cook for my Thanksgiving dinner and the steak was excellent. I'm extremely picky about my meat because I grew up with the dead that was a butcher so I expect perfection with my steak and it was perfect. I also decided to treat myself to some raspberry white chocolate muffins from the bakery and they were so tasty it was a very welcome. I was very impressed with all the food that I bought. It's a little further for me to shop there but I think it's well worth it

Very big store. Offers so many different things. I love their selection of pre-made food. It's real food I can just warm up at work. The cashiers are always nice. Super cool they are open 24 hours!

This place is always clean and they have a great butcher. Fresh meat, fruits and vegetables are the reason we come here. The people at the butcher block are always happy to help if you need a specific cut or have questions. They have helped me with ideas on how to prepare a dish many times. Prices on their dry foods are a little high, so we shop elsewhere for those usually.

Might be the best donuts in town, although I'm sure some would disagree, but I try to get day-old donuts on Thursday or Friday, and they stay fresh throughout the weekend...and at 1/2 off. They also are routinely the best beer deals😉Other than that, you have to play the sales and ad game because if you do, you can find some awesome deals. But regular prices are a bit high. As such, I usually shop here first to see what deals I can get because their online presence isn't as robust as Safeway or Walmart. Their people are nice and the store is open 24/7 which is nice since they're the only game in town for that anymore. It makes it nice for me since I travel alot and usually return to the Helena airport after the other stores have closed or are closing, so I can always count on them being open when I get home late if I need supplies after being away for a week.

Super one is a great place to grocery shop . Produce is always fresh and well presented. The bakery always has a great aray of baked goods. I always shop there.

A women there named Victor is just doing to much. I have only been there twice, once about a month ago and she literally walked up to my two year old daughter and told her to "be quiet"... As if this place is a library.Today Victor was back in action, I don't know this lady, but do your best to avoid her, and hide your kids.

My first time inside this store and I was moderately impressed. I ordered groceries from them online during the pandemic so I was aware of their "store brands" and so forth, but I didn't realize how big it was and how extensive their inventory. It was a little disorienting at first.

I do most of all my shopping a super 1 because it's convenient and I like the prices but one associate in particular makes the experience less than enjoyable. She mostly works nights, she is not friendly at all and always has a biting attitude every time I have to deal with her. But I'll continue to shop here I just won't go through her line.

The store is always clean. Love their produce. My girls love the soft-serve ice cream. The checkouts are extremely efficient and courteous. Always a smile and "Did you find everything you were looking for?"AND if shopping in store isn't your niche, you can sit at the comfort of your home, put together an order while looking at what you have and don't have, schedule a pickup time, and BOOM, they'll load it in your vehicle as you pull up curbside.

Extremely rude cashier was less than helpful when I used my gift card to pay. She said she couldn’t track how much was on it when I told her I didn’t know how much was on the card. I finally gave up and used my debit card. Left feeling judged and disappointed.

Super One is definitely the go-to store for any specialized item you can't find anywhere else in town. They have great selections and if you're looking to make a meat and cheese platter don't look any further. I love that the customer service is always top notch and I'm treated like a person not a number. The employees are always very helpful when needed and have great suggestions when I can't make up my mind! You'll have a hard time finding the small town feeling that embodies every individual walking in while still finding an amazing selection of regular items and specialized, with customer service top notch and prices that rival.

Almost every time I go to this store I like only go probably three times or 4 a year because every time I go everyone is almost super grumpy and don’t ask or say anything it’s kinda bad customer service I say at least smile and say good morning or good afternoon or how’s your day smile and talk don’t be grumpy

I love this store - good food, reasonable prices, great helpful people. Currently, I'm concerned that the employees don't wear masks. Some do. Though there are many other safe guards in place, it was unsettling to me to have a sweet lady bagging my groceries not 3 ft from me, just chatting away with no mask. I think I'll stay away until covid mellows, but that's just me. Otherwise, I just love the store!!

Good variety and prices are decent. Excellent meat department and great deals/specials/sales. Deli staff has improved immensely in the last few months. Other staff have cut me off in aisles with their stocking carts and will not move out of the way for customers. If one cannot reach around the staff to grab an item off of the shelf, then one must skip buying that item as they seriously refuse to move out of the way...even when asked!

Checkout person billed all items but missed handing over all the packets. And after calling back to store they agreed that items are with them but refused to initiate refund for those.Sad to see this response given mistake was from the store person.

The place is incredibly large and stocked well. Unfortunately many items are forgotten to be rotated. The natural non-GMO non-gluten section is quite unique, but selling products a year after their expiration isn't cool. Do love that it's open 24/7!
